Have a new laptop and new version of Elements (2025).  I did a backup from my old laptop to an external harddrive from Elements 2020.  After getting Elements 2025 loaded onto new laptop, did a restore using the backup I saved on my external harddrive.   After I run Elements 2025 on my new computer, I can see all of my photo's, but each time I try and open one, it cannot find it, (missing file).  I tried FIND ALL MISSING FILES, took an hour but still could not find my files.  I can find them!   What do I have to do to fix this. Thank You!!!!!

I had this happening when I had this plug-in on my windows 10 desktop with 2022 PS Elements and I cannot remember what I did to get it to stop appearing as soon as I open up the editor program. I transferred it to my new windows 11 desktop and now it keeps appearing In little box listing the different features it has. . Any idea how I can keep in the background.  Thanks 

Currently jan16/25 and iJust bought a new windows 11 desktop and wanting to use my Elements 2022 and downloaded it and has an older camera raw version-belive 14.1 while i have 15.3.0.1451 on my laptop .-from few years ago.  Can I get the 15 version and copy from my laptop or just stick with the 14.1 version. I have a sony AIV camera ans shoot in raw. Do i foollow the directions above.

I read online that Elements can open .dcm files but when I try I get an error message about not the right file type.  I am using a PC with Windows 11 Home edition. Can a dcm file be opened? If yes, how?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Chuck

I would like to ask if the 2023 version of Photoshop Elements is compatible with the Camera Raw 15.2 plugin. Or to which version of the program it can be installed. acc. According to the Adobe website, the APSE version is Camera Raw 14.4 and Camera Raw 15 is required to open CR3 files from EOS R6 MKII.

Ich habe gesehen, dass Adobe Photoshop Elements bei Anbietern wie 2GO Software oft billiger angeboten wird als direkt bei Adobe. Da stellt sich für mich die Frage, wie das möglich ist. Just loaded Elements 2025 yesterday. Imported the first folder with no issues. Now import, create, nor buttons above do nothing. 

spot healing does not always show in tools bars. 

Just installed 2025 PSE on my new laptop.Cannot sharpen pictures.  The unsharp tool does not work, nor does sharpen on quick edit.  Any suggestions?  I am a wildlife photographer, so important to me. Thanks

Hi Adobe, I have a Nikon Z6 II and want to use my Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 (last Update already done) with Nikon Raw files (NEF-Format). Camre Raw AddIn does not support the NIKON Z6 II NEF filebecause this is only possible with the Version 13.1 or higher. On my laptop is currently installed 13.0.0.612.Do you have any idea how this can be solved? Meanwhile Camera Raw is available in Version 13.4 for Photoshop but not for Photoshop Elements. Thanks for feedback Michael

 How to stop the pop-up ad for Photoshop Elements 2024.  I have had the 2023 version for 2 months and resent seeing this pop-up.  Judy

I am getting a new desktop Windows 11.  I currently have PSElements 2022 on older windows 10 desktop and also on a more current Windows 11 Laptop.   I gather I need to deregister the one on the older desktop before downloading it from my account to the new desktop.  On this version I was able to add some extra features like the older NIK ,and elements+ etc  besides my ongoing topaz labs products.  Know I can add the topaz labs no problem as long as running on one computer at a time.  Not sure how to transfer the other products.  I have a little knowledge so often get into trouble easily.

does Photoshop Elements 2023 license ever expire?

My new PE 2020 Upgrade Edition keeps telling me to install an update which needs a new app to open the auphd link, and expects to find this in the Microsoft Store. But this responds "No results found in this filtering". What do I do now?

I recently purchased a laptop and had Photoshop Elements 2025 installed.  Today was the first day that I started the app (Organizer) and titles on the task bar and left side bar are so tiny that I can hardly read them.  When I first purchased the laptop, I had changed the font size in the control panel but it hasn't affected what I see on the PS app.  I have way more work space than I need.  So how to I enlarge the task bar, etc.?

I purchased the Elements 2025 package this weekend and was able to install all three applications (Organizer, Photoshop, Premiere) and edit a few photos.  I started setting up Organizer and after importing my photos (approx. 25,000 files) it started consistently crashing.  I have followed the guidance on the support page (e.g. restarting, reinstalling, changing some file names) but the problem persists.  Sometimes the crash occurs within 15 seconds of opening.  Given the nature of the crashes, I am wondering if my Macbook Air simply doesn't have horsepower to run Organizer 25.  My Mac has the Apple M1 chip, 8GB RAM and 245GB of hard-disk space available.  I am running the Sonoma 14.6.1 OS. I haven't been able to determine what VRAM the machine has.   From this info, do you have a guess at what the problem is?

Hallo, ich habe nach dem Erwerb von Elements 2025 etwa zwei Monate problemlos die PhotoZoom Pro Plugins (Versionen 8.0 und 9.0) verwenden können (mit MacOSSequoia). Vor einigen Tagen erschienen sie plötzlich nicht mehr im Menu (weder für Export noch für Automatisierung). Heute habe ich sowohl Photoshop Elements als auch die PhotoZoom Plugins neu installiert (von frisch geladenen Installern), aber die Plugins werden nach wie vor nicht erkannt, obwohl sie an den korrekten Orten sind. Woran kann das liegen bzw. was sollte ich tun?

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025 in December, 2024. I can't open the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times without any luck. I've found someone who has the similar issues with Photoshop, but haven't had any solutions.The app expires in 3 years. Ok my old laptop has gone into blue screen of death! Bought a new laptop and I'm trying to load Elements 14 onto it. But it's saying to deactivate a computer as it's already active on 2 computers. How do I deactivate a computer?. I've logged into my account but can't find anything for deactivating a computer! Help!
