Acrobat (as stated in the subject title) is very laggy. It even shows what I think is a Windows Vista skin for the application window frame. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure if this is a common issue? Unfortunately I need it to edit acrobat files... 

Whenever I try open Acrobat (or any of my other Adobe Creative Cloud products) I get the following screen and everything closes.

Does anyone have this issue? I'm getting these messages when trying to use the AI assistant to aid my tasks in pdf documents, however these messages keep popping up! (Refer to screenshots below) Why does it say I'm not eligible for access to the features? I have a subscription plan the Acrobat AI Assitant, should I not be able to use the features?  Is this related to a server issue or specific user issue? 

Hallo, ich habe einen Aktivierungscode für Acrobat Pro in einem Onlineshop gekauft, leider scheitert die Aktivierung über https://redeem.adobe.com/acrobat jedesmal, da der Code angeblich schon eingelöst wurde. Mein Acrobat ist jedenfalls nicht aktiviert, ich bitte um Unterstützung.

I subscribed to the free Adobe trial today and I cannot cancel. The page does not load on the last click even if I'm using my phone or laptop. Tried edge and chrome. I feel this is a scam because even the chat doesn't work and there is no contact email or telephone number. 

There are multiple red outer frames on a single PDF page. How to split it into multiple pages based on the size of these frames? I know this can be done using ExtendScript with Illustrator, but I want a simpler method that only uses scripts in Adobe Acrobat.  

i got the subscribtion for the AI and its not working when i load in a document i get an error message. please help. 

I am having issues creating a link from my pdf, when I go to share > create a link, it will say link copied in green at the bottom right but then it gives me a pop-up saying "Unable to share". The pdf is not protected and I believe I have the most current version of Adobe. How can I get the link to be created?

Is there product issues this morning, I am unable to login  

Hi,  One of our users recently had difficulties editing a .pdf document on the desktop, despite having a licence for Creative Cloud Pro Plus for teams.He was forced to use the online editing tool.Has access to the acrobat desktop editor been removed from Creative Cloud Pro Plus for teams?

After selecting a PDF file to open with Adobe Acrobat Pro the file will either take forever to open or will not open.  I uninstalled Adobe and attempted to reinstall it, but it now my account will not open.

Buen día.Tengo el siguiente error en el aplicativo, al realizar la instalación con la cuenta del usuario sirve para convertir archivos de Excel a PDF, pero despues de 1-2 días el aplicativo falla, generando errores de licenciamiento y no ejecuta el programa, se intenta abrir y carga por 5 segundos y se cierra o genera un error de que la licencia caduco pero se esta al día en la suscripción (adjunto imagenes de falla).Se realizo reinstalación de aplicativo, eliminación de cache y temporales, pero siempre inicia bien y vuelve a fallar. Agradezco la atención prestada y el soporte del por que sucede este fallo.Gracias!

I hope someone can help because the AI chat is just terrible! I have a fully signed and executed agreement, however the person I sent it for signature to continues to get the reminders to sign. It has been 4 weeks now and they are becoming irritated.  There is no "clock" beside the agreement, the agreement is showing as fully complete - I don't know what else to do. Can someone please help me shut these off? 

Ich habe bei Adobe Acrobat genau nach der von Adobe vorgeschlagenen Anleitung einen Benutzerstempel "Bezahlt" erstellt der mit dem aktuellen Tagesdatum versehene werden soll und wie gefordert korrekt abgespeichert. Der Stempel wird korrekt erstellt, jedoch aktualisiert sich das aktuelle Tagesdatum nicht, sondern bleib auf dem Datum der Erstellung stehen. Wie kann das korrigiert werden

Please Help, My subscription includes acrobat pro, but the system won't let me use it. I can only use regular acrobat. I can't activate acrobat pro.

Good morning My shared files have disappeared. This has happened to me about 5 times in the last 3 years. Adobe can you help retrieve these shared files? Is there an upcoming fix to prevent this from happening?

While preparing a purchase order form, I am using our company Acrobat Pro (3 licenses). When clicking on each field and where I need to have number in a column and last one to be the sum of above ... I cant find the possibility to switch from Text to Number and the to arrange a formula.Is there any specific set of the app to have calculation button?Thanks

Dear Community, I have used the 3 Month Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial.I payed the 0,00 € with PayPal. Yesterday they wanted to charge what did not work.It says "Please Update your Card Data to Continue Using the Product"  Today I ask myself if I have to pay the fee or can run it out without any legal consequences. Can I run it out without any legal consequences?   

I have a user that is using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and she is unable to sign pdf forms, when I check the review details option the "Appearance Integrity" Report shows the following:-  4000 unrecognized PDF content- 1001 comment or form field may silently change- 1008 document contains hidden behaviors- 1005 the document contains an XFA based formI uninstalled the software, deleted all remaining folders, removed the certificates, cleared the SSL state, and restarted the computer. After re-installing the software she still have the same problem. Any assistance is much appreciated 

Hi, I am trying to cancel my free trail of Adobe Acrobat, and everytime I click cancel, it just gives me an error message. I have looked through the website and it seems there is no place I can contact support. How can it be this difficult to cancel a subscription? What do I do? Thank you in advance.
