The new version of adobe does not have the menu on the top left corner option. I use the fill and sign option for filling out documents for my job. 

The update is terrible. Comment tools are complicated and/or missing. Nothing is where it was How can I reinstall the last version??

I’m trying to fill in a questionnaire/test with checkmarks, but whenever I hover over the boxes in the form, the checkmark disappears and the text insertion cursor appears instead? All I seem to be able to do is add text to the boxes. I have to add the checkmark to a random part of the form and then drag them into the box instead of clicking the boxes where the checkmarks are supposed to go. Is there some sort of auto-detect setting turned on?

currently I already had adobe pro" i create 1 sign with document within 100 page, but when proceed this document having error (exceed your page limited). then how my adob pro can have 50k pages per days?

For about a month now, PDF previews in the preview pane of Windows 11 Explorer haven’t been working. PNG and JPG files display fine. Even previews of AI, IDML, and similar files show up. I heard it might be due to Acrobat settings, so I enabled the option to allow previews/thumbnails there. I also reinstalled Acrobat. I’ve asked AI, but I still have no idea what’s going on. I don’t have any other PDF viewer installed, just the full version of Acrobat. What should I do? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? (My drives are half-empty, cache is cleared, I have a Ryzen 9, 64 GB RAM, 4060 GPU… so it’s definitely not a hardware issue.) Could the problem be on Adobe's side?

Is AI Assistant for Acrobat included with my Creative Cloud Pro Plan?  When I try to use it, I get the message, "No requests remaining" even though my account profile says I have unlimited access to standard features of Generative AI and 4000 credits to Premium Features. It's a simple question.Please help.Thanks!

Hi everyone,I'm running into an issue with some PDF files that I upload for visitors on my website, [third party link removed by Adobe Moderator]When I open the PDFs in Adobe Acrobat, everything looks correct, including fonts, spacing, and formatting. However, when the same files are opened in browser-based PDF viewers, some text appears slightly different and a few elements shift position.I've already tried re-exporting the PDFs and embedding fonts where possible, but the issue still occurs on certain devices and browsers.Is there a recommended Acrobat export setting or compatibility option that helps ensure PDFs render more consistently across different viewers?Any advice would be appreciated. I am signing documents using a certificate issued by Identrust under the IdenTrust Global Common Root.  I have had clients open my documents and receive a “signer invalid” error. IdenTrust Global Common Root  is part of the AATL so I assumed that the CA cert would be auto added to the trusted certificates list, but currently the only work around is to manually add and trust the identrust global common cert.  I did not used to have this issue; is there a reason this cert was remove from the trusted list?

Hello All,Couple days ago, my Acrobat Pro started creating weird lines withing the ruler when I move the mouse over the document. The more I move over the document, the more lines, until they completely saturate the ruler beyond recognition. I uninstall Acrobat Pro through the Creative Cloud Desktop and reinstalled; and it was working fine for a couple documents but has now returned. I do not have grid lines enabled, any ideas…? I have included 3 pictures…First picture is when I open the document, everything is normal.Second picture, just a quick movement of the mouse over the document, weird lines are starting to appear on the ruler.Third picture, continuing to move the mouse over the document (no clicking, just scrolling) and it completely saturates the ruler beyond recognition.  I have also closed out of Acrobat, shutdown the computer and restarted, same result.Thanks for any help.

We are working on a legal digitization project where many users will now be adding markup digitally to PDFs instead of writing in margins or using post-it notes. The “Filter” feature on the Comments panel is super useful for reviewing a lot of annotations, but once applied, “Clear all” does not reset the selections. Apparently this works as advertised in the free Reader and Mac version of the paid product, but not the PC Version. We are on Continuous Release Version 2025.01.20756 64 bit running on Windows 11 Enterprise. I’ve searched and have found no other references to this bug. Is there a workaround (without closing and reopening the file) or a fix planned? 

I see this issue has been posted about a few time over the years but there is either no resolution posted or it's reported as a bug. If I have a pdf minimized and open a new pdf, it maximizes the minimized pdf, which results in me having to again minimize the pdf. This is very annoying when opening alot of pdfs. Also, I do not have option open documents as new tabs in the same window option selected. Each pdf I open is a seperate window. Thanks for any help in fixing this.

My team extensively uses the Adobe shared review functionality on SharePoint. As of this morning, no one on my team can open a shared review. We are getting the error “Status: could not save the shared review-enabled PDF file.” Any insight into why this is happening or how to resolve?

Wieso funktioniert das nicht? Ich habe Adobe Acrobat 2020 installiert und es hat funktioniert. Ich musste den Windows-Rechner jedoch wieder neu aufsetzen. Die Registrierung habe ich vorher rückgängig gemacht. Nach der erneuten Installation bekomme ich es nicht mehr angemeldet. Was kann ich noch machen, oder kann ich die Lizenz wegschmeißen?

I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 standalone - however, I have just been notified that Apple will no longer support that app because they are phasing out Intel-based Rosetta on their silicon M chips. My 2021 laptop uses M1 chip, so at some point Adobe will cease to function. I purchased the 2017 app with teacher's discount. I see that there is such a thing as non-subscription Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024. But I can't figure out how to activate the teacher's discount. Thanks for your help.

I have an existing form I’m trying to edit. The form calculates a price based on the quantity of each product you add. The price of one of the products has changed, but I can’t figure out how to change the price on the form. In the photo, the current price of Krypton Window is 300.00/sash, but I need to change it to 400.00/window. I’m able to edit “/SASH” but I can’t edit the “300.00.” I’ve tried checking the field properties but I can’t figure out where the “300.00” even is to be able to edit it…  

clicking a mailto in Acrobat will always open the outlook classic because the acrobat app does not see new outlook as a default mail app in preferences.  Can we get this fixed?

Ich benutze Acrobat XI Pro. Nun kann ich die Seriennummer nicht mehr aktivieren, da diese noch auf dem alten Laptop installiert war. Diesen besitze ich aber nicht mehr und somit habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr darauf. Auf meinem neuen Laptop kann ich dementsprechend die Seriennummer nicht mehr eingeben. Im Portal kann ich auch nichts mehr deaktivieren. Was kann man hier tun?

A year or so ago, i collabed with a co worker and made a digital stamp from our physical ink stamp.  We added drop down lists, text boxes, etc.  We then saved that df stamp in c:>program files>adobe>acrobat dc>acrobat>plug_ins>annotations>stamps>ENU.   With that file open in adobe, i could change the info in the drop down lists, and then when i go to another pdf, i can select add a stamp>stamp, and it shows up there to select and put on the current pdf file.  Basically what im doing here is stamping an invoice for approval.    We recently changed some info so i created a new stamp. I added drop down lists and text boxes, i put the same custom calculation scripts in the appropriate boxes so the stamp populates just like my old one did.   The problem im having is when i then save thos new stamp in that same ENU file path folder, it is not showing up under the stamp function like the old one does.    Im certain im missing something somewhere but cant for the lif

We’re seeing lots of computers with completely full disks in our environment, on investigation it’s the Chrome logging directory that’s full of 4MB log files that appear to be constantly creating. The name of the folder is the Acrobat’s extension ID. We can delete them but they come back, only way to stop it is to remove the Chrome extension. Anybody seen this before?

Can anyone advise how I get rid of the secondary file name in the long red rectangle? When it appears, half of my tools disappear behind the 3 dots.... Very annoying !! 

Is there a real answer to this yet? This was not an issue for me until recently. Acrobat is simply the worst. I am embarrassed for anyone who has anything to do with this program.
