Hi  Recently I´m having trouble with Acrobat.When I open it – it seems to open a window which shuts down before I can read what it says.After that the program freezes and shuts down quickly.On the upper right corner it says “Log in” – but I can´t click it – and I am already logged into Creative Cloud and the other apps I´m using.I´m on a Windows 11 pc with 64 GB RAM and a 13th Gen Intel ® Core™ i9-13900K 3.00GHz processor.I have rebooted the pc, - uninstalled Acrobat, rebooted again, installed acrobat, rebooted again – and it still does exactly the same.I hope  there´s a fix for this?All the bestJesper Juul Christophersen

A month ago, I cancelled two of my plans and was promised a refund. The next thing I know, Adobe somehow prolonged the subscription and when I cancelled the plans, they charged me a cencellation fee way to high (around € 150.00 each). Is it possible that there was an error on Adobe's side when I initially cancelled my plans?

When I use the highlighter how do I set it so that after each time I use it it stops highlighting when i want to scroll down the page. I don't want to have to go and click back on the highlight icon each time. I was able to do this on my last computer but now I can't seem to find where to set for this function.

I purchased an authentic perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat 2017 Pro and am waiting for it to be delivered, while using the free trial in the meantime. The program installed fine and I was able to use it without issue on my system for several hours before it randomly crashed. Now whenever I open it, I am stuck in a loop of signing in, activating my trial, and seeing the program open for half a second before closing and reopening the sign in prompt. folgender Sachverhalt: Die im Betreff beschriebene Software ist auf meinem (alten) Dienst-PC installiert. Habe einen neuen PC und möchte die gekaufte Software auf diesem installieren. Leider nicht möglich. Abhilfe? Beides Dienst-PC´s, den alten muss ich demnächst zurückgeben. Brauch aber den ursprünglich gekauften Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. Installationsversion habe ich auf CD, auch die per Mail im Dezember 2023 zugesandte Seriennummer. Kann mich nach Start der Software im Account anmelden, Software starte aber nicht, werde immer wieder zur Anmeldung geleitet...

Tengo una cuenta Adobe ID activa de Acrobat Pro, a la cual, ya no puedo acceder porque no recuerdo la contraseña, la cuenta de correo = Adobe ID ha sido eliminada (era de un lugar de trabajo) y el método donde se recibía el código de verificación para hacer el cambio de contraseña es esa misma cuenta de correo. Por lo cual, no puedo cambiar la contraseña.Tiene facturación actual e indicado lo anterior, no la puedo utilizar en otro equipo hasta el momento, deseo que me indiquen si puedo cambiar el método por el cual se envían los códigos de verificación o de que manera la puedo cancelar. Gracias. 

Hi there   Thanks in advance for any support.   I had Adobe Acrobat Pro installed on my old work laptop last year, and it looked like the first attached image, called old version. It looks more like your traditional installed program with the menu bar.   My IT department* just installed Adobe Acrobat Pro on my new laptop, and it looks like this, see image attached called new version. This gives more of an online vibe which I'm not keen on, and no menu bar.    Is this how it should be? Did Adobe redesign it? I preferred the old version. Maybe people familiar with the 'new version' can tell me if this is a good thing and I just need to get used to this drastic new layout. I have Acrobat Pro (the latest) through my employment. We had an outside company scan 600 files for us and many have pages that were scanned as one document instead of separated out. Those that should have been separated can vary in pages, therefore the split tool in my program is useless for such a large project as you can only select one specific number of pages to split out for the whole document. On the online Adobe Acrobat site, I can see that it looks like the Acrobat PDF Splitter is there, which I have used in the past and is perfect for the project, but when I try to use it, it asks me to upgrade to Acrobat Pro. I know there are other ways to do this, using the extract tool or other ways, but this is a very large project and those ways are too time consuming for what I have. Any suggestions? 

I'm having lots of small issues - for example, having to click on editing items two or three times to get them to work, or, as in this example, two selections being active at the same time:I'm also having trouble here and there getting the markup cursor in the right place, e.g. between a period and a superscript character.Anything I should try to get these things in order?thanks!

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing issues this week? I am not sure if its related to windows update or the adobe programmes themselves but my adobe acrobat keeps crashing and all my programmes (indesign, illustrator and photoshop) are all super slow and freezing. I have reinstalled the apps and that hasn't helped. Let me know if anyone can suggest something or if others are experiencing simular issues. Thank youSuz

Hi guys,I've got a problem, maybe you can help me with it:Unfortunately, I don't have the original .indd file because our old agency created the PDF and we don't work with them together anymore.Basically, I want to print the A4-PDF but the print shop needs 3mm bleed all around. Is it possible, to add bleed in Adobe Acrobat afterwards? Thanks in advance!

I've tried all the troubleshooting sugguested online including from other threads. I'm not an expert at printing unfortantely and can't figure this out. Please help. 

Hi, Our end users have started to experience this issue recently.We have both Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader installed on the VDI as not everyone is issued with a license.Those that do have a license open Adobe Acrobat and sign in. Those that don’t use the read version as they have no need for editing. I can confirm that the default apps of these Adobe Acrobat users are set correctly to be Adobe Acrobat but now when they attempt to try and combine pdfs by right clicking to use combine option it keeps launching the dialogue box saying they are open in reader (but they are not).  If you select the ok to launch Adobe Acrobat all it does is open Acrobat so now, they have both a reader version open and an acrobat version open and no  combination action happening. We have had to revert to users launching acrobat and then dragging and dropping in the combine screen to complete the task. We are using version 2025.001.20630 32-bit Any advice on how we can

Whenever I look at an email that has PDF attachments, outlook pops up a small window with the message "Open PDFs in Adobe Acrobat" (see attached screenshot) hovering over and hiding a small portion of the email, and I have to click the small "x" to close it each time - which is a bit annoying. Any way to stop this small window from appearing every time? (without removing the plugin).

I get a warning every HOUR that I need to connect to an outside server. I have trouble shot with the Apple tech support as well as my office tech support. The problem goes away when I uninstall Acrobat. (I have a CC subscription, so it's the most recent version) I had done a shared review a while ago, but have since deleted all files related to that review off my computer as well as icloud. I need Acrobat and would like to have it installed. HOW do I remove this problem? There is no server listed in the tracker preferences. (see attached files)Help!MelissaEVERY HOUR I get this warning.  IT goes away when acrobat is uninstalled. In Acrobat Preferences, the tracker says to check every hour! The file that I was tracking has been deleted from my drive and now custom servers are listed.

Normally when opening a 3D pdf, one needs to click on it to activate it. One can then manipulate how it is viewed. Sometime in the past 2 weeks this changed. The 3D pdf image initially appears ok but the viewing area then shrinks to the bottom left corner once the image is activated. This is on Acrobat Pro DC for Mac with both MacOS and Adobe on their latest updates.

Acrobat keeps automatically launching whenever I open Google Chrome.  This does not seem to be an issue associated with opening automatically when downloading PDFs, since I checked all those settings in both apps.  It happens every time I open Chrome, regardless of the sites visited.  The issue has persisted after several restarts.

we have about 1,600 staff licensed for adobe std/pro, i have one user who is having this issue and it is a job limiter as she needs to manipulate documents then send out.  windows 11, adobe v25.001.20643 and prior version.  i dont have older versions to test.  the PDF files are generated by a vendors automated system, they work for others on her team, when she opens pdf the company logo gets overly pixilated.  we have tried reinstall, rename the user reg key for adobe and renamaing the appdata\adobe  folders. if she uninstalls and reinstalls it works for a very short time.  she sent me the file and it dispalys pixelated in std & pro not reader or web broswers.  anyone know what file is responsible for rendering in adobe or ideas on how to resolve this??
