Hi - I was going through FB and came across a pretty cool AI generated video of a deaf guy [not me but another one]. Here's the video: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1327380108823129 I'm going to just go ahead and ask here and hope I get some good replies because as you may be aware, there are so many apps [free and paid] to generate something like this. I have no idea where to even begin. So does anyone know of a free app that'd I be able to generate something like the above and perhaps take it into Premiere and edit? And is there a paid app that would also do the above? I hope free though 🙂 Thanks.  

Hello!  I am trying to edit a video but every time I import the file and play it back, the sound is going at a super slow speed. I've tried three different versions of the file. I've tried putting it through media encoder (whole film and sound only). None of these things are working.  Does anyone have any ideas?

I am trying to footage taken at a recent event that I shot with one camera, I imported it into premiere pro cc 2019 and then exported it only to get this error message every few seconds.   "Error retrieving frame **** at time **:**:**:** from the file"     The footage was shot on a C300 at 24 fps, in full HD, the sequence is 24 fps 1920x1080 which is a match./ it's only when I try to export it out that I start getting the error.   Please help.     Thanks   H&M     included is a screen capture (hope it helps)              

Can anyone help me pinpoint as to why I am continuing to receive this error across all my videos when I try to export them? I have been trying to wrap my head around this for almost a week now. From what I have gathered it's a memory or RAM issue but I find this hard to beleive as I am using a Legion laptop, AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics (3.3GHz), 32 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. I am using the latest version of Premiere Pro (Version 23.1) I want to provide as much detail as possible so i'm sorry if I go overboard! I am trying to export videos for my youtube channel of playing tabletop board games. I have 2 views (a front view and a top down view). I am using a Samsung galaxy 10se for the front view footage and a samsung galaxy S22 for the top view footage. Hello,  I have a question about Premiere Pro 25.3. I can't change the settings in video rendering and playback, as I don't know if that means Premiere Pro can't read my GPU, or this version doesn't support the GPU, which is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti? And how can I solve this problem?      Another question, if anybody can please explain exactly how Priemer Pro divides work between GPU and CPU? When I work on the timeline, the CPU is used at almost full percentage between 90% and 100%. I used CPU Intel Core i7 12700 KF 12th Gen, but I thought it was supposed to use the GPU while working in the timeline    Please, if anyone has a clear explanation, I actually need help.   [title edited by mod]

I often have to grab images from google images or other sites.It doesn't matter what type the image is, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, often the Adobe programs I use will tell me the images have "a broken header" or "is corrupted" or in the case of PNGs "isn't a real PNG" but will work perfectly fine in other similar programs like DaVinci Resolve or GIMP. It's not consistent and it's seemingly random, but I often have to repeatedly use image conversion websites to convert them to PNGs despite some of them already being PNGs. I use the normal method of saving the images (right click > save image as), is there a way to save the images that has a higher chance of working in Adobe apps that preserves quality and transparency in the case of PNGs?Also does anyone have any idea why the errors of broken images keeps happening?(I'm posting this to the Premiere Pro board because it's the adobe app I use the most)

When I want to delete markers in my project, it also deletes the footage in the sequence with them when there is an in-and-out selection in the sequence.It only deletes the footage, not the other clips. So I need to put the in-and-out section at the end of the sequence to now delete my clips. Took me quite a bit until i figured that out.

I can see this has been asked previously in multiple variations however I am still a bit confused with how best to set up FPS and subsequent workflow when editing in APP.  As a hobbyist I create Travel vlogs from our family trips. Think driving, landscape panning, kids action, drone footage etc. Sometimes I might slow down some action, or waves or something, or kids jumping, sometimes I speed up driving scenes, walking etc. Very basic editing at this stage.  I initally thought it was best to film at 120fps so as not to get choppy driving footage however understanding now that maybe 60fps might be sufficient and a better balance between smooth action and potential slow motion?  Is it best to then set the sequence up to as what will be exported? 30fps? Or set sequence to 60fps and export to 30fps? I'm finding chopping preview at high FPS which is making it hard to edit. (render can be done but to time consuming).  If I do shoot anything at 120fps , is it ok to

I know this has been reported before, and in some cases solved, however I believe that I have followed every suggestion and still can not get Premiere to use Media Encoder.    Firstly the versions etc.   Intel Core Ultra 7 265K - 64.0 GB  Windows 11 Pro - 24H2 26100.4770  Premiere Pro 25.3.0 (Build 84)  Media Encoder 25.3 (Build 73) When I send a sequence to Media Encoder nothing happens. If Media Encoder is already running the export job does not appear in the queue. If I export directly from Premiere everything works fine. What I have tried. I have reset the preferences for Premiere Pro and Media EncoderI have uninstalled Media Encoder not saving preferences etc. Restarted Windows. Installed fresh.Same for Premiere Pro.I have tried with the Firewall off.I have tried making a new fresh and simple project from scratch, but no difference.  This behaviour started a few days ago. Hi, When I open up premiere pro, I get the usual page that shows your projects but the main window that opens behind that is just a black screen. When I click on a project, the screen changes but I'm trying to use scripting to automate some parts of the editing. Now that there is a black screen, the script can't open up the project anymore, but it used to.   I have premiere pro 25.3 and a 2070 super with the latest driver (577.00).   I am using a jsx file to automate premiere pro and media encoder. I have attached that file (removing personal filepaths) alongside a screenshot of what I'm seeing.   How do I fix this? Bonjour j'ai désespérément besoin d'aide, lors d'un export Premiere Pro, une transition vidéo que j'ai réalisée sur After Effects (qui se lit normalement sur le fichier) bug complètement et ne s'affiche pas du tout comme prévu... J'ai réalisé plusieurs exports type 1080p et le problème est toujours là. Quelqu'un pour m'aider ?  J'ai la version 25.3 de Premiere Pro et un Apple M1 16GO. 

When i am using premiere it lags and then my screen flickers and then it works for 1-2 mins then again it starts to lag I have a good laptop ( 16gb ram, rtx 5060, ultra 9 275hx )

i am trying to export a gaming video on 1440p with HDR for youtube the problem is that the video either become too BRIGHT or in SDR in the screenshots you'll find all the settings i use in obs and premiere pro  i tried all the sulotions on the website. yet, i can't figure the problem   Screenshots :  

Al estar trabjando en premier se apago mi maquina inesperadamente, al volverla a encender abri mi proyecto en premier pro, y los arhivos estaban sin conexion, revise la carpeta de origen y no estaba, se borro completamente la carpeta con todos lo archivos, mi duda es, permier los mando a alguna ubicacion especifica? los archivos se dañaron y se borraron? se podran recuperar? 

as you can see in the screenshot down below, i have this issue very often. Literally every video i edit for my channel i get this footage, and what i found is that it's usually for trailer 1 & 2 of GTA 6 (I run a GTA 6 youtube channel) I'm guessing it's something related to perhaps the original video being in 4k, but me downloading it from youtube in 1080p and editing it that way makes some problems for premiere pro? But idk. I tried different versions of premiere pro and nothing works (2023 and 2024, same thing) The only way i found around it is by using render and replace feature in premiere pro, but it doesnt work always and sometimes i just have to pick a different part of the video instead of the first one i wanted     ^ this is how it should look like, not pixelated/glitchy

Delivering a 3 part documentary to FOX / BINGE.  Just upgraded to the latest version of premier. All my redcine are blacked out on the new update and causing massive render issues. Don't have time to drop those shots in again. I had some faith in the upgrade but had to revert back to last 24.0 build. 99% knew I would have to. Duplicate markers showing on clips that aren't duplicates and not working on the ones that are. On going issue since early 24.0 build.  Seems like a lot of upgrades are made for youtubers...I guess they are the future...A.I features are cool....just need the standard features of premier to function properly. Any help would be a great 🙂 

Hi.I used the Generative Extend Tool on a few projects. All my files for each project are in their respective folders, everything is self contained. When opening projects on another computer, all my normal clips are there, but all the generated extended clips are nowhere to be found by PPro. How exactly does it store GET clips for each project, and where can I recover those extended clips (if at all)? Thanks

I am am working on a custom size video. The elements are supposed to float in the middle, and do not bleed to the edge. I just want to add width to the sequence WITHOUT resizing any of the cuts on the timeline, like adjusting the page size in InDesign or increasing the pasteboard in Photoshop. Is there a way to do this in the same file? Or a workaround by copy-pasting to a new file? I attempted making a new file and pasting the finished edit but it still stretches all the clips. Thanks in advance!

I edit a movie and added subtitles at the lower level prame. Today I notice that all subtitles moved a bit down so you can see only the top part of the letters. How do I fix it.Sam Zimet

We've been running CC2021 for a few years now, as it's been relatively stable and bug-free. Adobe forced us to "upgrade" by shutting down the speech-to-text servers for captioning, and, as expected, CC2023 is riddled with bugs and contains some absolutely hilariously poorly-thought-out UX issues.**long, slow clap**The issue we're currently wrestling with is that drone footage from our DJIs won't export. Playback is smooth on the timeline, but when exporting through either AME or Premiere, the clips appear frozen, or extremely choppy (like, 0.5 or 1 fps). Drone footage is UHD 59.94fps h265. The exact same footage located on the exact same drive plays back properly in every standalone video player we have (including on phones). It plays back and exports properly in Pr v15 (CC2021).This is NOT an issue surrounding "high hardware requirements for h265" or "long GOP decoding requirements" or "the efficiency of DJI's encoder". System Information CPU: Intel Ultra 9 285K GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5090 Operating System: Windows 11 (Version 24H2) Storage: NAS connected via 10GbE network, mounted as a network drive (e.g., Z:) Issue Description Starting from Premiere Pro v25.1, when video files encoded in HEVC 10-bit 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 are stored on a network drive, the software fails to utilize GPU hardware decoding, instead falling back to CPU decoding. This results in high CPU usage and degraded playback performance. When the same HEVC files are placed on a local disk, GPU decoding works as expected. Most importantly, in Premiere Pro v25.0 and earlier, GPU decoding functioned normally even when HEVC files were stored on network drives, which strongly suggests a regression introduced in v25.1. I have Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Pro 2023. When I try to use Pro 2025, I keep getting the message to load Pro 2025 trial which I do not want. Out of desperation I downloaded the trial in the hopes that I could then use Pro 2023. Adobe refuses to let me use my registered copy of Pro 2023 and keeps trying to force me to try and buy the new version. Help

Hi People, I don't want to see the Info window in my projects so I want to turn it off, or dock it with another window in a panel. But I am unable to turn it off under the Window menu, or move into a panel. V24+Windows 10 Enterprise What am I missing? Andrew
