respect...question...i have 7 or more clips on my timeline....how do I swap places, say...second and fifth with (shift, alt, ctrl commands) and all the others stay in their places... or first and fifth . ..fourth and seventh...ect...the question does not refer to two adjacent clips...thanks....is it possible at all, since I can't break the pattern how to do it...

Hi,Just tried the new Wide Gamut Tone Mapping color setup on a project working with Panasonic GH7 Prores Raw files, and there are undesirable results exporting with settings ive been using for years with REC 709 outputs. Previously I always shot Prores HQ and just graded in a REC 709 color setup sequence workflow and then applied a gamma correction LUT for exports to Quicktime and for Vimeo/Internet upload. This always ensured the final colour and luma of the export matched my calibrated 10 bit monitor's picture in Premiere. Happy days but now I'm using Prores RAW files with Wide Gamut color setup, which is great for grading, but applying the gamma LUT at the Export/Effects stage distorts the resulting picture so for now I've had to export without this LUT with my resulting video not being as deep in the hues.  This is Quicktime/H264 with no export gamma LUT appliedThe resulting export is fine but the blacks and hues are not quite as deep as my grading monitor shows This is t

We are aware of an issue that prevents Export mode from loading for some users. When clicking Export in the header bar, a loading spinner is shown, but export mode fails to load.  Selecting File > Export > Media or using the keyboard shortcut Command/Control+M, there is no result; you just stay in Edit mode.  In these situations, exports won’t work in Premiere Pro.  When in this state, Quick Export also fails to function.   This issue is known to affect Premiere Pro versions 23.2 and 23.3 on Mac and Windows.   If you are experiencing this issue, please update to version 23.4 or later to get the fix   If you can't update to 23.4, here are some workarounds to successfully complete your export in 23.3, 23.2:   Workaround #1 – Export with Media Encoder (RECOMMENDED) Launch Adobe Media Encoder. Select File > Add Premiere Pro Sequence. Navigate to your project file on disk and use the subsequent dialog to choose the sequence you want to export. &

I'm not sure how, but suddenly when I hit enter now, my sequence does not start from the beginning.Is there a setting I changed somehow?How do I make it so hitting enter STARTS my video from beginning?

(MOGRT) Motion Graphics template not installing.i am using premiere pro 25 and beta version.both show same error.i am using macbook pro m1 with ios tahoe  

i have just updated my version to 25.0 and i havent messed with any settings, i just wanted to check out the new properties panel ! but i cant find it ? it is not on the right side workspace, i only have 'graphics template' and 'essential sound'.  anyone know why this could be, or help me find it ? thankyou !!

When I create a speed ramp on the left end of a clip, PP drops the ramp for the last frame (see red circle, below).  It doesn't do it for the left end of a clip (see the clip following the offender).  What's causing this, and how can I get it to stop?  I've already deleted the clip and reapplied the ramp, but had the same problem.  Thanks for any tips.

I want a pan to have a constant rate of speed between the 2 sets of keyframes in my animated image.  I Googled it and found instructions to select the 2 sets of keyframes by dragging a selection box around them, then right-click on one of the keyframes and select Linear in the Temporal Interpolation option.  Its still slowing down towards the end, much faster at the beginning.  I've attached a screen shot but I don't know if it shows anything helpful.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I'm having an issue in a multi-cam sequence where audio randomly won't playback in the timeline for certain cameras. The waveforms are visible in the timeline, the volume on the clips are up, the track isn't muted, the sliders are up for the track, and there's no audio effects or anything like that inserted anywhere. It happens completely at random in the middle of cutting up a multi-cam sequence. Sometimes it affects the entire camera, other times the beginning of the camera plays back but at a certain point the audio cuts out and you can't hear audio from then on for that camera but you can for other cameras.Here's my detailed project setup:1. Created 5 sequences each containing multiple audio tracks, multiple layers of 1080p clips with some cropping, and overlay graphics.2. Made sub sequences of those sequences so the audio will be contained in 1 event when placed on a timeline.3. I did buy for more than € 3.000,00 of software from Adobde and now they aperetly decided that I should not used my software anymore but take the cloud versions. Because of their agressive promotion I cannot install and activate my CS software anymore on my Windows 11 desktop anymore. During activation with your licensnumber your are guided to the Adobe server with the cloude version.Windows 11 cannot handle the Adobe creatice cloud envoirement, so I end up with a total crash of the Operating system of my desktop.It is impossible to activate my local CS6 software because of that approache of Adobe I can understand that Adobe wants to sell the cloud software, but  is it normal that because of that you cannot use your € 3000,00 software anymore?In that way Adobe denies me my ownership of the software I bougth with them. For a hobe user that work with the software now and then without eaning money with is, the cloud is way to exspenvie. Wir haben eine Auswahl von bis zu 1000 Hintergrund Videos die wir nutzen können, und ich wollte fragen ob es irgendwie die Möglichkeit gibt diese Hintergrund Videos jedesmal bei einem neuen Video random sortiert zu haben, weil jetzt sind die halt immer in der selben Reihenfolge.Ich habe schon nach Plugins gesucht, eins gefunden - aber das ist nicht in der EU verfügbar und bei mehr als 50 Videos in einem Ordner hat es Probleme. (File Order Randomizer | Adobe Exchange).Deshalb wollte ich wissen ob mir jemand weiterhelfen kann, oder eine Lösung kennt wie es geht? With Premiere Pro 2025 suddendly my captions are not showing anymore in the program monitor. Nor does titles work.I have tried everything:- Making sure it is activated,- Trying to reset preferences- Trying to delete media cache- Restsarting the app- Importing an old project where titles work But nothing works.  When I reinstall Premiere Pro 2024 the captions and titles work perfect. I open the same old project in 2024 and the captions are there both on timeline and program monitor, but on 2025 they are only on timeline and will not be exported if I hit export and even though I mark the 'burn captions into video' option. I'm running Mac Os Ventura 13.6.1 (22G313) with 64 GB 2666 MHz DDR4 and AMD Radeon RX 570 8 GB - 3,8 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon W Shouldn't such a setup be able to handle this?

I'm new to working with Automation Blocks and first I want to say it's an excellent plugin!I've run into the following problem - I have clips on my timeline in Premiere Pro that are colored with different label colors. I've learned how to create subclips automatically, but how, and is it even possible, to preserve the clip's label when creating a subclip in the Project panel?Also, my label colors are not the default ones, but custom.

Some people have previously reported that when you switch sequences (always happens when clicking the sequence in the Timelines window), that the seqeunce tab will get dragged out of the window as if you're trying to move it elsewhere and that it's all dependent on if you move "too fast". After the most recent time that happened, I noticed that the crosshairs icon came up on my cursor and it started to marquee select in the timeline for a few seconds. This part is new. But to stop this madness, same as before, click in an empty space in the timeline. This issue has been going on for at least a year.

I was cutting in a clip that was longer than the sequence out point and got the dialogue box asking what behavior I want Premiere to do by default. I chose the wrong one and want to disable it so it'll bring up the dialogue box again. I forget how to do this, it's somewhere in settings I think but I can't find it. Please help.

In a Premiere search bin, if I have a search for Name = "Edit 2." then it will invariable show me anything with a 2 in the name (no dot), NOT just things with 2. (with a dot) in the name.  So 3.2 shows up in that bin, and 2.3 shows up in the "Edit 3." search bin. This is bananas.  Why is it ignoring a period in a file name search?  Why can't I search for "Edit 2." as a criteria and have it ONLY show those ones (an exact match would be nice)? I suppose I could rename all my edits in this big project to "Edit v2.0" instead of "Edit 2.0" etc but... why is this such a problem?  

We pay too much money to have this feature hidden. I cannot find where to reach tech support, my Adobe Premiere keeps crashing!!!!

Hey Premiere Gurus!I hope you can help me solve this minor issue. My set up is two monitors where my right one displays the program monitor full screen.For some reason when I move to Export it disappears, which is normal as Premiere is temporarily combining the interface. However when I return to the Edit tab the program monitor stays gone.I try going to Window and find Program Monitor unchecked with a > leading to the name of my sequence, which is checked.The only way I can get it to return is by closing the project and reopening, which is lame and time consuming.What is happening here and how can I fix so it does not disappear altogether or returns when back on Edit?Thanks you so much!

Hi,    I have a random question that I havn't been able to find an answer to.    "When exporting an AAF from Premiere, does the Audio Track information such as effects (compressor etc), levels, pan, become exported with the AAF? And if it does, does it mean that the audio files become embeded with these effects/vol/pan, or are they just reflected in the DAW that the audio engineer is using? ie If using Pro Tools when openning the AAF it will have the tracks with audio clips on the timeline, and in the track mixer panel it will have tracks with settings reflecting (as best it can with compatability concerns) the track mixer from Premiere?"Does anyone have information on this?   Many thanks!

Lors de l’export, l’image apparaît trop lumineuse et saturée, alors que le rendu dans Premiere était correct.Après quelques recherches, j'ai modifié l'espace colorimétrique, mais cela ne change toujours pas le problème. Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ? Bonne journée,   

On going issue. Premiere will undo the last few minutes of editing and freeze the timeline.  Any help please!  I've updated to the lastest version 25.5.  Everytime I have to close down the app and it reverts to an old saved version.  Please help!!  Thanks, Sam
