Bonjour, j’ai souscrit à un abonnement adobe Acrobat premium le 01/04/2026 tout fonctionnait correctement. Je pouvais convertir un fichier en pdf, fusionner des fichiers et même les classer dans l’ordre que je souhaitais. Malheureusement, depuis le 24/06, il m’est impossible de convertir un fichier PDF ou d’utiliser les différentes fonctionnalités des outils. Pourtant mon abonnement est bien actif dans les paramètres mais lorsque je me connecte à mon compte, il est précisé que je suis une utilisatrice sans abonnement alors que ce n’est pas le cas. Je souhaiterais de l’aide et être recontacter par téléphone. J’ai déjà essayé de résoudre le problème via la FAQ mais rien. Merci 

My Acrobat Reader on a MacBook suddenly started printing documents in RED. Other apps such as Word will print a black document in black, so I know it isn’t the printer, but previous PDF files that used to print in black, and that appear on screen in black, print in red. I've tried re-booting everything but nothing works.Suggestions?

I’m currently using Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise (Version 2026) and have a few questions about the New Acrobat interface and its long‑term availability. Does Adobe plan to remove the option to enable/disable the New Acrobat interface? If so, is there any timeline for when this toggle will be removed? I’m teaching a class on Acrobat basics and want to make sure I’m preparing students correctly if the classic interface is only temporary. Quick Actions Toolbar: In the New Acrobat interface, is it possible to dock the Quick Actions toolbar at the top and customize it the way we could in the previous version? Navigation Bar Placement: Can the Navigation Bar be moved to the top in New Acrobat, or is that only possible if the new interface is disabled? Any guidance or official information would be greatly appreciated. I want to make sure I’m teaching the most future‑proof workflow.Thank you!

When I move .pdf files from my email into a Windows Explorer folder they are always blocked from view until I unblock them.  This used to not be the case.  How can I fix this?

I’m using the Compare Files tool.I selected two files, kept all settings as default, and pressed Compare.A report was generated, with a list of differences to the right, all as expected.As soon as I clicked on ‘Next change’, at the bottom of the screen I would see a label showing me what the difference was but the navigation would not be brought to that page. Selecting a change in the sidebar would also just select it, not have the document scroll down to it.I then tried to manually go there: scrolling worked as a bouncing net, bringing me never beyond the half of the first page and always bouncing back to the top. Using the arrow buttons to navigate to the next page was also unresponsive. Nothing happened. Any document not in the Compare Files tool work normally in both scrolling and page navigation.Is this a bug or am I missing something?Thank you!

  ▎ What happens: I open a standard fillable AcroForm PDF (89 form fields: 66 text + 23 checkbox), add one text field via Prepare a Form, and Save. On save, Acrobat silently drops ~20 of the 89 fields — specifically all the checkbox/radio (button) fields (e.g.   ▎ agency-type checkboxes, AM/PM toggles, accept/reject options). The text fields survive; the buttons vanish. There is no warning. The resulting file is broken for downstream automated form-filling.  ▎ The form is clean — I verified at the PDF level:  ▎ - Not an XFA/hybrid form (no /XFA).  ▎ - No security, encryption, or certification (no /Encrypt, /Perms).  ▎ - All 89 fields are well-formed (each has a proper /FT, /T, and /Rect).  ▎ - NeedAppearances = true in the AcroForm dictionary.   ▎ My theory: on save, Acrobat regenerates field appearance streams (because NeedAppearances is set), and the appearance regeneration for the checkbox/radio fields fails — and instead of erroring, it drops those fields. 

Hello,I'm getting pretty frustrated because I just can't seem to find a way to save my Word file as a PDF for a book without losing any quality.When I save directly in Word, the file gets heavily compressed, even though I've selected “High Fidelity” and “Do Not Compress” in the options.It doesn’t work with Adobe Acrobat Pro either. Since my file is over 100 MB, I always get an error message saying that conversion to PDF only works with files up to 100 MB. But even if I reduce the file to under 100 MB beforehand, it still gets heavily compressed with Adobe Acrobat Pro—even worse than when I save it directly as a PDF in Word.What am I doing wrong here? I just want to convert my Word file to a PDF without any loss of quality.

I am in the UK, I am a paying subscriber but I cannot load a complete installation file. It just halts part way through, always at the same downloaded percentage count, then attempts to unzip the partial ZIP file, which obviously won't work. I have to pay 19.97 GB Pounds a month for this poor service. ADOBE - get it fixed ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!   There are other alternatives available.

The newest update is trash. Every time I download a PDF from Google Chrome, Adobe automatically opens the file the second it is finished downloading. In the updatede Adobe preferences, the item to uncheck "Open PDFs automatically in Reader when they are downloaded in Chrome browser" no longer exists anywhere.I've confirmed it is not an issue with Chrome settings. It is definitely an issue with the new Adobe...  Is there another way to stop Adobe from automatically opening??   

For myself (and it appears many others) this is the worst feature Adobe Acrobat (maybe Adobe period) currently has. Trying to edit a PDF is a nightmare with this idiotic scan. It repeatedly scans, over and over (once isn't enough?) it takes forever, and oddly it tilts random images off center.What is the purpose of this? To frustrate users into using another PDF editor? I could understand if it was a work in progress, but you can't even turn the damn thing off. I've tried all the "steps" recommended and nothing. Yes, I have the latest version. Threads like this appear through-out Adobe support. It's currently a garbage feature - allow me to turn it off until it's useful. Until then, I'm using another editor. 

Hi there, I have an Adobe Acrobat subscription but today after saving a file like I have done many times. I reopened Acrobat and it is just a blank screen. as shown below. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated windows, uninstalled every adobe product and file with a cleaner and without but still no matter what Adobe Acrobat looks like this when opening it. Any suggestions? I use Acrobat every day. This is what i looks like every time I open it, whether from a file or from the acrobat exe

Attached is a simple calculator with a formula for savings and product volume.I would like to know how to use javascript to calculate off the text box input and off variables in the background as seen in the sheet. Ideally in the PDF- it would be spend text box 1 (b3), volume text box 2 (b5) and then the final result text box (b11-13). Just would like some guidance based off the excel formula and thanks!

Vor paar Tagen hatte ich noch das vollständige Dialogfeld zum Bearbeiten der pdf. Neu bekomme ich nun ein neues mit weniger Funktionen, dass zuschneiden funktioniert auch nicht super. Wie kann ich das Rückgängig machen?  

Hindi Unicode PDF – Search and Copy-Paste IssueI am facing a problem with Hindi Unicode PDFs created from both Adobe InDesign CC 2026 and Microsoft Word on Windows 11.The source text is proper Unicode and works correctly in InDesign, Word, and Notepad. However, after exporting to PDF: Some Hindi words are searchable, while others are not. Copy-Paste does not reproduce the original text correctly. Certain conjuncts and matras are altered during text extraction. PDF displays perfectly, but search and text extraction are unreliable. For example, words such as "अहिंसा" and "ट्रिब्यून" are not consistently searchable, and copied text differs from the original Unicode text.In Acrobat Document Properties → Fonts, Mangal appears as: TrueType (Encoding: ANSI) TrueType (CID, Encoding: Identity-H) Has anyone successfully created Hindi PDFs where: Search works correctly, Copy-Paste works correctly, Fixed page layout is preserved? After I request signatures and enter their email address and complete email, after I select ‘specify where to sign’, it takes me back to the request signature box again.  Its in a loop and I cant send anything

That's the question.  I have a subscription for Acrobat Standard edition.  I don't want nor need all of the other apps that come with CC and do not want to clutter my PC with them.  I want to be able to basic actions on PDFs: rotate pages, fill forms, etc., so I have the Standard version.  Don't need the other apps.

I have several comments (text boxes) that I need to delete.  When I delete them, they go away for a few seconds, but pop back up again.  All the settings look normal.  I don’t understand why these comments will not delete.I’ve searched the internet, but cannot find a solution. 

Acrobat not responding 

Bates-numbering has stopped working in my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. It is not replacing file names with Bates Nos. As soon as I close the dialog box, and reopen it, the box has been unchecked. When I go ahead with the Bates-stamping I get error messages that docs are read only.  They're not. There is no security and all editing is allowed. Only the first document gets stamped and if I want to save it I have to rename it. I've made multiple copies of the docs in different folders, local drive, server, etc. I’ve restarted my computer twice, etc. Nothing works. I have bates-stamped thousands of documents and never had this happen.  I do occasionally have an issue with one or two files and have had to reprint, etc. This is happening with every file I loaded (appx. 50 documents that have come from different sources). Help!
