Pdfs keep crashing in Acrobat Pro and Reader. I've checked for updates and have logged in and out and have followed basic guidelines in Help section. No fix. Please advise.

Since the last update of Acrobat through Creative Cloud, Acrobat has been randomly opening to a blank screen, nothing along the top other than Acrobat. It just sits there.  Doesn't close. I can close it, but it may open up again later.  Seems to trigger when I open a browser window (Microsoft Edge) or File Explorer.  Version for Acrobat in subject.  I have uninstalleld and re-installed and it continues to happen.  Thanks!

Back from Holiday: acrobat pro always closes after 1 minute (win 10) No matter if I open something or not. I also don't need AI functions in Acrobat. Is there any (older) version w/o for dl?

Ever since the most recent update, any PDFs I create from Word, no matter the font, look awful! Has anyone else noticed this? Is this a way to force people into the new subscription? Those decisions are all higher up than me in my company, but I'm distressed by how bad things suddenly look!

 Used to work perfect, every time. Now it just freezes, basically every time.  Current process is - open acrobat, help - repair. May or may not work once. If it does work, freezes next time. Close and repair. There has to be a better way, can't continue to use this going forward. I've uninstalled, cleaner tool, etc... tried the recommended fixes on the various searches regarding freezing when combining files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

All of my company's Acrobat keeps crashing while trying to extract, insert or delete pages using the Organize pages tool.The files are being made accessible and are still undergoing changes, thus the need to organize pages.It replicates on each computer used in our company. Can't upload the file due to security issues.

Hi - I work at a company where we're trying to deploy a PowerPoint using the Google Font Jost. It has tested well on my MAC and PC, but when some users utilizing PowerPoint 2019 and 2013 save as a pdf, the font changes. The font is embedded in the PowerPoint, for me it works even if I uninstall the font from my MAC. Any ideas? 

I have an Enterprise plan that includes, in theory, full access to Adobe Acrobat. However, I cannot seem to utilize the Request E-Signatures function. I have fully updated my app and attempted from both within the app and the web browser and extension in both Chrome and Safari. When I get to the point of selecting my document, the screen never loads (spinning blue circle) and sometimes an error appears at the bottom that reads NO_SIGN_USER. I can't even click on the information button within the error message. I've tried logging into Adobe Sign but it redirects me to my Adobe Acrobat homepage and I'm back to where I started. I've gone through other discussions here and have not found a solution that works. 

I'm using an HP LaserJet M479 all-in-one.  All was working well on my old MacBook Pro (Intel), but not on my new MacBook Pro M4 (software was re-installed, not migrated). Now, when scanning in color, I always get the error "The Selected Color Format is not supported". Scanning using Image Capture works fine, so it seems to be an Acrobat problem. Anyone have a solution for this?

No new software installed - not aware of changes that might have caused this new issue.Troubleshooting done:, Windows 11 updates are current. Adobe states it is current - no updates pending. nt.  Have tried repair of Adobe - several times - no help.  Reinstalled several times.  issue persists. Hello Adobe Community, I'm in a heck of a situation. Without my knowledge or consent, my husband forged my signature electronically on an Adobe Sign document, which was a loan for a substantial amount of money that we are not able to repay within the time frame outlined in the contract. This is only one of many seriously problematic things my husband, soon-to-be ex-husband, has done.  Is there a way I can prove that the signature was a forgery? We have both been served with a lawsuit from the lender. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Windows 11 Enterprise, 23H2 OS build 22631.5472 and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2025.001.20531.  I have a folder containing 28 PDFs.  I select all, right click and choose "Combine Files in Acrobat".  Acrobat will open into the Combine Files menu and it will only show a subset of the PDFs that I had selected, not all of the PDFs I had selected.  All files are local on the computer, not out on a network or cloud drive. It is not always the same subset.  Sometimes it is 10-25, sometimes 12-27.  Now, If I select all, right click and choose "Show More Options", I then have two "Combine Files in Acrobat" listed.  Either choice will then show all 28 files in the Combine files menu in Acrobat  I have tried tons of the suggestions for when the Combine Files option is not present when right clicking, such as -regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat Elements\ContextMenu64.dll"-Deleting the UserPrefs folder out in C:\Users\MyUse

That bar, that never disappears, keeps reminding you about the signature of the document.I don't need that, it distracts me and it occupies space, how to hide it?I need to see the documents, not notification bars that can't be hidden.It's crazy how there is no simple way to remove all the useless tools and infographics when trying to read a simple pdf. Thanks for any help.

I almost always use Adobe Acrobat with the Selection Tool active. That normally causes a cursor to show up in the text. When I select the hand tool instead, the cursor in the text turns into a hand to pan.When the selection tool is active, the cursor shows up in the text. However, the inconvenience of that tool is that when I press the right and left arrows on my keyboard, rather than turn between pages of the PDF as they normally do, they make the cursor move between the individual letters. In the past, I have been able to address this by pressing escape. That makes the cursor disappear from the text and then when I press the left and right arrows on the keyboard, I am able to turn between the pages of the PDF (i.e., when I press the right arrow, I will go from page 2 to Page 3; when I press the left arrow, it goes from page 3 to page 2; etc.).However, in recent days, pressing escape in Acrobat has not caused the cursor to disappear from the text. Hi, I've encountered a problem where I have a font provided to me which has been installed successfully, I can see it as a selectable font within microsoft word, but when editing a PDF within acrobat adobe I am unable to select it from the list of available fonts when I am editing a document. To make it a little more odd, this PDF I am editing was created using this font, but whenever I make changes to it it will not use the original font despite being installed on my laptop. Any adivce would be helpful. ThanksD5741

Hi there, I have a series of pdf files that I need a way to figure out if there is executable code inside the files.  Do you know of a good method to do this on a batch level?

I have accidentally selected to not be asked if I want to recognize text when using the find function. How can I turn this back on so that I don't have to convert scanned pages to searchable images before using the find function?

Under more options, Files, the box is visible and is labeled 'drag & drop files here', but when I attempt to drop a file, it just opens in a new Adobe Tab. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Since the most recent InDesign update, the exact same table I have been using and exporting-to-PDF successfully with correct tag structure for over 20 documents is now refusing to tag correctly? When I go into the reading order panel to try and remediate, select a cell, open the table editor, go into cell properties, and try to manually update the cell as a header cell, the structure type is not changing to "TH" even after I hit "Ok." (in this screenshot, you can see the blue selection boxes around all of the dark-grey-shaded header cells, the selected type, and the incorrect structure type still showing instead of updating to TH.)When I try to click into the cell properties for one of the header cells after telling the program it is a Header Cell and selecting "Ok," the cell properties menu is saying it is a column-scope Data Cell?? When I look in the content panel, it is reflecting the heading containers as "TH"but the tags panel is showing "TD" with the visual symbol

Adobe sign does not seem to allow me to add a signer that only needs to initial. I keep getting a message that it will add a signature line to the bottom of the document. How can I remove that? I have 2 signers. 1 needs to do a full signature, but the other only needs to initial the document and I cannot find anywhere to explain this process. 

Hi,  So this one has me a little stumped. Hopefully something simple I am over thinking and missing but not sure. Here are some of the facts I have if you need more just ask and I will add it. The problem comes when I open up acrobat and I select my Fiery printer server and then select propertis and change anything like 1 side to 2 or any settings and select OK it crashes. I check for all updates and uninstall and reinstalled everything 2 times. I have attached photos of both Fiery and Adobe update are done and checked just now again. I also attach photo of the event log showing the crash. Along with reinstall I also found online a simular error report and somone said remove the profiles as one can be bad. I removed them and it worked 1 time, then crash every time after again.  Please let me know what else I can try as this is starting to get under my skin, the printer works fine and has if you just open and print it has no issues.  Computer was build by some o

I work in IT support and I'm assisting a user with an irregular issue with her Adobe Pro. When she redacts or edits a PDF document and tries to save they get the below error messages despite being the only one who has access to the document. we have tried saving it in other locations. It will then only save the PDF if they rename the file, the PDF is not protected and protected mode is switched off. it wont let them save over the original and they have tried with several documents.i have checked the settings and also reinstalled Adobe and still getting the same error message.  Thanks 

Hi there, I already contacted Google play store about this issue and they just decline me for a refund which I have the right for a refund because first, I did not authorize this transaction and I did not use this app, it just happen that I tried the 7 days free trial and it charge me automatically without my permission.  My transaction is still within the time frame of refund policy, I would be grateful if you could help me because the money you guys charge is my monthly budget and I got no money to pay my bills this.
