Hi!I have a couple of PDFs that are uploaded to Adobe Acrobat document cloud and then shared for commenting.After commenting, when I try to download the PDF, the downloaded file does not contain the comments.This has happened with two separate PDFs. Also one of them has the sharing still open and the other doesn't. I'm using the web version of Acrobat.Previously the comments have carried to the downloaded PDF with no problems. What might be the issue? 🤔 🤔

Creating my own sub since there is no answer to this same problem here. I can't resize my acrobat window past a limit (a third of my screen on my ultra wide monitor, and almost the whole screen on a regular 17"). I'm on windows, everything is up to date.I've tried uninstalling, deleting cache, re-installing Acrobat, nothing works. It's been a week and it's a massive inconvenience since I usually need to have 3 or 4 pdf's opened to compare data at one glance. I c'ant do that anymore.  Any idea what's going on ?

MACBOOK MACOS SEQUOIA 15.61.1APPLE M3 MAX ProcessorI have uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe Acrobat from my current subscription and cannot resize the window horizontally past a limit.  It stops resizing and places an outward arrow in the movement screen. I have a 57" Odyssey monitor, and as narrow as it can go is in 1/3 of the whole screen.  This issue has arisen in the past few days.Any help would be great. 

Acrobat appears to have auto updated itself this morning (despite being disabled!)Device activation limit prompt pops up on each subsequent launch, prompting to sign out on a device to enable current device, despite it being the one thats currently signed in...Thought other CC apps were OK, however they also now show the same behaviour. 

have a few computers that it seemed like an update was forced upon in the last week and now we are limited to how small we can make the adobe window and its just too big for what we do and it was not doing this before this update, have tried one reg hack and removing it and reinstalling but nothing works is there a way around this or are we stuck with this large minimal window sizing?thank you

Boa noite , me chamo Daniel e instalei o adobe pro. foi intalado abriu o aplicativo consegui abrir um arquivo para editar, mas na hora que eu dou um clique no editar pdf aparece uma mensagem que eatá intalando componentes de ferramentas e não consigo editar . Só que já tem horas que está assim e não sai desse instalação de componentes de ferramentas.   

I couldn't find any documentation for this setting option.Can someone please explain this option in more detail? My first question has a second one: When I enable this option, Distiller always saves a file named "Standard(1).joboptions." However, this file can not be referenced anywhere. So, what is the purpose of "Standard(1).joboptions"?

Hello,We use an application to store Architectural Drawings that are in PDF format.  Unfortunately, the application has an individual file size limitation of 49mb.  I know how to use the "Organize Pages" function in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to split the large file into smaller files.  What I do not know is how to see how large the file will be before splitting it up. For example, I have a 128mb file containing all of the individual architectural drawings.  So, I need to break this up into 3 separate files.  As I start by selecting the first page and then continuing to select pages, I would like to see the total file size of the selected files - as I select them - so I can see when I get close to the 49mb limit. Is there anyway to do this within Adobe Acrobat?  If not, any suggestions on how to do this external to Adobe? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi there, I'm having trouble with Adobe PDF Print and Microsoft Excel.When I preview before printing, it looks perfect. But when I print, it becomes misaligned. This is an issue at work as we need hte boxes to be aligned in all pages. I'm using the latest Adobe Acrobat and our copier is a Ricoh MP C6004ex. Can I get some help with the troubleshooting? Thank you in advance!

I've just installed Adobe Acrobat Pro and when I open the application, it starts okay and then after 20-30 seconds a grey window appears with a spinning blue circle which I assume is a loading bar however it's blocking me from using the application and isn't going away. I've left it for 30 minutes and there is no change. I have the creative cloud for the desktop and it shows that the application is up-to-date I'm all logged in but nothing is happening. Any support or help would be appreciated.  

I recently updated and built my new PC, and thus had to reinstall Windows. While trying to reinstall my Adobe programs through the Creative Cloud desktop application, the only program I cannot install is Acrobat. It stops at 0% and says there is a problem with my internet connection, even though other Adobe programs install or update just fine without this error. I have checked my Windows Security, and all Adobe related processes are accepted through the firewall. I have never had any version of Acrobat installed on my computer, so this isn't an issue of trying to replace an old version. But I need Acrobat for school and work, so I would really prefer to find some sort of solution to this.

Need help here.  My Acrobat Standard bought in 2016, use 3x daily, suddenly client can't open my PDF

I'm trying to change all the rounded corners in a document to square corners. When I edit an image in Photoshop, it imports with square corners, but after saving it back to Acrobat, the image in Acrobat is replaced, but keeps the rounded edges. This suggests that the issue may be a setting in Acrobat. Is there a way to change this setting? Thanks

Hello, I am trying to create a monthly income calculator. We need monthly income in order to determine if an applicant is eligible for a particular benefit or service, however, sometimes applicants are unaware of how much money they make on a monthly basis but they do know how much they make weekly or biweekly or semi monthly or yearly. I want to calculate the MONTHLY field based on what is entered on at least one of these fields. Can someone please help?   

Hi , has anyone else noticed that the latest version of Acrobat Pro (27th Aug I think) has a bug ? If you select all the files in a folder, if there is a .zip or .rar file, the option on right click to combine isnt there. If you ignore the zip,it works fine. This has only occurred since this release  

This version of Adobe is a train wreck.  It can't even print a simple pdf: instead, it asks me to save a copy of the original selection, but never prints it. I am still able to print with no difficulty from my other apps. I will look for another app that can still perform these tough functions like PRINTING.  Get it together, Guys!!!

Hi,I've been suffering for a long time from the slowness with which Acrobat responds when I try to resize its window. Even if I move the mouse too fast to the place I want to enlarge or reduce it, such resizing may become impossible. I wonder if there is an incompatibility problem. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet with m7 x64 processor with 16GB of RAM and always had Windows 10 updated to the latest version. Of course, my Acrobat DC is also updated to the latest version, currently: 2019.012.20040Acrobat is so slow in resizing that it looks like an application from the Windows 8 era.Does anyone suffer the same problem or know of any solution?Thank you very much 

A lot of the .PDF files that I need to re-open a few days later are in my OneDrive folder. None of them show up in my Recent Files list. How do I make them show up in my Recent Files list? I'm on a MacBook Pro M2 Max 2023, macOS 14.5, Acrobat 2024.002.20759

Adobe has the most pathetic support system I have ever seen and I am not blaming the support team.  Why does the website say that Adobe DC Cloud is HIPAA compliant when it is not.  This is a simple question.  All they want to do is upsell to another program--Adobe Sign Enterprise.  No one knows what a HIPAA compliance BAA agreement even is.  Ridiculous.  

 Good morning, after the last update, Adobe (adobe acrobat 2025.001.20630) displays one image incorrectly, the browser displays the same image correctly.   

I have a text field, called T1, with a formula in the Simplified field notation box.  The formula is to take a number entered in another text field, T2, and multiply it by 5.  The formula is T2*5.  If there is no number entered in T2, I would like to hide the zero in T1.  Normally, I would enter the following as a Custom calculation script in T1:  if(event.value == 0) event.value = "";But, I can't use both a Simplified field notation and a Custom calculation script in T1.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I use the combine as PDF option often. I went to try and combine 2 different PDF pages today and it continues to merge the information from one file to another. I just want to take 2 files/pages and make them one file.There is a pop up message that comes up telling me that it is going to merge my information and if I don't want that than I need to use the portfolio option except when trying it that way, they remain 2 separate files, there is not combining. I don't want to open a "portfolio" with multiple files, I want to open one file that has all my pages in one file where I can scroll through like I used to. This is the most frustrating thing!

I have to often print a series of labels that include information such as a roll count, 1 of 50, 2 of 50, etc. How can I add a single form on a single page in Acrobat that will increase sequentially per the copies printed?

I need to use an uncertified plugin and even though the 'use only certified plug-ins' is unchecked - it still says it is in certified mode and the usual set/exit, unset/exit doesn't change it.  Any suggestions appreciated.  Thanks
