I recently relogged into my adobe account and for whatever reason I am unable to delete pages in adobe acrobat because I do not have the pro edition. Is this a new limit on the standard edition or do I have some error with my account? From what I could tell online for adobe's standard plan, I should be able to delete a pdf page, but when I try to in the application it gives me a pop-up to upgrade to pro to be able to delete the page. What is going on here, I have only had the standard plan for 6 months? I have reference screenshots of why this situation makes no sense to me. - Popup in the application - Plan items for Standard and Pro  

I have a drop down. I have company names in the drop down.  i would like the dropdown2 to populate the other address lines when a company is selected from the drop down. is this possible please and thank you!? 

Hello,I am working on trying to automate combining specific PDf files into 1 file using Acrobat Pro DC. Is there keybords commands to combine files, it looks like just able to mouse click. I can open the files in Acrobat but no keyborad key to hit the combine buttons. any help would be aprreciated.ThanksTrevor 

I've been scanning in a lot of old articles. And while I;m scanning in a stack of sheets, I occasionally need to examine a different PDF. Problem is, I can't really examine this other PDF while the scanning is happening.It'd be great if Adobe enabled a separate scanning capability that wouldn't interfere with other uses of Acrobat, i.e., I could have the scanning (or later OCR-ing) happening in the background while I get other work done. 

For the first time, suddenly, I am no longer able to redact documents on Adobe Acrobat. It keeps offering me an upgrade but I already have and pay for Adobe Acrobat. When I do click on "upgrade", it does not react. Not sure what the issue is.

Hi, I hope someone can help me.  When I edit a pdf and I click on the E-Sign Tab, I am able to add my signature, but as of 2 months ago, the "SAVE A CERTIFIED COPY" button does not work... it gets stuck and I get the following error messages:  "An error occurred while uploading.  Please try again" or "There was an error opening this document. Unable to access the internet."I don't understand why this stopped working.  I work in a school and have a district license.  I've asked my IT people to no avail.  They suggested I ask here. Thanks in advance. 

Hi My signature used to have a tranparent background. Now, the background is white. This happened when I tranferred from my old Macbook Pro to my new Macbook Pro. I made the certificate in 2021 and it does not expire until 2026. I don't want to mess it up otherwise I won't be able to clear the signature to enable me to make new versions of old documents. I have attached a file. Thanks for your help!  

The following code is in a calculation field.  I have a separate button that hides/ unhides the FC signature field. The first part works when the FC signature field is hidden but the second part when the FC signature field is visible doesn't work for some reason and I cannot figure out why. Goal is to lock the BO signature field if the CH signature field is signed (and FC signature field is unsigned) and the FC signature field is visible.  In other words, if we unhide the FC signature field after the CH signature field is signed (and FC signature field is unsigned), lock the BO signature field.   if(getField("FC Signature").display = display.hidden) //when FC sig is hidden, locks BO sig when CH sig is empty/ unlocks BO sig when CH sig is signed if(getField("CH Signature").value == "") getField("BO Signature").readonly = true else getField("BO Signature").readonly = false else

I have 3 form fields with the 1234.56 format style applied to them. When entering numbers in these fields, they should all equal to 100. Is there a way to block the last form field from entering a number over the total? Field 1__________Field 2__________Field 3__________= 100. There is no total amount form field to calculate the sum of those form fields. People can enter whatever number in the form fields, but there should be either a warning or automatically delete the last form field if they enter a number that will equal over 100.

Hi, im having an issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro. In some PDFs documments the software doesnt show all the page's contents. It says that i have to talk with the PDF's author, and my coworkers has the same problem. I tried "Soda PDF" and it shows everything. So how can i fix Adobe?, is it a bug?. 

Hello We are currently using Acrobat 2020 Perpetual which is coming to end of life soon (just seen support has been extended until Nov 25) What is everyone replacing it with? We were thinking of replacing it with Acrobat Classic, but can't find anywhere if this version includes the redact tool? Can anyone help confirm or deny if this is true? Thanks in advance.    

Some of the calculations seem to be working. But a few aren't. I'm new to this I'll do my best to explain. I've attached the document. But also breaking down and try to explain whats suppose to happen vs whats happening. The top number "National Everyday" dictates all the other numbers and calculations. When I enter a number you can see below the calculations don't calculate on the right under the 40% and 15% When I delete the top number "National Everyday" the calculations on the right appear Thank you for your time and help!

Microsoft appears to have made Aptos the default font but Adobe does not recognize it.  This is a huge pain when saving emails as PDF's as it will not allow the email to be converted until it is edited and there are no 'aptos' characters in the body of the email. When will Adobe catch up and add aptos?Thanks

Due to some issues with a new installed printer driver, I lost my Adobe PDF Printer. As this might happen sometimes, I knew that best way to reinstall is to repair the installation in Acrobat Pro. This time, the repair process stucked and the computer did not react at all, so I needed to shut down and reboot. After that, the Acrobat Pro installation was still shown in the Apps but no chance at all to repair or start or deinstall. It took me some hours to finally get rid of the installation and I thought I can now install again, using my creative cloud desktop. But, for any reason, every installation attempt ends when the install process got stuck at 83%. At this point, I can see Adobe Acrobat in the Apps with a size of 1,8 GB, but I know, that before, the installation size was around 2,35GB. Furthermore, at this point, there are no more of the other installed printers shown. So All I can do is reboot the system and deinstall Acrobat pro.My system is a Dell i7 with 16GB Ram, 250G SSD, t

Hello, I have a customer who shares a server where multiple users are using the same machine. All but one customer are having trouble opening and using Adobe on the computer.We get these messages when attempting to open Adobe:"Attempt to call a method that has not been implemented." and after, "Raise without handler!" 

I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro through Intune using the msi file. When users open the program a white loading screen pops up and never goes away. We have run the AcrobatDCx64Upd2500120474.msp file to update the software.. any ideas?

The Acrobat Pro uses landscape mode to print even tho my printer is in portrait mode..how can I change it to portrait? p

I am in Adobe Acrobat DC, am working on a PC and am in Windows10 Pro. I am filling out a PDF form and when I Edit the form to create a text box with the text box tool so that I fill in the form, and try to type in the box, I can see the cursor moving along as if I am typing but I cannot see any text. The ink color is showing black, I've changed fonts, font sizes, I've done an Adobe Troubleshoot, repair, loaded and unloaded, save and resaved and nothing works.  This was working Friday and now on Monday it's not working.

I have my personal Creative Cloud installed on my work computer and I pay seperately for AI assistant in addition to my plan. The AI assistant doesn't show on the desktop app on my work computer. The app saves it's up to date but my preferences doesn't even have Generative AI as an option to enable. Version: 25.1 

When i copy PDF file to a dfifferent folder within the same directory (on the same local drive), the PDF fails to open and Adobe Acrobat pops a message saying "There was an error opening this documen. Access denied."However, if i drop the file in Edge, it opens. Why wont the copied file open in Acrobat again?? This is really annonying! Im using the latest version (switched from the classic to use AI) and made no additinal changes.Thanks

My boss updated Adobe and noticed that his navigation pane was moved to the righthand side. He needs this moved back to the lefthand side so that he can more easily access bookmarks, pages, etc. in the way that he is used to doing. How can I help him switch this back to the left?  ^This is a screenshot of my Adobe - As you can see, my navigation pane is on the lefthand side.
