Had a problem with the Photoship elements 2025.  Had 3 files of pictures removed.  As yoI u see in the file below the files are there and I have tried to import them and it says the pictures are in the catalog.  When I hit all media nothing shows up.  The pictures are in the files when i look at them under the pictures in windows with the correct files.  When i googled the problem they stated you have to remove the applied filter.  I havent even used the photo editor yet so i am not that familiar with filters and using smarrt filters.  I would appreciate any help.  I have attached a photo of my screen.Thank you

Elements 2026 heeft 2 maanden gewerkt en zei bij het opstarten: Kan Photoshop niet initialiseren vanwege programmafout.Met Ctrl + Alt + Shift op de exe-file werkt niet en zegt dan tijdens opstarten in een windowtje: Elements 2025, terwijl op de exe-file 2026 staat. 2025 heb ik nooit gekocht en heeft dus nooit op mijn pc gestaan. Pc met Windows 11.Wie kan mij helpen?

Since installing PSE 2026, I no longer have the Soft Round and Hard Round bushes in my Default brushes.  I have tried other brushes (mostly the mechanical ones) and they don’t seem to be the same.  I have used Google and CoPilot to try and find an answer, but the results don’t work.I still have PSE 2025 installed, so I could copy/install them from there, but I can’t find these 2 specific brushes.Has anyone found any options that work?

I am trying to use raw to edit my photos and am on a HP. I can outline the subject using the “quick” version, but not the advanced. Then everything freezes. I shut down the program and have to start over, but it still does the same thing. I have tried several versions of alternatives and the same thing happens. I am close to returning the product. Having changed from Elements 2024 to 2026 i find i can not save my photos in JPEG without seeing a warning sign .I had no problems with Elements 2024.. Not knowing what warning sign means i do not use it, however I can sign in free of the warning sign in GIF, PNG,TIFT ……… etc etc  - JPEG no.   Can anyone help with this query

Ooops, I meant Elements 2023, but can’t seem to edit the title. Anyway,  I have an installation disk for Elements 2023 and am trying to install it onto my new Acer laptop running Windows 11, but it sends me to Adobe online, and I get nowhere. Please help. 

I cannot find a way to save my most used fonts . When I start up the app and use it those ones I use appear at the top of a very long list of fonts (most of which on a mac cannot be deleted). That is great as long as the app is open- but when I close the session all that memory goes with it and reverts to zero and I have to again scroll through hundreds of fonts to get to the few I regularly use. It seems that this should be a preference I can set but I cannot find it, nor can I find any mention anywhere of the subject online.  I surely cannot be the only person with this problem. What am I missing ?

Mein Laptop läuft unter Windows 11 und ich möchte Photoshop Elements 2020 installieren. Bekomme aber bei ca. 80 % die Fehlermeldung “Die Ausführung des Codes kann nicht fortgesetzt werden, da MSVCR120.dll nicht gefunden wurde. Durch eine Neuinstallation des Programms kann das Problem möglicherweise behoben werden.” Ich habe sowohl VC_redist.x64.exe als auch VC_redist.x86.exe installiert und trotzdem funktioniert die Installation nicht.  Vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen?!

All of sudden my Elements 2026 won’t load the Guided Mode - it shows a constant wheel moving but nothing happens.  The Quick and Advanced modes work and my Organizer works.  I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled.  My license does not expire until 2028.  I have a PC, not a Mac.  Any suggestions?

I’ve tried to install Photoshop Elements 2023 four times now and every time I get the error “Sorry, installation failed” and Error Code: 183. Unlike others with the same error, I don’t get a .dll error also. Not sure how to fix this. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps I can find. I’ve attached the installation log for reference. PC info:  It is a brand new Lenovo ThinkPad laptop with latest Windows 11 Pro. It was installed on my old laptop and ran just fine. I have good business internet and can access https sites without any issues. TIA 

New computer.  Windows 11.  New drivers for the scanner.  File->import-?WIA support just locks up the program.  No error messages, no nothing.  I can scan from organizer but that’s not what I want to do.  Your online chat support couldn’t fix the problem.  Let’s have a fix please.  All previous versions of the software have worked perfectly.

It’s terrible. It’s glitchy. It won’t import files correctly. It won’t simplify text so I can add mutiple outline colors anymore.  You guys screwed it up.

Bonjour, j’ai Photoshop Elements 2023, je l’utilisais sous windows 10 sans problème, suite à un problème avec le disque ssd qui a été remplacé, je suis passé à windows 11 (cela a été fait par un professionnel) j’ai réinstallé Photoshop Elements 2023 depui mon compte Adobe, j’ai ouvert le logiciel qui est différent en présentation que celui sous w10, mais je ne peux charger l’espace travail organizer ou editor, ça mouline et il ne se passe rien, comment faire. à vous lire, salutations.

An Organizer question.  I sometimes get this when I open Organizer - “Auto backup of catalogue structure”.  What is this?  Is it worth doing?  It does not apparently backup the actual pictures so what does it do?  Currently, every so often I do a full backup of 160,000 pictures with tabs and albums, using external hard drive.

Hi,I have uninstalled Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 from my old PC and now installed it in a replacement machine but when I try to access Photo Editor it says the sr=erial number is already in use by the maximum number of computers ? Can somebody please advise.Thank you

Ik heb een nieuwe PC-W11 en probeer mijn Photoshop Elements 2025 te installeren. Dat heb ik nu ondertussen al 10-tal keren geprobeerd, het lukt niet. De melding is: Installatie is mislukt. Er is een onbekende fout opgetreden. Andere keer: Installatie opnieuw uitvoeren - Foutcode 24. Deze foutcode staat niet vermeld in de lijst met foutcodes van Adobe. Heb me al suf gezocht, ook via Copilot, het lukt niet. Van uitvoeren als administrator, Antivirus of Firewall uitzetten, bekabelde verbinding via UTP, modem/router herstarten, ander installatiebestand, installatie via  veilige modus, controleren systeemvereisten, updaten van windows-updates, schijfopruiming, alle programma's sluiten, pc opnieuw opstarten, andere adobe-installatieprocessen sluiten, alles van adobe sluiten, ... Ik weet niet meer wat ik nog kan doen. Wie heeft hetzelfde meegemaakt? Wie weet raad? HELP!! 

This is an Organizer question. PSE 2026.  When I try to ‘Share’ I select the pictures as usual and go through the procedure, but when I submit, nothing happens.  Instead the egg-timer thingy goes on for quite a while , longer than normal, and then nothing.  I particularly use this to send email pictures, but none of the icons work.  Have not had this problem before in 20 years.

I have PE2022 on Windows 11.  I import my PE2022 photos onto an external HD which I named F.  I didn’t realize it at the time, but I plugged in the F drive, but the laptop named it as E drive and I imported some photos. Now I plug the ext HD in as an F drive and the photos that I downloaded on E drive is part of my photos, but when I double-click on them the app cannot locate the file information. Is there a way for me to change a photo Location from something like F:\Photos\Flowers to E:\Photos\Flowers  

I work with a Mac (Tahoe 26.4.1) and cannot install CameraRaw in PSE Editor 2026. I loaded and installed CameraRaw_18_3.dmg. The message afterwards is successful, but ... not quite.Because I still keep getting the message that I need to install the CameraRaw plug-in whenever I want to open a RAW file in PSE.

The top three I’m interested in is One Drive, Microsoft or Adobe. Maybe Google.
