What does it mean when the error window "Overlapping clips are audio-only. Multi-camera source sequences require at least one video clip" pops up while creating a multicam clip, where at least one video clip has been selected?  The error suggests that a video clip has not been selected. 

I captured some dialogue audio for a voice-over on a product video, and after editing out the white noise and background sounds in Audition, my audio clips sound pretty good. No buzz, no echo, no static. Just good clean and clear audio of the lady reading the script.However, when putting it into the video in Premiere Pro CC 2017, I realized that she was speaking much too slow to fit the time requirements for the video, so I needed to increase the audio file speed by almost 10% to get it all to fit inside the time constraints and match the visuals. Under Speed/Duration for each audio clip, I selected "Maintain Audio Pitch" so I don't get the "chipmunk" sounding voice, but I noticed that there is now a serious "tunnel effect" to the audio. I tried to clean it up using the Essential Sound panel in Premiere, and after testing different options, chose the Dialogue option with Background Voice equalizer settings, the Background Walla Walla preset, Enhanced Speech Male and a Warm Voice reverb

Hello, I notice that I can't export the Premiere Pro Project Metadata, which has all of my custom fields.  I can export all of the default sections, like Dublin Core, Basic, Rights Management, etc.   Has anyone been able to do so? Thanks!

Hey all!  Mogrt lover here - I usually spend my time making lower thirds and titles and such but had a bit of a difference instance this time in creating a YouTube Description scroll which requires a Video Media Replacement option. Everything runs GREAT - until I replace the vid on premiere. It's just a still. It won't play anything. It's not the individual video either as I've tried swapping it out with other things. Any help appreciated! Sharon

Hi ! Found the problem troubleshooting in every way until i finally reverted to previous adobe version 25.3. Problem solved. So I'm positive the problem came with the update. Drone files frozen : h265 HEVC 10 bit 4:2:0    What I first intended to write, in case it could help a developer or programmer :  I've been working on a big editing project for some months and all was going well. Then I installed the new update (25.4)  august 2025. And since then, everything is the same EXCEPT the playback on my own DJI MAVIC PRO 2 Footage, that is choppy and laggy. -I'm on Mac Sequoia 15.6-I cleared cache -restarted and rebooted numerous times -tried importing the footage from another hard drive : same problem -playback isnt laggy when I just watch the video with vlc or preview window -deleted render files -Even rendered, still choppy, sometimes frozen.-The files in my project have different frame rates and encodings and all of the other sources works well, as it did befo

This issue cant just be related to text over png.  I have a project that wont render with the same error code. I thought this was only happening in the most recent version, but after rolling back to 25.1 - where I had no problems - and then forward to 25.2.1 i'm getting the error again).  I have manged to successfully export once - by rendering previews (sequence set to quicktime 422HQ) and then rendering using previews to the same settings - and then using ME to encode to h.264.  What a faff.  WHen the render fails it appears to take the graphics pathway with it, because I need to restart premiere to get any playback.THings I tried1.The sequence contains text over a mogrt, which I nested and still got the error.2. removing all those nests: sequence rendrered OK3.  I’ve encountered an issue in Premiere Pro v25.1 where the color management for proxy files is lost.I’m working with footage from Sony FX3 cameras, which is correctly recognized as Sony S-Log3/S-Gamut3.Cine. After creating proxy files, every clip in my timeline initially has its color space properly recognized.However, when I closed the app and reopened it the next day, I noticed that some random clips lost their color management while proxies were enabled. Disabling proxies restores proper color management for all clips, but this isn’t a viable solution.The only workaround I’ve found is to re-add each clip from the bins to the timeline—an incredibly time-consuming and frustrating process.I’ve tried clearing cache files, but the problem persists. The issue appears inconsistent while closing and repoening the project, different clips lose their color management each time (while proxies are enabled).I eventually reverted to Premiere Pro v25.0, and so far, everything seems to be work

Tryig to save a corrupted project folder.  I have made a new project and have successfully moved all the folders into the new project.  But the sequence simply will not import (it stalls out while trying).  I have also tried highlighting and doing the copy paste thing but when I highlight and let go of the left mouse button the hightlighted area just disappears and for some reason rolls the audios up on themselves.  I am able however to copy and paste one clip at a time by right clicking on the clip itself and then move it where i want it in new project but this is going to take forever.  Any other ways to move multiple clips and audio or the whole sequence at once?

I need help!I bought a new Rog Zephyrus G16 Laptop with Intel Core Ultra 9 and RTX 4060, but when i want to edit videos on premier pro smth wrong with program idk why? Its like freezing and programm monitor showing videos like frame by frame. Someone can help?

I used a credit to download a motion graphics template, and cannot open the file. AE gives me a pop-up stating the file is damaged. Is there a fix, or can I just get a refund of the credit? I even attempted to re-dowload it, as seen below. 

After a clean installation of Premiere, the function of creating a PEAK file disappeared. Is it really necessary if I work with an SSD drive and how can I turn it on and off?

Working on some stuff for Toyota and they have their own Toyota Type font. Works fine in After Effects and Photoshop, but in Premiere only the 'Black' style is available and the rest do not appear in the effect dropdown.Any solutions? 

My Adobe Premiere Pro recently updated to 25.2.3 on Mac. They've made all these unnecessary changes, like changing the default track widths, the new color scheme makes it hard to see cuts, and made clicking on clips more difficult (if you click the wrong part you can no longer delete). I'd like to go back to the old interface – is this possible?

I often run into problems with my slow motion clips coming out choppy. The sequence is set to 30 fps and my clips are in 60 brought down to 50%. Of all the times I have run into this issue I solve it by either nesting the clip in another sequence or optimizing premiere to use more memory but this happened out of nowhere. I was in the middle of editing and every slow motion clip was working fine then all the sudden while navigating my timeline 3 clips just went choppy as you can see in the video provided. One clip whether nested or not will be choppy then the following is completely fine. I am at a loss for how to fix this if anyone can help it would save me big time, thank you. I have the premiere view where the 3rd, 6th, and 7th clips are choppy but in the other exported video provided only clip 6 is choppy. Again all of these clips were working fine before. I can only think I somehow mispressed a button and this happened with no warning, but why would premiere have a chopping hotkey.

When choosing 'Edit Original' for a Linked After Effects Composition, Aesthetic is opened / brought forward, but it is not showing the right Composition, as expected.   MacOS 15.4Premiere Pro 25.3.0/84After Effects 25.3.2/2

Does anyone know if there is a way to restrict the subclips (sorry... subSEQUENCES) you pull from a multicam sequence to just the ins/outs just as you can with a single source clip?Honestly, the convoluted way Premiere Pro approaches subclipping (sorry... subSEQUENCING), in general, is beyond frustrating.  But in this case, I have many multicam interview clips that I need to pull bites from.  My workflow in Avid has always been to subclip and organize bites into bins based on topic (I don't think i am alone in this practice).But, Premiere Pro will not allow the subclips (sorry....subSEQUENCES) I pull from my master interview multicam sequence to be limited to the mark in and out of each bite.  So, if I lose my marks for any reason, the subSEQUENCE becomes just another instance of the original multicam sequence. I've gotten into the habit of at least putting a marker at my in point as a way to get to the head of the bite should the marks get changed... but, I mean...

I'm new to Premiere Pro. I was able to create a project with video clips from a recent trip. Every time I try to edit the project (delete clips, etc.) it will crash the program. I'm ready to quit, but if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated. I already ran the program that makes sure that my system is compatible.Thank you!

I am totally confused. I'm using macOS Sequoia and Version 25.4.0 of Premiere and all the audio in my project is a mess and so difficult to listen to, I can't be the only one surely. All the tracks on A1 in my sequence have a really strange reverb on them. The original audio in Finder is perfect and crisp with no reverb at all. On top of that, my music tracks in this projects sound terrible and jarring, with most of the audio (but not all) coming out of my right ear even when both channels are selected. There is also loads of ducking happening, again, without there being any ducking enabled in Essential Sound. Where music and voiceovers tend to blend together in my edits, every time the music volume raises a bit, the voiceover goes so quiet to the point where it's almost impossible to hear anything. I'm aware I'm probably going to be asked for screenshots, but I have no idea what to show you as there's nothing to see, everywhere I've looked there's nothing applied. After weeks of trouble shooting my problems with a project, my IT friend and I have come to the conclusion that the project file itself is most likely corrupt.  And trust me we have been very thorough and explored every avenue.  Have you guys run across this before and if so is there a fix?

Hi there, I have Premiere Pro running on my Mac Studio in my home studio and on my Macbook Pro when I travel. A month ago I upgraded both machines to PPRO 25.3. While on a remote job, I discovered a known issue loading MTS files where the audio becomes loud white noise. The recommendation is to revert to PPRO 25.2 for now. I am now back in my home studio and I need to revert my Mac Studio to 25.2, but I cannot find a link to this version of the software anywhere. Can someone please point me to a link where I can download Premiere Pro 25.2? I have an edit of 30 mins long; 500 PremierPro generated (then manual proofread corrected) Caption lines.Unfortunately I didnt realise the IMPORT of captions/transcript needs to be SRT format aand I EXPORTED as TXT format to my translation colleague.He did his job fine but returned to me in a format where the timecode is as I sent it out (TXT) not the correct import format (SRT). English -->Vietnamese.The problem is not just TXT to SRT file format but the timecode differences in format.NB.
