I'm running Creative Cloud on a 2014 MacBook Pro and upgraded to Big Sur.  Now I can not install any versions of the apps on this mac.  I use Premier, Photoshop and AfterEffects and Media Encoder on this machine.  There is no longer the "Older Versions" tab in Creative Cloud app.How can you expect that every computer out there running the apps is compatible with either CC24 or 25?  It is imperative that I have these apps on this older laptop for specific events where I don't have my newer home office setup.Please restore the CC23 versions to the Creative Cloud app so we can continue to work on our older machines! PS  I have the Photoshop 1.5 installer discs on 3.5" floppies, and I used AfterEffects when it was still owned by Cosa.  So I've been with Adobe for a long time....simply disabling these older versions is crazy when Mac Laptops can run for more than 10 years easily!

Hi Support Team, I would like to transcribe a video and download the language pack, but I am receiving an error message that says, "There was an error downloading the language pack." I have followed the instructions to install it from Creative Cloud, but it still doesn't work. Could you please assist me? The application I am using is Adobe Premiere Pro. Thank you,Tim 

Hey all! I am looking for some help, I edit for content creators and I keep getting asked to do intro captions like in the video listed below. Having some issues with the most recent version of Premiere. When moving across the timeline or just editng in general Premiere is choppy and laggy, almost like its locked at 30 FPS or something.  Specs:Ryzen 9RTX 207016 GBWindows Before the newest version Premiere ran just fine and smooth but now I've got some annoying choppyness.

Hello! I want to export a file with some texts in Spanish, translate them into English and import them back into premiere with a txt, csv o similar. Like the srt files.  Is there any way to do it? Thank you

I did something daft, I did a timelapse video, lovely! Did some editing, then, Eeeeeek, what's that?Arrgh, I changed the battery in the GoPro clone and it reset the DO NOT SHOW THE DATE ON SCREEN.To, yes please I want that date showing as a distraction.Anyway, ranting over, does anyone know of a method (other than crop 5% off the top, not perfect) whereby I can mask the date showing in white text, the issue is, the background does change, scenery, mostly sky, but some trees etc.Any thoughts?

I updated to PP 2025 (25.00 (Build 61) and when I transcribed a sequence it was in German although all my language prefs are English.  Has any on else experinced this?

Hey guys,  See the attached screenshot. Ever since an update, when I zoom into the frame, I can't scroll vertically or horizontally to zero-in on a certain part of the frame. How do I regain that function?  Thanks!Fin  

Prelude: I'm quite new to the transcribe/captions tools. So I guess, before I get to my question, can anyone recommend a comprehensive tutorial on how they work/ all their capabilities etc so that I can use these tools properly and get the most out of them?  My question/current use case: I've got video of a French speaker. I don't speak french. I'd like to turn their French into English subtitles. At present, all I know to do is to 1. have premiere transcribe their spoken French to written French2. create captions from that3. meticulously copy/paste the french, piece by piece (in 1-2 sentence chunks) into ChatGPT to harness its insanely accurate translation capabilities (I think its the best translator in the world right now).4.  Once ChatGPT give me a translation, I go back into captions, delete the french, and paste in the English As you can imagine this is incredibly time consuming for long form clips, and quite frankly I dont even know what I'm do

I started a project 2 days ago in PR25.  Worked normally for 2 days, then all the sudden today I was moving in a new screen record into my project and the app crashed.  I tried to open the app by double clicking on the PR file and same thing, crash. I checked updates across everything (NVIDIA, Maxeon, Windows 11, Adobe, drivers, BIOS, etc.)  I assumed updates wouldn't fix the because the crash happend while i was working on the project and I don't have auto update enabled on anything.  The updates did not fix the problem, the Project File always causes the app to crash. I tried opening an earlier autosave of that project and it crashed PR immediately too.  The project was workign fine previously, why all the sudden would the app crash, then decide all auto saves are also bad/corrupt?  Doesn't make sense.  I copied the PR file, renamed it and moved it to a new folder.  Still the app crashes. I tried to open other Projects and they o

I had to take a break from my editing for two weeks, but when I pushed "enhance" for audio, a few things started happening: 1. Sometimes it would process for two seconds and then would finish, which I thought was weird because previously it would take a few minutes.2. Even when the audio processes for the lenght I would expect, the cleanliness of the audio is pretty bad all of a sudden. Two weeks ago the sound was so crisp and so professional sounding. I'm pretty sure I'm doing the exact same process as I did two weeks ago so I don't know what would account for the drastic difference in sound quality.3. When I slide the bar to "10", no audio comes out at all. I have restarted the program, rebooted my computer, and tried multiple audio clips. Any help in figuring out how to get the sound back to the quality it once was would be much appreciated!

DVA Core Error. Premiere will not even open. Error Message reads "dvacore::config::Localizer not initialized. Check dvacore/config/Localizer.h." Any idea how I fix this?

Hey, Y'all. I have been through hours of tech support with Adobe/Premiere and Apple over the last 10 days. Both EXCELLENT cusotmer service experiences. They both point to the error below as my memory suck. My Premiere projects are all give the error: "Video Filter Missing: Blackmagic RAW." I have a paid version of BRAW Studio. I just had the opposite experience on a call with Black Magic tech support. Basically "That is Adobe's problem, not mine."  What is confusing is that the Filter is missing from the PROJECT File, not from the system. If Adobe and Apple are correct, this filter issue is what is ramping up the memory requirements - resulting in very slow processing, and Forced Quits during exports because my "System has run out of Application Memory." Im running an M3 MAX 128MB RAM with a 2TB drive, so there should be absolutely no memory issues. HELP?!?!

Hi,I have a 36 minute 4k timeline. About the half of clips needed to be stabilized. I applied the warp stbilizer on the clips and pressed analyze. In 16 hours about 15% of clips were processes. Thats abysmal performance. Any way I can drastically speed things up?On the screenshot you can see my warp stabilizer settings, in this clip I stopped analysis because things are just too slow.I've done some color correction, including using a "Look".- Macbook pro 16 M1- Premiere 25.00- Footage info

Hello, so I worked with in-camera proxies and now the video is finished. I just need to attach the full rez vids into the timeline by replacing the proxies and export the video.A little context: I have multiple Bins where I arranged my workflow. I want to Reconnect Full Resolution media, bi attaching the full rez files to the proxys (this is a feature that premiere has).The problem is:When I am in Bin 1 for example and I want to attach the full rez media, in the Media Browser tab that opens from Premiere pro in the moment that I click attach, the full rez clips that I need don't appear. The ones from Bin 2, appear instead (they are all in the same one folder on my computer).And when I do the same thing for the clips in Bin 2, the ones for Bin 2 don't appear, but the ones in Bin 1 now appear 🙂I checked, I have all the files in the root folder on my computer.They just don't appear when I have the bin opened to attach the respective files.Can somebody help me with this bug?I hope

Hello, I recently updated to Premiere Pro 2024 on my PC and have been experiencing a very frustrating issue. Multiple times throughout my work day, Premiere will completely freeze when I try to import files. Simply after clicking File>Import, the screen hangs and never recovers. I've waited up to 30 minutes to no avail. My computer has more than enough processing power/memory, and my media cache is clear. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this? It's incredibly frustrating, especially when I haven't saved recently and lose hours of progress. Thanks!

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm not sure how to phrase it for search:This is a daily occurrence.  As I go along editing, I inevitably come upon some video clip (or audio clip) on my timeline that is missing it's original audio (or video) counterpart.  I've previously deleted the audio portion (or video) at some point earlier in the edit, when it made sense to do so.  Now, though, I change my mind, or I need to hear the audio to sync other clips, or just hear the audio for reference, etc.How do I bring back the corresponding media?  I love the new "Join Through Edits" command in Premiere Pro CC, it seems that a companion feature would be something like "Restore Original Linked Audio / Video"Match Frame seems close to what I need, but involves a few more steps than a right-click, or keyboard shortcut (maybe I don't properly understand how it works).  Does any command exist that would do what I'm needing?  I can't imagine I'm the only one who wou

Hello. I signed up for the Adobe package a few months ago, and Premiere Pro has been causing me a lot of problems regarding the timeline. After making a few cuts, my timeline starts to have a lot of problems. Before, in version 2022, I had projects with extremely complex timelines (19 video layers and 12 audio layers), and on my old computer, which did not meet the requirements to run the program, I had great timeline performance, but now with my new computer, I have been experiencing a lot of lag, even with simple timelines. Motion key frames are not working in Premier Pro. I want to rotate but I can't. It's annoying. Version 25.0.0Windows 11 

Hi everyone, I've been having a little annoying issue with premiere pro. Everytime on this specific computer, when I try to save a file name in premiere, I would select the deault name underlined and highlighted in blue then when the popup comes up, I'd type the name of my file, for eg. "TheKidsDocumentary_May 2024_01.23.05.mp4.' When I press ok or close the popup, the last part of the file ends up missing, it would now look like this "TheKidsDocumentary_May 2024_01.mp4". So I end up typing it back in the box with the addition of the numbers that it should have and save it. When I save it, the full name is saved. Please see the images below.  Your help would truly be appreciated. I will add screenshots and videos later.
