We have users using the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Perpetual License, will they still work and can we still use them?

I have a PDF file attached to an email in outlook. When I preview the file it shows the correct information on the PDF form, but if I open it or save it and open it, it shows information from an older form.  Anyone know what to do?

After clicking on print, the print dialogue box opens, the page is set to A4 and I need to change it to A3 however I can't do that because the "properties" AND the "page setup..." button don't do anything! I am running Windows 11Acrobat is up to date - no updates availablemy print drivers are up to date. They were just installed by IT.I have tried checking if this exe was set to Read Only... it was not. So how can I change the paper size??George is getting frusterated!

Back in 2015 my company purchased a volume license of Acrobat XI through a reputable reseller, CDW. Everything has been working fine until today. Today I got notification that my license has been revoked. I spoke with Adobe Support and was told that they no longer provide license support for XI. They confirmed the license was real, but that they did not see anything wrong with it on their end and referred me to the Adobe Community to talk to the experts..  I've searched various posts and found no real resolution.  Any experts out there have any idea how I can fix this?

I’m trying to enable Microsoft Defender for Cloud session policies for the acrobat.adobe.com web app. (as per here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-cloud-apps/session-policy-aad). Session policies will provide functionality to control document upload and download from the acrobat.adobe.com web app.  With Microsoft Defender for Cloud session policies, the web app must be onboarded to Defender for Cloud for conditional access control. This would then automatically redirect the application through the MCAS proxy, when SAML authentication is completed. I just bought a new laptop and i have my adobe acrobat pro redemption code from my old laptop. when i enter the redemption code on the new laptop it says. Oops this redemption code is registered to a different Adobe ID. How do i get the Adobe ID sign in again? Or am i not allowed to use my previous redemption code on my new laptop? Please help

Tried clearing the thumbnail cache, turning "thumbnails instead of icons" off/on (both in Acrobat Preferences and Windows Explorer folder options), and reinstalling the Acrobat. Didn't work. The only case they show is when I change my desktop icon size to Large. The issue here is they have a white background around the PDF preview (which I don't think was the case before), and - I want my icons to be back to Medium size.There is no issue with the preview on icons or any size in folders, only on Desktop. Any help or fix that doesn't include hillbilly patches, third-party debuggers, or add-ons?

Ever since Adobe support 'fixed' my issue after loading Acrobat Pro on my new IMAC I have been getting this error when opening MS WORD - Run Time Error 53 - and this path - library/applications support/adobe/macpdfm/macpdfm.framework/Version/A/macpdfm - I spent three hours with adobe support yesterday and ended up getting disconnected on a char - I am hoping some on in the Adobe community can help me fix this issue - I am basically back where I started after loading acrobat pro on my IMAC - IMAC is on Mojave 10.14.5 - Acrobat Pro DC - Version 2015.006.30497 - hopefully someone can help - I was transferred over 8 times in Adobe support and the problem never got solved.

Hi there, For accessibility i sometimes test read a PDF (with Acrobat). Now the language changed to english? How can i set it back, to dutch. Language of the PDF is 'dutch.I've tried:Mac system settings > accessibility > spoken material > set to dutchMac system settings > accessibility > live speech > set to dutchAdobe preferences > read > unticked default voice > choose Xander (at least not a voice with foreign languages behind the name).What am i missing smt? Regards, Ed'

Hello I have a strange issue with notes on PDF. When I add a note and write text on it, when I publish it, the beginning of the text disappear and I have only few words of the end of the text. Thanks to help

When I try to save to PDF/A in Acrobat Pro, the system reports that it needs to install components. It then informs me that I must perform the installation manually. After selecting manual installation, it reports that my location is incorrect and sends me to a page that ends with a 404 error.Reinstalling did not help.Does anyone have experience with this behavior and a solution?

Hi there.  When I try to use e-sign on Adobe Acrobat signed in with our account, the screen fails to load.  If I log in to the web version, or if I use the same login to log into Adobe Acrobat on another computer in the office it works.  Ive run the Adobe Acrocleaner software, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I also found a post recommending deleting the DC key in the registry (which I backed up first) but to no avail.  Does anyone know of a solution to this?  Many thanks in advance. 

Our business office is experiencing the following issue. When a signed PDF is emailed to her, the signure disappears when she opens it in Acrobat Pro. The signature is displayed in the preview feature in Gmail so we have determined it IS there. But when it's downloaded and opened in Acrobat it is no longer displayed. The document was signed in Acrobat Pro, emailed to the Business office, downloaded then opened in Acrobat Pro. It is here where the signature is no longer showing as it shows in the email preview. I then had the user send me the PDF and the signature displays in my email preview, but once I open it, it no longer displays. I attempted this on two different computers in both Acrobat Pro and Adobe Reader DC. All applications are up to date. We are running MacOS Catalina 10.15.6 on all computers. Unsure of what could be causing this and why the signature would show up when we view the file in the Gmail preview but then be cleared when opening it in Acrobat Pro/Reader

I have a license for Adobe Acrobat but whenever I Request e-signatures I get the error (see below): Action needed to request e-signaturesYou can no longer request e-signatures with this user profile associated with [my email address].Please contact your admin or resubscribe to restore access.   We just moved from yearly to monthly subscription basis. How can we resolve this? 

Trying to send a PDF for e-signature but keep getting the error "Some miscellaneous error has occurred". Have done this numerous times in the past without issue! Uninstalled Adobe DC and reinstalled and same issue. It's on the latest version.

I've been tasked with making a booklet created in Canva fillable. When I followed the instructions on converting a document to a fillable form, I got an error message (see attached) and it only converted part of the Table of Contents (also attached), but none of the actual form spaces. Is there something that should have been done when the document was created to facilitate the conversion? Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks,Cindy

Hey everyone, I’ve been facing an issue while opening large Audi repair manuals PDF files in Adobe Acrobat. Some of them either take a long time to load or crash midway while scrolling or searching text. I’ve tried optimizing and repairing Acrobat, but no luck so far. Trying to print comments on a pdf for a client. The only option is comments on its own page. I'd like the comments on the same page. Also, as there have been multiple comments from diff users, a 19 page document goes to 354 pages. Tried all the help and ai bots, nothing worked. Adobe is too expensive for such a simple request to be difficult . 

When I select "Edit PDF" and then select "Add Text" and then try to click in a blank space on the page, the entire page or an editable section is selected instead.  It's like the "Edit" is turned on instead of the "Add Text" button.  I used to be able to click anywhere on the page and add my text.  I make notes on all my PDF files that I save (like date and phone call made, date and email text, if a medical claim, how much I paid along with date and how I paid the bill).I've found the only way to add new text is to try to find a blank area, type new next and then drag and drop that text box to the location I want it.  Or if I had previously added text, I can copy and past that text box and move it to where I need a new text box and overwrite the text.Why is the sytem thinking I still want to Edit and not just add new text?I added a screenshot where you can see that "Add Text is highlighted.  I wanted to add a new text below my note of how I paid on 10.17.23, bu

I'm using Acrobat 2020 and Windows 10..This Adobe help page says I can apply strikethough to text as follows:Use the Select text tool to select the text you want to mark up. But I don't have a Select text tool. I have an Edit PDF tool, When I select that it allows me to select the text I want to edit. From the markup toolbar that appears, take one of the following actions as desired:But I don't get a toolbar called "markup" when I select Edit PDF.
