I tried Always use Page Layout Style - Single Page Continuous, but doesn't work.

I have been facing this issue with my adobe account for a while, I even tried to delete it and reinstall it however, I have the same issue again. My Mac has the macOS Sonoma software.    I've been facing this issue for a while tried all trouble shooting steps suggested on the fourm.    I have the Acrobat Pro version. 

Pretty frustrated as I have only recently got my photoshop to work properly after a year of purchasing it.. and now I want to work on my adobe acrobat and it says I need to buy it but it says its part of my account??HELP

I'm trying to stop Adobe from reading my documents.  I've changed the preference in Read and Internet settings.  It doesn't stop doing it and when I go back into the settings, they are back how they originally were.  Help me please.

Hi all, Hopefully some geniuses out there, as I've spent 2 hours with customer support with remote access being helped by 2 different people and they've been unable to resolve the issue. It is my understanding that more file types than this should be supported. If you mouseover 'create a PDF' it even lists word documents as a viable file type. Yet, my Acrobat refuses to do so. I'm aware there are workarounds, and I can still find the file in file explorer etc, right click it and convert it, but I'd still like to know what the issue is with the actual program. To a semi-competent computer person, my only guess is that the program files are missing that are supposed to support those file types, but if it's not that then I haven't got a clue. The whole program has been deleted (every last tiny hidden file) and reinstalled by customer support. Help.

Hi, We have a requirement from one of our client which the particular image in PDF is need to set as non downloadable (apply the restriction) object.   We have already tried the Password security feature in Adobe Acrobat Professional. But still the image is viewing in web browser and able to downloadble, take screenshot and Save as, etc..,  Please let me know if there any option to restrict the particular images in PDF. Thanks,Santhosh

When trying to save a PDF I receive the following message: This error message then causes two corrupt files to appear in the folder:We then have to resave the PDF file once again.Any solution to this issue?Thanks.

Unable to print from Acrobat, opens a save dialogue instead. Can print the same file when opening in browser.  Already checked "Print to file" box, and it is unchecked.  Did a repair of Adobe and issue not resolved. Did a clean install and issue not resolved.  Please help!

My Pixma G3260 printer won't print pdf files from my Mac (Sequoia os).  I get an Adobe message that 'no pages have been selcted', even thogh they have been.  (Prints jpegs no problem).  Updated printer with latest firmwear.

Hey There.I've imported several nice fonts from Adobe Fonts, and have happily used them frequently there after in Adobe Acrobat Pro editing pdf-files.But for some reason the fonts won't no longer show in the font-list.And removing them and importing them again doesn't help either. I’m working with Windows 11 23H2An Adobe Acrobat 2024.005.20421 Have any one a suggestion to what I might be doing wrong? 😊 from Astrid

Hi all, I have been using adobe acrobat for part of my job, and I have needed to use the "save a certified copy" functionality. This has just disappeared from my screen for no apparent reaon (although im sure there is some reason).  My colleagues still have the option. The part circled in green is what i am missing (also the two line sof text above the green circle) The verison I am running is 2024.005.20414Any help would be greatly appreciatedThanksSuhel 

Hello i'm hoping someone can help i know i am close but don't know what i'm missing.  basically i have a form with 16 sets of 4 page templates.  (StaffMem1A, StaffMem1B, StaffMem1C, StaffMem1D, StaffMem2A, etc.) basically i am adding the amount sets needed based on the number given is a dropdown.  but what i also want it to do is spawn the next set if the previous set is already visible.  example: if the dropdown has 2 for the first time, then sets StaffMem1 and StaffMem2 appear.  if the person selects 4 from the drop down, then StaffMem 3-6 appear and so on.  here is what i have so far.  the first while loop was to see which ones were visible, but that is not working for me.  i have both codes sets listed the first is in the button, then second is in the document. (Button)var i = this.getField("StaffAddCount").value; i++; var x = 1; var TempName1 = "StaffMem1A"; var TempName2 = "StaffMem1B"; var TempName3 = "StaffMem1C"; var TempName4 = "St

I want to create a form that the client can use to create a personalized quote for their client. They want the option to select a clause option from a dropdown list of several clauses. So in short use a dropdown menu that then populates a field with the selected clause. I have managed to create a dropdown menu list but can't figure out how to populate the selected option from the list. Is this possible without having to write JavaScript. Thanks from New Zealand!  

Hi everyone. I am having an issue while printing PDFs. I have been having this issue the entire time that I have had my new Dell laptop, which is about a year. My boss and I are on the same internet network, both using Dell computers, and printing to the same printer. When he prints any PDF files, they are crisp and legible. When I print them, they are always blurry and you cannot read them to save your life. I am at a loss as I have tried everything and do not know how to rectify this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have checked the settings, and it has not helped in the least. This is causing many issues since I cannot print a clear, easily legible PDF if I am at the office alone. Any/all suggestions welcome. Please let me know. Thanks.

user is receiving an error when attempting to process a PDF file for OCR that was created from a microsoft word document; "Acrobat could not perform recognition (OCR) on this page because: This page contains renderable text." The reason for processing it through OCR is to allow the document's contents to be searchable via windows explorer search bar.From my understanding the OCR is not running because it is already renderable, but appears to be not searchable.I did find an articale that suggested running the OCR process on a different source of the file, but its not clear how they would do that when they are just saving as PDF from Word 2016.The other solution suggested is to convert the PDF to TIFF then run OCR, this could work but seems like alot of additional work for something that should be a single step.are there specific options that need to be selected when saving it as  PDF in microsoft word in order to allow adobe pro to run the OCR process as expected?

In Acrobat Online, I get the following message when clicking "Request E-signature:"E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." In the desktop version,, I get this message when I click "Specify where to sign": "Authentication failed" In other words, no E-signing is possible, although my account looks fine. Any help on this issue would much appreciated. 

I am trying to save some files as reduced file size and keep running into "An error was encountered while processing images". I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro Contintuous Release Version 2025.001.20428. I have tried to flatten the layers yet it takes 'forever', not literally, even with only 50 pages. Even then I still cannot save as reduced file size because I get the same error. 😞  Is there a way to only flatten the images or something else I can do to the images? Thank you.

Jede weitere Frage die ich stelle führt nach erneut 5 Minuten Wartezeit zu einer Fehlermeldung "Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuche es erneut". Der Buchscan umfasst 250 Seiten und wurde von der Cloud und vom lokalen Speicher getestet. Das Verhalten tritt in der App und Webanwendung auf. 

Hello,I noticed yesterday that any PDF that I try to save as a word document, powerpoint, excel spreadsheet etc. will get to the step "Preprocessing file for export..." and will then be immediately followed by the error message "Save As failed to process this document. No file was created."This happens with any PDF document that I try. Even simple word documents with only a few letters of text that I have converted to PDF with word then attempted to reconvert to Word docs using Acrobat XI.Things I have tried already based on suggestions in other threads:I have tried optimizing the individual PDFs and making sure they are "Accessible" by running the accessability report and fixing issues and by adding tagsI have repaired Acrobat XI using the Help -> "Repair Acrobat Installation"I have repaired Acrobat XI using the control panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall/RepairI have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat XII have uninstalled Acrobat XI then run the "AdbeArCleaner_v2.ex
