Hey, I have seen similar questions, but none seem to help me out here.I have a spreadsheet with a column that I need to become a drop-down list, and then a second column that should populate when the corresponding item is selected.I know how to do this in Sheets/excel, and the functions set up in a second sheet in the workbook would look something like this:"=Sheet1!A1:A75" setting the array for the drop-down menu in A1"=LOOKUP(A1,Sheet1!A:B)"  in A2 to display the second column of data corresponding to the item selected in the drop-down menu.I just need this to be a PDF if possible. We create contracts for our Association members through Adobe Acrobat. We lock them with a password so that only fillable fields and signature fields are editable.  However, we've found that Mac users are constantly having issues with the file, where the error "User Password Required" comes us everytime they try to sign it or fill out the date.  Is this a common issue with Mac and are there workarounds?

I'm using Acrobat on Mac (build version 23.8.20555.0), and there seems to be no option to add the First Page or Last Page options to the navigation bar. If I go to 'View > Page Naviation' I can see the options for First Page and Last Page but they are shaded out and not selectable. Is there a way to add the First Page and Last Page options to the navigation bar? They're so useful. Secondly, is there an option to move the navigation bar from the bottom right to the top middle, like the old Acrobat? It's much more convieient at the top. Thanks

Sorry the previous discussion "Very slow launch in Win 11 24H2" was already closed, but I still have a similar issue...I have the Adobe CS6 Master Collection and since a view months Windows 11 is taking approximately 10 minutes to boot.When I look in Window's task manager, it says:AGCInvokerUtility.exe is having much influence in the booting process.AGCInvokerUtility.exe also calls the AdobeGCClient.exe as a sub-process which has little influence.After 10 to 15 minutes booting, my system runs 'as normal'...I'm not using Malwarebytes (mentioned in the previous discussion) so that is not the problem. And my F-secure virus scanner is telling me both executables are fine.Is there any sight on a quick fix?NoteMy Dutch Windows 11 version is 24H2, build 26 100.4202.Adobe Acrobat is version 10.1.16, as far as I can tell with the latest updates. Hi folks, one of my clients seems to be suffering with an issue with fonts on PDF's since updating to MacOS Sequoia and wondering if you can help or point me in the right direction to resolve the issue.The issue:Since the recent Mac update, we are having random issues with PDFs saving correctly. It seems that when using the company Blanch and Barlow fonts in a document to then save that document as a PDF, the PDF’d version changes the fonts to a different font to those it was saved with. It also adds random little black icons with ? inside. There didn’t seem to be an issue before the update and so far we have tried the following methods to fix the issue:1. why adobe acrobat pro DC automatically converted to adobe acrobat reader?

Hi there  Could someone please help me? I opened a PDF file on Adobe Acrobat and it was written in Proxima Nova I had to make a few edits and noticed error boxes and some letters coming up invisible (see screenshots).  How can I fix this? Is there a way to bulk fix as it is a 128 page pdf and the boxes and invisble letters are now throughout the document.  Many thanks, Laura 

I created form fields to fill out the information on the form. I filled out the information and just need to send it for signature. Once I go to send it for e-signature, it automatically creates new form fields to be filled.  It created new boxes over my filled-in information that I cannot delete or edit. How can I stop E-sign from automatically creating a box over my content?

I am about to scream over an order sheet project. It came into Acrobat as a two-page pdf from an excel-sheet. The pages have 36 records each. The fields for calculation are a number ordered, generally named for the product, a by-the-case price which also may contain the product name and a total field where the calculation is done. I have finished the product ordered / price calculations on the first page, but there are six total fields that I cannot for the life of me get to return a properly calculated total. We have issue regarding Adobe Acrobat Standard product, main issue is: after VPN connection is not possible to work with Adobe Acrobat Standard, because software become iresponding, shows (not responding). After VPN disconnection product works fine. This issue with all users who have license "Adobe Acrobat Standard ". Maybe someone has encountered this problem? And do you have any ideas how to solve it?

I am using the Acrobat DC Pro for Shared Review. When there are many reviewers who have provided their comments, the Comment By filter only shows a few names and gives a Show More link. However, the link is getting obscured by a reviewer name and whenever I try to click the link to expand the list of reviewers, the reviewer check box keeps getting selected. Any workaround for this? 

Hi,  I send a questionnaire form to my clients with a lot of fields that need to be completed and then signed. I have been using for over a year sending to multiple clients a month and not had any issues but in the last week 2 forms have come back signed but all of the fields were completely empty apart from their name and the signature and I cannot work out why? The clients have told me they completed the forms so is there a bug in the system or an issue with adobe saving the information submitted? Thanks, Becky

We're  using Adobe Acrobat Pro. I initiate an E-sign document but it's never received at either a Yahoo or Gmail address. When I check the status in my online account, i select In Progress under Agreements and it shows "Out of signature."How do I fix this?? Why aren't my documents getting emailed to Yahoo addresses?

Scheinbar seit der letzten Windows10-Aktualisierung dieser Tage wird der Adobe-pdf-Drucker in der Druckerliste nicht mehr angeboten (nur noch ein "Microsoft Print to pdf", der aber nicht so komfortabel ist, z.B. kein benutzerdefiniertes Format möglich).Wie kann man ihn wieder herstellen?

This PDF was exported from a music notation software. This is a beta version of the software; previous versions exported PDFs just fine (I have probably exported 20,000 of them with no issue). But PDFs exported from the beta version will not open on my machine, either in Acrobat Pro or in Microsoft Edge. When I attempt to open them in Acrobat, the program freezes and then crashes every time. They open in Foxit Reader and several browsers without issue.  Any suggestions?? This is really causing me problems. Thanks in advance! I have attached an offending PDF. 

In my outlook365 I have  adobe plug-in "Share as a link.  Anyone on the internet with this link can access". Unfortunately I accidentally managed to click "Yes" and now I have a document somewhere on the internet in an "adobe cloud".   I must delete it as it's a confidential document. QUESTIONS1)  Where is this cloud ?      (is there a URL for this "adobe cloud" ?)2) How to I access it            (what user id / password should I use ? - current adobe log in ?)3) Can I simply review any/all documents I may have in this cloud and delete them ?     Or is deleting them more complex than that ?   If so, how do I delete ?4) HOW do I STOP this plug-in from asking to share documents ? 

Aus igendeinem Grund ist die Schrift im Fenster Voreinstellungen plötzlich so groß, daß ich gar nicht mehr in das Feld für die Angabe der Skalierung komme, horizontales Scrollen ist ja in diesem Fenster nicht möglich, ebensowenig das Vergrößern des Fensters (oder doch?). Wie kann ich denn jetzt die Skalierung verringern? Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, Win 10.

Hello all,This problem was spotted about five yars ago for those of us using the stand-alone Acrobat Pro 2017. The solution then, to run the Adobe-provided registry tool, RegistryKey_CommonFileDirValue, reportedly worked for a few users.My turn now: this no longer works, at least no one my system, which is much newer than the ones for which the registry tool was designed. I'm on a Windows 11 system - new computer, fresh install. The problem appeared, I attempted to solve it using the registry tool (repeatedly) without success. I dispair, as I cannot afford the exorbiant Adobe monthly fee version, and I need the features. 😞 Anyone with more recent insights into this very annoying installation problem, I'd be most interested in hear from! I really need this Adobe software that I paid for. Thanks.

This problem is with Acrobat Pro, version 2025.001.20531, 64 Bit.  The problem has just arisen.   I work in the legal field, and we exchange documents where changes are redlined, that is, erasures are crossed out and new text is underlined.   Acrobat Pro is now automatically accepting these changes when I convert my document using Created PDF in Word.  However, if I print the document to the Adobe PDF printer, the changes remain.   I'm attaching an example Word file, showing both an erasure and a new addition.  Two pdfs are also attached - one created from Word using  the Acrobat Create PDF function, and the other created using the Printe Adobe PDF function (both functions in Word).  You will see that the Create PDF document has erased the second sentence and "accepted" the third sentence, while the Print PDF document is showing the Word document exactly as is.    When I create a pdf of a Word doc
