We use flowcharts to map out our company procedures. This works great, but there are some steps within a procedure that require additional explanation. Is there some way I could create a pdf that hides/shows a text box with additional instructions when a user hovers over a step within the procedure? I tried just using the highlight/notes feature, but the text can't be formatted which makes for a less than ideal user experience. The whole goal here is to make our documentation as easy to consume as possible so people actually use it. Ideas are greatly appreciated.

Having found a problem with Premiere 2020 when using the captioning app, I was told on this forum that upgrading to the latest version would greatly help. Looking at the specifications for the latest update of Premiere told me that if I could install Monterey, that would be enough (for the time being at least - Monterey will be discarded in November, apparently). I have had Monterey 12.7.6 installed, and the same message appears: it's not compatible with the latest Premiere. But I see that the driver for the GPU video card, NVIDIA, is not 'currently supported' on my new OS version. I saw a message telling me that it would use the Apple default until a compatible driver was available. So I'm stuck again!

Hi everyone! I'm a graphic designer trying to create a JavaScript script for Adobe Illustrator to automatically embed all linked images. The ProblemI often work with files that contain a large number of linked images. When I need to send a PDF with everything embedded, I have to manually embed each image—sometimes clicking hundreds of times. It's extremely tedious.I know I can Shift-click all the linked items and choose Links panel menu > Embed Image(s), but Illustrator prompts a confirmation for each individual image, which defeats the purpose. There must be a more efficient and less painful way to do this. The ApproachWith the help of ChatGPT, I've tried several versions of a script that loop through all placedItems and call .embed() on them. However, they all produce the same issue:Only some images (like every other one) get embedded. Some images change size or shift position after being embedded.I’ve attached screenshots showing the inconsistency. Any ideas why this is happening or

I am new to Illustrator so I'm not sure why the 3 layer design I created won't print or export with all the layers. Only the original image layer shows up in the exported pdf. The layer with a background color and text does not show up. I've looked through the forums and tried multiple options with no success. The layer with text is just a dark blue background with repeating white text covering the whole layer.

Recently, when I try to press CTRL-Z, it won't undo what just happened, but it will undo the next thing. For example, I imported files into Premiere, and then I moved something on the timeline, and I wanted to undo that, but it undid the imported files instead of the action I just took in the timeline.  So far, I've reset my preferences and restarted my Mac, but this issue persists. Macbook Air 2020Sonoma 14.5Premiere Pro v 24.6.1

So I've created a video Montage using b-roll and plugins. It's made in Premiere Pro from scratch using layers. How doni not export this out for use in a 3d projected dome at either 360⁰ or better 180⁰?  I understand there could be a seam at the back end but how do you get rid of the anoos if you look directly up?

I just opened up my PSD file to make minor edits and when I wanted to apply the gradient, it shows an error as the title topic suggest. No idea what caused the bug as it popped out suddenly. Appreciate if there are any workarounds. Cheers.

I bought Illustrator CS4 directly from Adobe online; I never had a disk.  My hard drive has gone whacko-, I had to replace it.  Now I can't get illustrator to run, and the link I had that used to bring me to the download site no longer has a download link.  I don't mind buying software online; but I didn't get a disk.  I don't want to have to buy an upgrade just because my hard disk crashed but by removing the link to my software, it appears they're trying to make me do that.  I still have the serial number and it was a full install, not an upgrade.  Anybody know what I can do about this?   Thank you.

1. When the body text is updated, is there a function (or any way) to have the bookmark text change to match the updated text? 2. Is there any way to have bookmarks automatically assigned to each level by text style (e.g. character style, paragraph style)?(like in Word - style based table of contents)
