대학교에서 제공해주는 어도비 라이센스 플랜을 사용하려고하는데 적용이안돼요학교컴퓨터로 계정로그인했을때는 적용되었는데 개인 컴퓨터로 적용하려고 로그인하니깐 플랜 구매하라고 합니다 왜그런건가요,, 그전에 개인계정으로 사용했던 이력때문인가요?

2024년 12월 9일에 어도비 결제 취소를 상담원을 통해서 다 취소했는데 이후에도 결제가 되고 있습니다. 15분 동안 통화 하였고 빠른 시일 내에 환불 해주세요. 그리고 2024년 6월부터 결제한 내역이 작년 어도비 대학생 할인 가격으로 들어간게 맞는지 문의 드립니다.    *모더레이터에 의해 개인정보가 삭제되었습니다. 

현재 기존에 쓰던 플랜이 결제 오류 상태인데, 이번 달 부터 플랜을 공동 구매하여 사용할 예정입니다. 이런 경우 별도로 기존 플랜 취소 요청을 하지 않아도 공동 구매 플랜으로 변경되어 적용될까요? 아니면 따로 취소 요청을 해야하나요?

원본의 경우 테두리 없는 투명화 이미지(png) 입니다.그런데 다른 파일(psd)로 불러오기를 할 경우, 하얀 테두리와 함께 이미지가 불러와집니다.너무 황당해서 파일을 따로 연 뒤, 레이어 복붙식으로 다시 불러왔는데...분명 투명화였던 이미지가 psd 파일로 넘어가기만 하면 하얀색 테두리가 생깁니다.대체 이걸 어떻게 해야할까요ㅠㅠ?.............해결 방법을 알려주시면 정말 감사드리겠습니다.

작년 3월에 구매 후, 중간에 취소하려고 했으나 할인 기간이 남아있어 수수료가 부과된다고 전달 받아 할인 기간이 끝날 때까지 기다렸습니다. 현재, 할인 기간이 끝나 4만원 가량의 구독비가 부과되었고, 취소하려고 하니까 또 다시 수수료를 부과하더라구요. 사용하지 않는 프로그램 구독을 취소하는데 한 달 분량의 구독료를 왜 수수료로 내야 하는지 모르겠으나 혹시 다른 방법이 있나 하여 문의 드립니다. 

구독 결재 후 일러스트레이터를 실행하면 이런 메시지가 나오며 프로그램을 사용 할 수 없습니다.미치겠네요 ㅠ.ㅠ 해결 방법 좀 알려 주세요 운영체제는 윈도우 10 프로 64비트 입니다.  자세히 좀 부탁 드립니다.  

3년째 공구했고 3월 5일에 똑같이 입금했는데 계속 웰컴 메일...? 시작하기 눌러야 1년 쓸 수 있는 게 있었는데 이번에는 메일이 안왔더라고요... 메일 받을 수 있는 방법은 없나요? ㅜㅜ 

세로로 긴 psd 파일을안내선으로 구간을 나누고각 안내선 사이의 크기만큼 잘라서새로운 psd 파일로 저장하는 액션을 만들고 싶습니다. 매 파일마다 길이도 다르고 안내선 구간, 갯수도 다릅니다.jpg의 경우 안내선 > 분할도구 > 웹용 저장 하면 한 파일을 안내선에 따라 자동 커팅이 가능한데저는 딱 이 기능에서 psd로 저장이 되는 액션을 만들고 싶습니다. 해당 액션을 만들 수 있는 방법이 있을까요? 

Is there any way to organize local files by album or collection in Lightroom CC Desktop? I want to try using this version of LR, but I really rely on the ability to make collections of all of my files for archival purposes and I don't want to rely on organizing everything in the cloud..

詳しい方に教えてもらいたいです。win10,アクロバットプロで800ページある冊子にノンブルを付けたいのです。指定がHGSゴシックEの全角なのですが全角にする方法がわかりません。こちらの他枠を参考にさせてもらってインデザインで文字スタイル→全角等幅指定でつけてもみましたが全角にはなるもののフォントが置き換わってしまいます。どうしたらHGSゴシックEの全角でノンブルをつけられますか。

Have an issue with our TV series as several dead pixels have been spotted. I know there is a dead pixel tool in Davinci, Wondering if there are any other methods in Premiere or After Effects? Regards,George T

Am going crazy trying to figure it out.When running my zipped HTML5 file through the HTML5 Validator, it keeps coming up with "Missing primary asset check".I've read through many other discussions and googled the hell out of it but no solution has worked so far.(I solved a few other errors I had this way)I've screenshot the code below, and if anyone has a solution, I'd be forever grateful.

Hi All Started to rebuild a new index for the next edtition of a 500 page manual I used the existing INDEX template and found it difficult and confusing to remove all the redundant markers etc   This worked a treat - cleaned everything with no ghost markers to be found   Step 1. Open your whole book click on find/change under "find what" click on the @symbol click on markers --> then index marker leave change to: blank under search, search "all documents" Then "change all"   Step 2. (can you believe it?) remove unused topics from index menu check reference and book highlight (click on) any indexed topic go to top right menu and "remove unused topics"   Tah DAH - all index markers are deleted and your old index is clean ready to rebuild Whew!! you're welcome      All this SHOULD be an ID single click menu option. WHY? For all of us who rebuild indexes for the same book/manual/document requiring all old/dead/deleted (but not deleted)

How do I get email addresses to link within InDesign just as hyperlinks are able to link URLs?

How can I save Rush projects so that my teammates with their own Adobe account can also see and edit them? Is that even possible? 

I edit on a Windows PC. For example, I want to open the same project that is on an external hard drive, but I can't find the project file. Where is it?   Like from adobe premiere ".prproj" I put a photo attached.   Mod note: Title and text were edited slightly.

My QNAP NAS has an option to store files in a "cloud" (like Dropbox or OneDrive) on the NAS to free up Laptop-disk space.   I selected that option and it corrupted all of the photos (some DNG, Some Sony .arw, some .jpg, some .mp4).  I'm guessing (possibly wrongly, but let's assume not) that the Lightroom Catalogues are still OK.  I am going to have to rebuild ~5 years of photo libraries from backups made at the time I took the photos off the camera.  If possible, I'd like to use the Lightroom Catalogues:To extract just the photos I kept, rather than all the photos I took.To apply the edits to the photos. Does anyone know if either of these is possible?(I can probably write code to do the work if it is possible, but would need a bit of guidance on things like how the database is structured.)

I have a brand new iMac with upgraded Ram and Memory, I have installed Premier Rush and successfully edited a 30 minute sequence, with music, and pop up text effects etc.I now am trying to export. I am finding that when I turn 'ON' Use Optimized Clips, I get black screen in Playback (still get sound), turning this 'OFF' I get High Quality Playback.  I have attempted to export with both the Optimized Clips turned on and off, both trying to export to Hard Drive, Desktop and Youtube and none are showing the video, all attempts are showing Black Screen. I have attempted to chat with Adobe Support however their suggestion of unintalling and installing Rush again isnt an option as I have probably spent 5 hours on this Project. I am really needing to get this resolved as I have a deadline of when this video needs to go Live on YouTube. Please Please help me 😞 Side note: I have also attempted to open the Project in Premier Pro, and last night it opened it, but
