Here is my files and Premiere does not see them. Everything worked yesterday.

I used to be able to use 4-Color Gradient on my Color Matte layers without any issues whatsoever, but since the latest update, it seems like it is broken and it shows black no matter when or where I apply the effect to. I tried reapplying it multiple times, cleared caches etc. Also, all of my previous projects which had it now lost it too, they all show it black. Any reasons why or ways to fix? 

Hi all,I want to fade out whilst holding the last frame of a short video.I've added a still frame at the end by Clip > Video Options > Insert Frame Hold SegmentI created a keyframe part way through the still frame segment and left the opacity at 100%, then created another keyframe just in from the end of still frame segment and set the opacity to 0%As I drag the ¿¿scrubber?? across the still frame segment I can see the opacity (numbers in the effect controls panel) changes from 100 to 0% but the video image doesn't change in any way - it doesn't fade.What am I doing wrong?

Hello, after the latest update, I'm unable to right click on, or use my keyboard shortcut for enable/disable caption tracks. I tried resetting my workspace, and clearing my cache on startup. Sequence I'm using is a multicam sequence with two caption track layers.  Version 23.5.0 (Build 56)Windows 10

I need to export .OGV and .WEBM files from Premiere Pro CS5 (or, if necessary, AE CS5).Can this be done? They don't appear as export options.Thanks!

Hey, I have a question about Adobe Premiere Pro.  I hear it has the ability to convert monophonic recordings to stereophonic.  Is this true?  If so, can I have instructions on how to do this?  I know it's only for PC, which I have.   [title edited by mod]

Hey there, We are running into a really frustrating bug. The basic problem is this: When working in one OS, if you replace an asset, save the project, and open the same project in another OS, the "replace footage" command will have been forgotten, and you will have reverted back to the old asset. How do I stop Premiere Pro from showing a clip data window when the cursor is hovering over a clip in my timeline? The search issue is back again, it is not working correctly, It leads to no matching search results or no results at all.Please fix this issue it is so annoying, I must create a new project and import the project I'm working on to make it work.It's 2024 version and it's still there!! 

I've been using Premiere Pro for a few years and am a decent intermediate user.  Today I was working on a project and all of a sudden the audio stopped playing. I can see wave forms in the audio clips in my timeline and in the audio track mixer, but I don't see the wave forms on the small audio viewer I have next to my timeline.  I have several other ongoing Premiere Pro projects that I haven't made changes to today, and those projects still have working audio. I'm pretty sure this is some sort of user error where I inadvertently toggled a button on or off, but I've been searching online for several hours and can't find what I might have done. I would greatly appreciate any ideas you have for me.

Asking because it looks like I don't have it installed as it just shows up as a bunch of boxes when I try to use it. Seems that it could be the same font that's used in the Loudness Radar effect, because I've noticed the text on that also shows as boxes - see attached image. Using a new iMac and never had this problem before on my old mac or my Windows laptop. Thanks in advance!

I'm using 24.6.8 (build 3), Mac Sequoia 15.6.1 and Team Projects on a regular basis... and on a regular basis, projects I create give me an error which suggests (I think?) they've somehow lost connection to the cloud, stoppped auto-saving and I can't save, therefore can't close without acknowledging I haven't saved changes- my workaround being to cut and paste the entire job into a scratch local project, close the Team Project, open it back up and then paste it all back. My questions1. Is anyone else having this issue- and if so are there ways to prevent it?2. If it is somehow unavoidable is there a better workaround than the above? I had thought my wifi might be dropping without knowing it but this is true even when hardwired via ethernet with wifi switched off. Error message reads: "The current auto-save operation of your changes to the Team Project "XXX" has not completed in XX minute(s). I don't know why, but since the update to 2025 (v25.0.0), Premiere Pro renders very, very... very slowly.Not every clip, but when I use certain effects (like Neat Video Denoiser) and the line is red, it takes hours to render a 1.5-minute clip.When I pre-render (by pressing ENTER), it works fine (a few minutes) and the line turns green. However, when I try to fully render the clip, it still takes over an hour. By the way, my Task Manager says only 11% of my CPU is in use. I also tried the Beta version of Premiere Pro – same problem. I guess it’s a software setting (since the update to 2025). In Premiere Pro, my render settings are "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA)."RAM available for Premiere Pro: 52 GBFor export, I use H.264 with an HD file size of 328 MB.I also deleted my media cache.I'm using Windows 11 64-bit.About my hardware:AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core64 GB RAMNVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Any ideas?

Adobe has created apps for ipad such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, creative cloud, and more. I know they have Rush but it doesn't allow for the same functionality as PrePro does in terms of editing videos. Not sure if this something you are already looking into but. If there was a way to have an app for iPad that would be cool. Reason being is I can't take my desktop home. And my macbook pro is so old it will barely surf the web for simple things like ordering food. None-the-less try to edit videos. But I take my iPad everywhere and use that like my laptop for everything. Anyways, just would be great to use to edit projects like that on the go. I know its probably not easy because you have to have all the assets and stuff but if everything is uploaded onto the cloud you should really have all of that. Just a thought. I'm having a cinsistent issue. On the timeline during an edit it will override any action and not allow me to undo.. It will sometimes revert to the timelines status of a few minutes ago and be stuck. This needs to be fixed asap, I'm starting to lose patience. The time lost is starting to mount. 

I've created multiple multicam clips which I edit into sequences. On one multicam clip the audio has stopped working - the file is still there but it is muted. When I open the MC clip on the timeline, all tracks are there,  and it is not muted. When I go to the source clips, audio is fine. On all other sequences I've been working on within the same project, audio is fine. So it is just in relation to this one multicam clip (being used for multiple sequences). When I try to replace the clips on the timeline, it still has no audio. I duplicated the clip, it also has no audio. The audio field is there, but it is muted somehow. I then tried to rebuild a new multicam clip and replace, but of course it won't sync up because it's an edited multicam clip. Any ideas? I'd love finding out how to restore the audio or I'd take just how to replace the multicam with a new one in which the audio works without having to redo hours of editing within the sequences. For 2 hours I have been trying to transcribe my video in French, but it doesn't work!  I work with the newest version of Adobe Premiere Pro. I tried auto-transcription of my French-spoken video, but every time it gets transcribed in English (forming vary strange sentences). I remember in the past there was an option to choose language settings for transcription (and to download language packs), but I cannot find this anymore. I've watched several YouTube-tutorials and asked ChatGPT, but I can not find a solution. Also changed my general language settings for Premiere Pro to French, but it does still transcribe to English. Then my last solution was to transcribe via software (clipchamp) and download the .srt file and import it into Premiere Pro. But for some reason also this importation doesn't work (again, I followed every step from YouTube tutorials, but simply can't import the files). I'd be very glad to hear a solution to transcribe my video to French w

Hello Community,We have a problem when it comes to linking media files (.wav files) to our project. We open a finished project that we receive from an external vendorand link the media files from our footage folder. Done. Usually it links all the files automatically. However in this case it doesn't recognize that source and destination .WAV file are the same. Even-though they have the same name and the same duration. We're using Adobe audition CC 2017 (10.1.2) as well as Premiere Pro CC 2017 (11.1.4) to edit screen-capture videos. We're using Windows 10 Enterprise - 64bit.However some of the editing work we outsource to external contractors. With one of our French vendors we have a problem when it comes tolocating media files, after they hand us the finished project.
