Questions

I have 2 pdfs open. Normally I can copy interactive fields from one file to another. Also if I want to add a drop drop I just select the dropdown tool and click anywhere on the pdf. Now, I cannot copy interactive fields between the 2 files, and I also cannot select any of the radio button/dropdown buttons... I am definitely in Acrobat Pro...  Please help...

I cannot digitally sign a specific kind of PDF in this new application. It's when 2 types of documents are combined.   Situation:  - Someone else has a PDF and an email which has been made into a PDF in Acrobat . They are combined into 1 document and saved into a file. - I come along and open that document of the 2 combined PDF's, and need to stamp and digitally sign it. I can stamp but cannot sign. I get 2 errors. . Unknown Error Support Information: CGetSigningParams-4069 - Adobe Acrobat error. Could not find startx ref address. 

I have a licence of all the Adobe Creative Suite.On one of my Windows PC I cannot see all the tools.I tryed to uninstall completely all the Creative Suite, clean with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe and then install it back. Nothing changed.I tryed to compare with the other Windows PC I have, and did not find any remarkable difference.At last I tryed with some common AI chatbots, they solved nothing.When I switch to the old interface I can see the tools, but I want to use the new interface.Thank you in advance

 I didn't turn on cloudsharing, I don't  want it one,. What's up with thisgrarbage spoftware? Adobe acrobat is crap and it's just gotten worse since it became subscription. Now this garbage sofwatre is nothing but spyware. The only reason why I got a subscription is because adobe is supposed to index multiple files, but that feature has never worked and it isn't persistent.

I am using Acrobat 2024 pro version 2024.001.30307 on Windows 11. I am desperate to disable the floating toolbar. I never use any of the options on it and it is always in the way and distracting. I understand that there used to be a "Menu > Disable New Acrobat" option, but I do not have that menu option. I am a professional user. I often work on the go with a single split screen and every inch of that screen is valuable real estate. At very least I ought to be able to anchor it to the right-hand toolbar, half of which is also blank and unused space and which I would also like to be able to hide. But ideally I would just disable the floating toolbar entirely. How can I do this?

Is anyone else struggling with the fact that adobe changed the redact functionality some time since October 23rd so that you can't redact signed documents? I'm on the line with support now and they keep claiming this is normal because "it's official" but I was able to do so as recently as October 23rd. Suddenly the app won't allow me to do so (and lot of other stuff has broken as well - don't get me started about how slow and terrible support is).  I'd like to find a work around for this that does NOT involve 4 steps. I shouldn't have to use MICROSOFT print to PDF to be able to redact a document. Why do I pay so much to Adobe for features that just don't work?

Remove line numbers;02 Split pdfs into single sentences, separated by white lines;03. Remove reference information in the text, eg, "(Author_01, 2025)" or "Author_02 (2025)";04. I am using Adobe Acrobat DC on windows. I have a pdf with 200 pages and each page contains information about a student.  I need to turn those 200 pages into 200 individual files containing the student’s name as a file name. In order to do that, I have been creating  bookmarks ( bookmark is the student's name)  manually so i can split 200 files with students' names.The location of the student is fixed.  The “student name” label is on the top and the student's name is below the label. I have been looking to automate to create bookmarks using javascript. I looked in the lot of forums to find the answer but I can not find it.  I am not a programmer . i know little bit of javascript.  Can someone help me if it can be done?    I was trying out different codes from the internet but it does not work.Thank you,

Have a co-worker that used to have Acrobat Pro v9 installed on her desktop. She just upgraded to Acrobat Pro on the web. She is able to sign in to her Adobe account (which was what she was using for the desktop version), but gets an error message "this feature is disable in your account, contact your administrator for access." everytime she tries to do something (combine docs, request e-signature, etc.) on the web. Our IT guy doesn't see anything with the server that would be blocking anything. Any idea how to fix?

Hello, I was not using Acrobat since a long time but today I needed to combine pdfs or, basically, add one pdf page to a pdf document.Both are fine solutions to me but on Acrobat (web) none of them works.Is it because of the files or this process is somehow not working at the moment?I also tried to download the same documents singularly from the app and combine the copies afterwards,m same result. Please, if you can let me know what I can do here.Thanks a million!

Good morning, I have a problem. After installing the new Windows, it removed the printer driver. Does anyone still have the printer driver for Adobe PDF Printer for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro so I can download it, as it is no longer supported by Adobe?That would be great.

Please help, On the fill and sign web version my pen doesn't not scribble, it only scrolls the page. The desktop version works fine. How can I get the web version to work ?

I have downloaded an iOS font, SF Compact, and the SF Pro font, but when I installed it on my system, it's not showing on adobe app. I have tried the default install method, but it's not working. Is there any way to install the fonts?

HiI have a CC pro licence for acrobat and I'd like to install ALL the modules/features that I am licenced for so they are available whenever I need them?How do I do that?Background: I needed to preflight some files this morning, something I don't do very often, and acrobat told me it was installing the feature, then failed, and suggested I download a new installer, unzip it, run setup, restart my laptop, start Acrobat and try again, revisit the install preflight question, relaunch Acrobat, reopen the rather large file for a third time, and then run the preflight. Cost me an hour. I would hate to go through that again everytime I need a different feature.

Hi,When subscribing with Adobe Acrobat, following a 7-day free trial using my personal email address, they set up an account under an old company account address which is no longer valid.I cannot find any way to change the account name nor communicate with Adobe to explain the problem.I look forward to any suggestions.Thanks...

I have an Acrobat Pro plan. I have tried to email a document for them to e-sign and Adobe keeps popping up saying this a Pro feature and to subscribe.  Even if I click on the link to subscribe, it comes up with an error and recognises that I am trying to purchase Acrobat Pro plan when I already have Acrobat Pro plan...   This occurs on both the desktop and the web browser versions.  I have logged out of browser and logged back in, but same issue.  Started one week ago and prior to this everything was fine - have been Acrobat Pro plan subscriber for years. If I cancel my subscription and re-subscribe, I will be paying the new rate.  My current monthly rate is less than the advertised rate (probably due to being a subscriber for many years). Does anyone know why Abode suddenly thinks I am not a Acrobat Pro subscriber?

I've recently found the useful 'Edit Image Using > Photoshop" shortcut of editing pages from Acrobat in Photoshop. There is, however, an annoying bug in that when a page that has been cropped in Acrobat is opened in Photoshop for editing, the original, uncropped, image appears. This is particularly annoying when the person scanning the original document has place 2 images on the glass and cropped them to make 2 seperate pages in Acrobat as Photoshop will show 2 pages with the same 2 images to ensure that they are correct. If 3, 4 or more pages are scanned simultaneously and then cropped, I have to edit number of pages in Photoshop, thus increasing time spent editing the file. Is this a known bug, or is the fix something as simple as only scanning one page at a time on the scanner? I'm using Windows 11, Photoshop 27.1.0 and Acrobat 25.001.20997. Many thanks, Lee

The actual products are great and work for what I need. However, the service representing the products is to be taken with extreme caution.  I signed up for a 7-Day trial to complete a very important document for a court clerk's office. Upon the ending of my trial period, I was charged in advance a pending amount of $29.99 on 11/25/2025. I canceled the payment and the plan on 11/25/2025 (well within the refund period). I was immediately locked out the product plan and recieved an email detailing so. Likewise, I was given a message about a refund within 5-10 business days ("depending on your bank").  This was not a simple refund. I never received a refund within the time period, and the $29.99 was finalized with my bank and no longer pending. Hello, I'm working on a primary source research project with thousands of images of letters, photos, musical scores, and more (some are PDFs already, though many still need to be compiled into PDFs), and I got the Adobe Pro subscription in order to manage and process these. However, I'm finding that many of the tools that I need (such as batch-crop/fast-cropping tools and the ability to transition from a color document into a b+w document) aren't available, or the work is rather painstaking to do in Adobe. I'm curious if anyone else has run into a similar issue -- do you use Adobe to do this work? Do you have any tips/tricks? Additionally, my free trial runs out tomorrow, and I'm wondering if anyone knows if Acrobat Studio would be more helpful for this. I've seen that Lightroom has the capacity to Batch Crop, but I'm not sure if that's the right option for me. Any ideas? Thank you so much!

When Acrobat tries to be updated there comes message, that updating failed. There comes erros message 1646. I tried to remove and reinstall Acrobat, but then came another error message: Adobe Acrobat (64 bit) previoius version can not be removed. Then came message installation interrupted. What should bbe done to solve the problem?

I have a sneaking suspicion I know what the answer is going to be to this, but here goes anyway.... I need to create a form (in Indesign) that is ideally only one page, but will contain 6 versions of a particular table at the same location on the form (with editable form fields just to complicate things...). But only one version of the table being visible at any one time. (i.e. click a checkbox and Table 1 appears, click the next check box, Table 1 disappears and Table 2 appears in exactly the same position).I realise this may be way beyond the capabilities of a static PDF, but I thought I'd check if anyone may have come across this sitution before. I'm trying to avoid having to give my client a 6 page form and tell them to delete the various pages they don't need each time it's used.
