HELP!!  I HAVE A DEADLINE!!!  When playing back video on my timeline, I am getting horizontal, wavy lines but ONLY when the camera shots pan, not when there is a stationary camera shot.  The original video is fine.  The captured video is fine when played from in the project panel.  I only have the probelm once I bring it to the timeline.  Support suggested I change the render setting to "software only," but that has not helped.  I have also tried creating a new sequence.  No change.  ANY answers?????

However, when modifying the PiPL file to define the Name and Category fields, we have encountered issues with using Chinese characters:If we set the Category to Chinese, the plugin can be built, but the displayed text in Premiere Pro becomes garbled.If we set the Name to Chinese, the project fails to build entirely.Could you please let us know if there is an official way to support Chinese characters in the PiPL file, or if there are recommended best practices to handle plugin names and categories in non-ASCII languages?Thank you very much for your assistance.Best regards,

Is anyone else getting weird behavior when trying to "revel in finder"? When I right-click a clip and select "reveal in finder," a finder window pops up, but it's not the right one, and it is the same window no matter which clip I select in my project. PP 25.0Mac OS 14.7iMac Pro - Intel

Hi there!I rendered an animation in 3ds Max + Corona and, besides the LightMix render, I also ended up with the CMasking_WireColor. My plan is to whiten the background in Premiere, while maintaining a soft shadow. Unfortunately, using the Corona Shadow Catcher Material didn't give me the results I wanted.Does anybody knows how to select the background color in the CMasking_WireColor video, in order to select the Interactive_LightMix background video (the main one, with the textures) and lighten it up (similar to what is possible in Photoshop)?

I've searched for answers on this but not found answers that fix my issue. 1. Insert a transition between two clips, it defaults to start at cut. Can I set this (by default) to center at cut, if so, how? 2. I read that you can copy paste a transition - fair enough, here's what I did. Add a transition, set to centre at cut, select all following clips, Ctr + V to paste into the other gaps, instead of pasting the copied center at cut, I get the default start at cut, why is that?

Any help will be enormous.  This issue is maddening.  I've used Premiere Pro to complete many projects, I'm doing the same thing I've always done: ctrl+T to place a new text layer, with the selection tool, double click the text in order to edit.  However, for whatever reason, the software is not allowing the text to edit.  No matter how many times I click the text, Im simply unable to access it.  I've scoured the internet for any answer and no one seems to address it with any accuracy.  Please, any help is appreciated

Gostaria de saber se alguém já usou essa funcionalidade de convidar colaborador para o projeto do Premiere Pro, e principalmente como funciona depois que o colaborador aceita o convite, se é permitido fazer o download dos arquivos para o pc do colaborador facilmente, ou se fica na nuvem apenas? Pergunto isso, pois estou avaliando a forma de colaborar um projeto, pois gostaria de mais segurança com meus arquivos do projeto.  Outra questão que tenho é por exemplo, eu utilizo um plugin de audio chamado Wave que é instalado no meu PC e utilizado no projeto Premiere na aba audio track. Hi, I've encountered an issue with Premiere and I can't seem to find a way around it. When closed captioning videos in Premiere. If I select the option to embed the captions in the video there is a roughly 30 frame delay from the start of the videos that the captions actually appear in the video. My caption track is set to CEA-608. I've tried using multiple formats for the caption files. .mcc, .srt, .scc. No matter what I can't seem to get around this. Now here's the weird thing. The captons are not out of sync at all. It just takes 30 frames for them to appear when they are embedded. Also, if I choose to burn in the captions they play back exactly as they should. On top of that if I add the embedded closed captions to a slated track they line up perfectly.  But if I try to export just the captioned area from the slated sequence I get that 30 frame delay. Also, when I import my exported video and throw it on a timeline you can see that the subtitle track doesnt start until 30 fram

The latest update has turned all my audio in Premier Pro into loud static. I have changed in the audio hardware input to No Input and cleared the media cache, but the problem persists.

I synchronize audio and video for an independent feature film that develops in one or two day shots every 3-5 weeks. With versions of Premiere Pro prior to the current one indicated everything has always gone smoothly. Importing MTS files generated by an AVCHD video camera, importing the audio files in WAVE format from the sound engineer and synchronizing them with the clapperboard. On April 25th I did the last job. Today I had to start the new one with the new shots but when importing the MTS files I discovered that Premiere Pro instead of the audio track of the file generates white noise at high volume for the entire duration of the clip, a clip that when viewed with VLC returns the correct audio content.Fortunately I always keep two other previous versions when I update to a later version so I used 24.6.5 to create the new work project and in this the audio of the MTS files is imported and played correctly.So I tried to import this project in version 35.3.0, no import errors, but wh

Hello, documentary editor here. I recently updated Premiere to the latest version (25.3, I believe) and some of the clips in my timeline now have corrupt-sounding audio: Blaring distortion and static to be specific. The raw clip is fine; this only happens when I import it into Premiere. I tried clearing cache files and other saves, but that didn't help. Out of curriosity, I rolled back to an earlier version (25.2) and now everything is back to normal. So I fiure it must be an issue with the latest update and certain audio codecs. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, I downloaded the latest Premiere update and when I import files in MTS format the audio is just noise. Can anyone explain how to fix this?

Hello, I am encountering a bug with Multicam source clips when they are cut into a timeline. I've attached three screenshots to illustrate my issue.    I have synced multiple camera angles to create multicam source clips, and given them custom names according to the scene and take (image 1). However, once these clips are cut into my timeline, the custom names disappear, and the only name that is displayed is the filename from the source (image 2)   It seems that there is an option in the wrench menu of the timeline to "Show source clip name and label" (image 3), however even when this option is unchecked, Premiere Pro still does not display the custom multicam clip name in the timeline. This is an beyond frustrating- editors need to be able to look at the clips in their timeline and know exactly which scene and take they are looking at.   A note to Adobe's engineers: please do not suggest some convoluted work around- this is clearly a bug and should be very simple.

After 3 years suffer, I finally found the reason why Premiere Pro always exports with glitches lately!    If you try every methods like me :cleaning cache, update your hardware, change to old version but it still happened, try  "STOP your drive sync."   Check if you disks are syncing with google drive, Microsoft drive, or your own NAS drive(mine is Synology drive). Just PAUSE the sync when you are about to export your video, and the video will be fine! Don't forget to sync your drive again after you done.   Hope it help!      

Hello, I am editing a 50+ minute video in Adobe Premirere via my MacBookPro Late 2023, 18gb Ram, 500ssd, and using an external Samsung T9 SSD.Premiere keeps crashing during playback. I am almost in the end of the work and need to do some minor touches in cuts and texts but it is impossible. I tried also with the Beta latest version and it is still the same.Nothing works completely frozen. I really need some help to keep this project going would really appreciate it.

I've had this issue the last few versions of Premiere. I work on animatics using still frames in .psd format. Accurate frame durations is a must for my work. On the timeline, the duration reads correctly. In the info window, the duration is always off. ( See screenshot).  I simply can't rely on the Info window anymore to be accurate, which makes timing animation and scenes a huge chore. I've never had this issue in premiere before, I'm not exactly sure when it started or what could cause this. 

Working on a PC Windows 10 trying to open a file that was created in an older Premiere Pro version (not sure which one) will open up only when another project is opened first and when opened second it will freeze the entire program and I can only force quit. I am running the latest CC updated 

I don't know when this problem occurred, but I could imagine it had something to do with the recent update.Basically, premiere shows that it has access to the MOGRT files that I've installed: HOWEVER, when I try to look up a specific asset, the search bar doesn't work. In fact, there's not a single thing that I can type into that search bar that would pull ANYTHING up:I've tried every character in the alphabet and it does nothing: I've tried reinstalling my MOGRT pack, and reinstalling Premiere Pro. I don't know what the problem is. Please, how can I get this darn search bar to do the one thing its entire existence is meant to do?
