What time am I able to get a phone call about Adobe Acrobat Pro?

It is possible to see the Stamp Menue as a standard after starting Adobe DC? Thanks Tanja 

I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro under an uptodate Windows 11 Pro machine, on continuous release, and have never had a problem in >10 years. In the last couple of days it became unresponsive, which cleared if I waited. However, this got worse, when I used some pretty large PDF's. On researching the point, I disabled Protected Mode and Advanced Security. Shortly thereafter, the App just showed a dark screen with a dash, a square and a X at the top. I've tried these steps, all to no avail: repair; uninstall and reinstall; uninstall, run cleaner and reinstall. The icon appears in my Taskbar, and if I right click it a list of recent files is there. If I try to run one, I get an error that 'there was an error opening this document. An internal error occurred.' Any ideas on a fix would be welcome and appreciated.  Ian

I want to hide the highlight from the form I tried to hide it from the propertiesI also tried putting the script:var rths = app.runtimeHighlight ;app.runtimeHighlight = false ;But to no availHighlight appears at the client!!Do you have a solution??

I have one i'm confident is a version issue and the second i'm uncertain 1.) When right clicking PDF portfolios we've lost the combine files in Acrobat.  This slows down our staff and isn't massive but annoying and it would be nice to roll back to a version that has it. Given user older versions of pro and that did not work, so i'm hoping to get a particular "continuous version" Adobe proClicking on mutliple PDFs is currently the only way to get the combine option via right clicking. However, this is not helpful for our org 2.) On going issue with multiple versions, all machines but my own when redacting will redact random pages through out the document that should have not been redacted. I've printed rescanned, changed several automated settings, re-OCR'd the page, updateded, uninstall\reinstall\repair, and even contacted Adobe support.  No solution has arrived.  

I have tried to open a PDF in Acrobat Reader. Reader says it is password protacted but it isn't. How can I access this file? Thank you 

Hi !Aim is to have a print job executed as background job in Win Task-Scheduler "Run whether user is logged on or not".vbs scipt contains AcroExch.PDDoc and AcroExch.AVDoc for print job and is called inside a bat file that is triggered by Action in Win TaskScheduler.For the case "Run only when user is logged on" it works like a charm: because the window of the pdf which is printed pops up, is printed and closes.Chaning it to ""Run whether user is logged on or not" fails. Of course no window can pop up and print fails.BUT i wonna have it true silently so without any window that is created!Any suggestions?THXCheers Peter 

I’m having an issue when trying to combine files using the context menu shortcut. I’m on Windows 11, and when I attempt to combine files through the context menu, it only opens the program without showing anything. I’ve already tried repairing the installation, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and the PDFs are not corrupted. Is there any solution? I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. PT-BR: Estou tendo um problema ao combinar arquivos pelo atalho do menu de contexto. Utilizo o windows 11 e quando tento combinar arquivos pelo menu de contexto, apenas abre o programa e não aparece nada. Já tentei corrigir a instalação, desinstalei e reinstalei o programa, os pdfs não tem nenhum tipo de corrompimento. Há alguma solução? Utilizo o Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Recibo un error constantemente cuando genero resúmen generativo de un libro en Adobe Reader. Tengo suscripción a pro con ia assistant. No puedo usar la ia generativa en varios archivos.

Dear Adobe Community, I hope you'll be able to help me out with the following issue: When I create a link to an e-mail or URL in Word, I can assign various values, such as a subject for the mail when you click on the address and a mouseover name, so that when I hover over said link, the quick info pops up. Whenever I save it to PDF with AcrobatPro, though, this info is lost, and links, even those disguised behind words, show very long and ugly URLs as a mouseover. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this? Thank you!

Seit ungefähr einer Woche erhalte ich beim Öffnen von verschiedenen PDF-Dokumenten Darstellungsfehler. Bei ausfüllbaren PDFs werden nur die Textfelder und Kästchen angezeigt, aber nicht die Beschriftungen. Bei anderen Dokumenten werden statt dem Text nur Punkte angezeigt. Bei manchen Dokumenten wird eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, dass eine Schrift nicht gefunden wurde. Aber nicht bei allen, bei denen der Fehler auftritt.  Eine Kurzrecherche hat ergeben, dass bei dieser Fehlermeldung Schriftarten manuell hinzugefügt werden müssen. Das war bisher aber noch nie notwendig, dieselben PDFs, die jetzt den Fehler enthalten, ließen sich vorher problemlos öffnen. In anderen PDF-Readern tritt das Problem ebenfalls nicht auf. Eine Neuinstallation von Adobe hat nicht geholfen, zumal das Problem nicht nur bei mir auftritt, sondern auch bei meinen Kollegen. Gibt es für das Problem eine einfache Lösung? I can't get adobe acrobat to save anything.  I pull up a pdf from web and wish to save to my local drive and I get a blank box.Do I need to reinstall?

I had to reinstall Adobe acrobat pro but after I did I lost the combine pdf option in the file explorer, I have ran updates (even the one that was supposed to fix this issue), repaired the installation, enabled optional addins, etc and can't get it to come back up. Is there anything else I can take a look at, I need this feature.

I am using Acrobat DC Pro. Within the "Edit PDF" tool is a "T" button to add text onto the pdf. The "T" is also a button on the upper menu. The button has stopped working in my version of Acrobat. Clicking the button and then clicking within the pdf places the cursor in the correct location, but nothing prints or moves as I type. I have the same for the "Fill & Sign" tool. Clicking within the pdf places the text box in the correct location, but nothing I type is showing in the box. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program and cannot correct the problem. My keyboard works perfectly with all other programs. Any ideas appreciated.

I am exporting a document as a pdf and using acrobat to edit the document. When I open the pdf it looks fine but as soon as i edit anything some of the text is compressed and becomes dificult to read. Example below: 

Hi -  I am working on editing a form that has many date fields that the user needs to enter. I want the user to be able to type digits continuously (e.g., 08222025), and as they type a slash ("/") is automatically inserted after the 2nd and 4th digits. So the final format appears as: MM/DD/YYYY (e.g., 08/22/2025). The formatting should happen live as the user types, not after they exit the field. Ideally this would limit input to only digits and input length to 8 digits.  I have been trying various versions of JavaScript in the Custom Keystroke Script field but have not had any luck. I am a novice at JavaScript especiallly within the Adobe environment so any help is appreciated! 

My employer has a subscription to Adobe Acrobat. For years, I've used this to combine PDFs into one document or convert documents to PDFs using the right-click shortcuts in Windows Explorer. Starting this morning, attempting to use these shortcuts opens up Adobe Reader and gives me the following error message: "You are currently using the free Reader product. You also seem to have the more functional Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine. Click OK to launch Adobe Acrobat." Clicking okay opens Acrobat, but it doesn't perform the action I attempted through the shortcut window.If I attempt to perform the action through the shortcut window again (with Acrobat open), nothing will happen.If I attempt the action manually in the Acrobat program, it will be successful. But I would like to be able to use my shortcuts again because it saves much time. Is there any solution that will stop my shortcuts from trying to open in Adobe Reader?

Hey there, I use Acrobat daily for work and this particular thing I'm working on, I'm finding I need to compare the same file to itself. I found the Split function but I need this to be done vertically, not horitzontally, as I'm looking for specific pages to remove. Spreadsheet Split *almost* done this, but the vertical view is mirrored and not independent. I understand that I can't go in to Organize and go between various parts of the document and that's fine, but I really need to be able to have it open on one screen and be able to compare pages to each other that are 15+ pages apart.

How can I translate a PDF from English language to Italian language? This function is absent. Thank you! 

When attempting to edit a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I get the error message 'Adobe Acrobat has encountered an unknown error'. This happens with 90% of my PDFs that I try to open and edit. I have seen a lot of work-arounds, but I am looking for a permanent solution that prevents this from happening. 

Acrobat does not seem to accept the environment created when you work with several (virtual) desktops in Windows 10. If you open a pdf file in one of the virtual desktops, switch to another desktop and open a second pdf file, it will open in the first desktop. Is there any way to fix this? If not, does anyone know of a competing product that does not have this problem?  I use Acrobat DC.  Jens Lundgren

When using Convert to PDF function in an MS app, annotations are created.  I can see them in the Content view but many times they are not tagged - even when I use Auto-Tag.  How can I remove these annotations?Attached is an example of what I call "ghost" annotations.  I do not want them in the document - particularly because it causes issues with accessibility (fails check).PS I have checked multiple places but solutions all seem to be related to tagged items or comments.
