Hallo ADOBE-Community, seit kurzem habe ich folgendes Problem: Wenn ich ein MS Word (A4)-Dokument über den Adobe PDF (Einstellung: A4) als pdf-Datei ausdrucke, ist das Seitenformat US-Letter (215,9 x 279,4 mm) und nicht mehr A4 (210 x 297 mm). Ist dies ein neues, allgemeines Problem oder hat sich nur bei meiner Adobe Pro-Version etwas "verstellt" (das man wieder rückgängig machen kann)? Besten Dank für Eure Rückmeldungen!

Hi!I have installed the font Open Sans on my computer. Everything appeared to be fine when I used Open Sans in Word, but after exporting to PDF the font appears uneven in PDF. When opening the PDF in a browser it looks fine, but when I open it through Acrobat it looks odd.You can see an example here of how it looks:I have tried to delete and reinstall the font, I have tried variable and static version of the font. I had Adobe Acrobat 10.0 Standard (purchased and licensed) installed and fully working on my Windows11 Pro PC.Recently, I replaced the motherboard due to a hardware problem with the old motherboard.After this hardware change, the software Adobe Acrobat 10.0 Standard refuses to work. I keep getting a pop-up asking for the license key.When the license key is entered it results in a message stating license key not valid!Whereas this is a genuine license key with software license certificate 8837856.How can I make the software to install and work normally as before the motherboard change?Thank you in advance for any help in this regard.

Since about a month my, and my colleges Acrobat Pro (64-bit) version keeps crashing/hanging for some reason. The program is up to date. Last week I found a another new update, but it still very unresponsive. 😞Is there an easy fix or do we need to go back and install and old version?Thanks.

Hi all,in a PDF module I entered a drop-down menu field.This field contains a great amount of items, so it would be very useful (instead of scrolling down till to the 1000-th item of the list) if I could start digiting first letters so that only items beginning with that letters will appear.Is it possible in some way?Thank you, P.T.

Eine Mitarbeiterin kann nicht mehr die Schnelldruck Funktion in Outlook benutzen. Wenn sie auf Schnelldruck klickt, passiert nichts.Wenn ich ein anderes Programm als Standard für PDF hinterlege z.B. Edge, dann funktioniert es.Mit Adobe geht es nicht. Problem besteht nur bei einer Benutzerin auf dem Terminalserver (RDS).Ich habe Adobe Reader neu installiert, repariert, aktualisiert. Nichts hat geholfen.Der Kunde hat parallel auch die Adobe Pro Version auf dem Terminalserver. Ich weiß nicht, ob es damit zu tun hat. Die Benutzerin ist aber nicht berechtigt die Pro Version zu benutzen und benutzt die kostenlose Version. Außerdem habe ich den folgenden Workaround ausprobiert:Workaround Registry: Erstellen Sie unter HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options einen neuen Schlüssel Anlagen und darin einen DWORD(32-Bit) Wert namens FileTrackIdle mit dem Wert 15000Hat jemand eine Idee?Vielen Dank! 

Acrobat- Trying to convert a 200-page PDF story to a continuous plain text or RTF (Text Edit) results in a blank page. I don’t need special formatting. I’m on a deadline- please help!

How do I disable the windows 11 notifications like “Fill and sign PDFs for free”? I know I can go into Settings and manually disable any Adobe apps in notifications, but how do I do this for all users preferably with a registry FeatureLockDown of some kind. I’m unsure if its only happening during updates or not, as I have autoupdates turned off. I update the app through intune.I have Upsell and other similar features turned off, so its not that. 

I’m working on a 12-month digital planner that includes raster images on every page. This is a product file, so maintaining a consistent and optimized file size is important.Last month, using Save As Other → Optimized PDF, I was able to reduce the file to under 5 MB, while still maintaining: All hyperlinks Acceptable image quality Full functionality This surprised me (in a good way), since the file contains raster images on every page.This month, however, I cannot achieve the same file size — even though: The page count is the same The exact same images are being used The layout structure is the same No new assets have been introduced Here are my Optimized PDF settings:Compatibility Make compatible with: Acrobat 10.0 and later Images Downsample to 150 ppi for images above 225 ppi JPEG compression: Medium quality Fonts Subset all embedded fonts Discard User Data Discard document information and metadata Discard private data of other applications Despite using the same work

This has been happening more and more lately.  Maybe its Canva glitch I am not aware of?  I will have clients send me PDF's that they make in Canva that look fine on screen.  When I send to print, some text will drop out.  Sometimes its full paragraphs and other times its just a few words. Ive tried using Acrobat to optimize and resave the PDF, save as a different type of PDF, even dropped the PDF's into InDesign and make a new PDF from that.  Each time, everything looks ok on screen but the issues happen after printing.  The only common thing I have found is that these PDF's are created from Canva.  The only work around I have found is to convert all the pages to JPGs and make into a new JPG based PDF.  Is there any kind of check or fix I can do with Acrobat instead of converting every PDF I receive to JPGs?

Does anyone know why Acrobat is still not multithreaded? I regularly use Acrobat Pro 2020 (standalone) to OCR single pdf files of c.2,000 pages or more. I am doing so as we speak on my i7-13700K 32gb DDR5-6400 machine. Acrobat is still single-threaded, so I only get 10% ultilisation and the task takes as long now as it did on my 5-year-old pc becuase it's limited to using one core, with the other 15 cores sitting unused. For a professional piece of software which should be the gold standard for the pdf format, that is embarrassing.  Does Adobe have any intention of implimenting multithreading in future versions? Does anyone know of any standalone software which would do this job until then for less than c$100? As my work involves legally privileged files I can't upload the file to an online services to do this and as I only do this a few times a week, an enterprise level solution is out of my price range. 

In an older software version of Outlook I was able to convert entire email folders to one pdf file.  In the new Outlook 365 application (using Windows 11) I can only convert one email at a time to pdf.  I am unable to choose an email folder and/or choose multiple emails to convert at the same time.  I am also not able to print to "Microsoft print to PDF" more than one email at a time either.  How can I save whole folders or multiple emails as ONE pdf file?

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro with Microsolft Excel 365. I want to convert a muti tab excel file into a multi tab PDF file. Every way I have tried resulted in the excel tabs combined into one PDF without tabs. Multiple tab excel.  Trying to convert to a multiple tab PDF.  How do I do this? Everything I have tried resulted in a single combined PDF file with no tabs.

I have assigned an Adobe Acrobat license to a member of staff and I’m within my subscribed amount of licenses but whenever I try to install the software onto their Windows 11 25h2 environment, it says there’s already an installed copy on the PC. When I try to uninstall, the system freezes and nothing happens. I have also tried uninstalling from the windows app setting but I can’t find it in the list on installed apps.Whilst I can recommend the staff use the web version, there is still a limited amount of functions allowed. Also, desktop version is just more convenient.Any advice on how to resolve this issue?

When I try to download a file that was uploaded by adobe scan to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/ I get the error: Download error: Exceeded maximum number of files (50) or total size (100 MB).I only tried to download one file and I receive this error on all browsers and on my iPhone. Hello, I’m having an issue with remediating a large document that is 364 pages. The primary discrepancies that I am having are Regularity, converting tags in Fix Reading Order, and Tagged annotations.For Regularity, helpx.adobe.com says “tables must contain the same number of columns in each row, and rows in each column.” which I’m confused by because the tables look correct when going in table editor. Also, in Fix Reading Order, when I highlight like a paragraph of text and change to the Text/Paragraph tag, it looks like it makes any text around it that I didn’t select included in the same tag, like the screenshot of the text with the Link tagged.Also, with the Tagged annotations issue, I’m just not sure how to fix this as I’ve highlighted the text and tagged it but it still doesn’t fix the issue (screenshot with “Chapter 2: Fiscal Management…” highlighted) Any help with these issues would be appreciated. Thanks,

In Acrobat reader, when you hover over the document or more specifically the bottom of the document a toolbar pops up. I would like to remove this feature, the pop up always gets in the way.

I have some users that “build” PDFs by combing different PDFs into one. Throughout the process they have to add, organize, and delete pages. These files sit on a mapped server directory. The users have been confirmed to have full access to the directory and all included files. When they add or organize pages in the PDFs they are able to press the save icon and save without issue. The moment they delete a page and press save, the file name is changed to a .tmp file and they receive the following error.“The document could not be saved. Cannot save to this filename. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder”

i have created a PDF document, then prepared it as a form, alot of the document was auto filled by adobe, all seems fine after some tweaks here and there. the document is a engineer report form so i want to use it out in the field for engineers to fill out and ask the customer to sign. the form has e sign boxes on the relevant parts of the form but when opening on an apple device (iphone & ipad) the boxes arent there to be signed. i have tried a work around by using the fill & sign which works ok for the engineer but when requesting a signature it doesnt allow the sign box to be dropped into the form. any help will be appreciated.  thanks
