Hi,I administrate a few ColdFusion 2023 servers on windows. I perform an off-line update whenever a new update comes out. I carry out these following steps:1) Download new hotfix and packages from Adobe Website2) copy these files into the Bundles directory of ColdFusion3) run the java -java hotfix_xxxx.jar4) the installation states it was "successful" but everytime there are packages that were removed and not reinstalled. These new packages files were definitely included in the bundles directory, but they were deleted during the update process5) My fix everytime is to re-copy these files back into the Bundles and install the packages manaually.Do anyone know how i can perform the update, without needing to re-copy certain package files back into the Bundles to complete the process? Thanks for any help you maybe able to provide! 🙂

Hi, I have lost 2 of my mobile phones and in both of the mobile, I had Adobe scan logged in with my google id.  Is there any way I can logout from those two mobile phones or from all the devices. Please help me with the same.  Thanks & Regards,Aakash Bhatnagar

I just started using an identity plates to "sign" my work for shows.   I use custom text.  It works well for landscape orientation -- the text shows up as expected with the baseline near the bottom and reading left-to-right.  When I switch to portrait orientation, the text rotates 90 degrees clockwise, so the baseline is along the left edge and it reads top-to-bottom.   I can find no way to rotate it back to "normal".    Is this a known limitation or am I missing some simple way to have landscape-oriented identity text in a portrait print?

Does anyone know if/how to set a maximum amount of characters allowed in a text box or restrict the amount of characters to the natural limits of the text box? (Alternatively, can a reader scroll through a long text box? Input seems to be unlimited but the reader cannot see what's outside the perimeter of the box...)

Hello,I tested Adobe Sign by "Running the Demo - PHP" and got the signed pdf with "Adobe Sign Test Document. Not for commercial use" inside.Could you tell me how to remove it?Thanks and kind regards,Fangze

30 years ago my mother used pagemaker to recreate a copy of a childrens rhyme book that originally belonged to my father 80 years ago.  Every time she had a new grandchild, she printed a new version with one of the poems dedicated to the new grandchild.  My sweet mother passed away last year.  This year two great grandchildren will be born and I have been tasked with continuing the tradition.  I have a box with the paper, original book and two CDs with P65 files.  I cannot find a way to convert them to anything usable - Word, PDF, InDesign, etc.  I do not have a copy of Pagemaker or CS6 InDesign, which my research says are the only methods for converting to PDF or DOC.  I really do not want to recreate the entire book but don't have a problem doing editing or cleanup if it is not perfect. Thankful for any suggestsion! Files:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1UuGQUkjka2s08hPpQRcHxX8eW2EzC6s8?usp=drive_link

I can not get a consistent style when changing the motive/object and leave all other params I've set unchanged. It's getting even worse when you have a new "session" by closing the browser or tab.So I tried to do the generation in a Board because I can set the seed in the prompt settings. But this does also not work.I have this issue with using the predefined styles/effects/... or a complete text only prompt.Anybody has the same experience.?Seems I have to use a different image generator when I need consistency across multiple images

Using PP 23.5.0MacBook Pro M2 Chip When I edit a transcript generated by PP, the whole section of the transcript disappears. The audio and video remain; only the transcript is missing. (See attached screen shots of before and after). This just started happening within the last week. I edited several videos with complete success before this started happening.  I did not update the software, and I am unsure if any system updates were done that would cause this issue.  I have tried closing PP. Rebooting my computer. I even when back to a previous project that had been edited successfully, and I am having the same issue now with those.

Very new to After Effects, only working on premade graphics and templates. On two separate files I've tried rendering graphics with transparent backgrounds, and for whatever reason the colors all change to blue after it renders. First file I used was a red, white, and blue patriotic sequence and all my reds looked fine until I opened the finished rendered file in VLC or in Premiere.  Same issue with the file I'm working on now, everything looks like the correct shade of green in the project, while it's rendering, and only turns green after I open the finished file. Exporting through Media Encoder results in the colors all working properly, but I don't want to have to open ME every time I need to render something when I'm not working with complicated stuff. Above are photos of the colors in AE, while it's rendering in AE, and then afterwards in VLC. The last photo is the render in VLC when I went through ME. Below are photos of every setting I could think to grab, bu

I am using the newest version of premier pro and trying to edit videos, however, I am not sure how to move video clips at once. I can do a single video, but when I selected multiple ones, nothing showed up on the effect controls panel. Can anyone give me an idea or I have to do it one by one?

I recently installed creative cloud to my Mac and I am having issues opening PDFs in Acrobat. I'm getting the following error. Example: document named "Timeline.pdf""Apple could not verify "Timeline.pdf" is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy."It gives me the option of clicking DONE or MOVE TO TRASH.I googled and I found that if I go to privacy and security and click on "Open Anyway", it'll open the document in Acrobat. But I'm having to do this for every single document I try to open with Acrobat.I tried deleting and re-installing creative cloud as well as acrobat, I tried restarting my Mac and I tried shutting down completely and starting the Mac again. Can someone please help me?

Hi. using ID 20.4.1 under Windows 11 (long may it wave).I have rigorously indexed a client's document (which I also laid out). The client has a tendency to use "Teutonic Capitalization in All Things and for many Important Nouns." Naturally, when I indexed their document, I indexed using these important capitals... because they were important to the client... but I also put things in lowercase when they were concepts or topics not specifically capitalized in the product by the client. The client objected to some index entries being in uppercase and some in lower... suddenly craving a consistency they did not employ in their own product. Anyway, now I have an extensive index that -- according to Chicago 17 -- needs to be rendered in lowercase except where it's a proper name, etc. (Mea culpa for not consulting Chicago beforehand and advising the client appropriately.) Is there an easy way to find each index entry and render it in lowercase (except, of course, for those proper na

Hi,I’m editing ProRes videos shot on iPhone 14 Pro Max. When I import them into Premiere Pro on Mac, they look washed out or grey.In the Project panel, the color space is Rec.2100 HLG.I tried changing it to Rec.709 using Interpret Footage → Color Space Override, but it looks even worse — dull and flat. These clips are not graded — I just want them to look normal in the timeline and stay consistent after export. What’s the correct workflow for iPhone HDR/ProRes footage in Premiere Pro?How can I fix this without color grading from scratch? Thanks!

Currently in Premiere Pro, when I double-click a clip from the timeline, it opens in the Source Monitor, but it loads the edited instance from the sequence — including any Motion effects like Scale, Position, Rotation, etc. This is often not the behaviour I want. I would prefer the option to have it open the original, unmodified source clip, as it appears in the Project panel — especially since the Source Monitor is meant to show the source media, not timeline adjustments.Feature Request:Please add a preference setting that allows users to choose one of the following behaviours when double-clicking a clip in the timeline:Open the source clip (raw, unaltered from the Project panel).Open the timeline instance (current default behaviour). Why this matters:Frequently, I want to re-trim or review the original media without seeing timeline-specific changes like Scale = 50%.The current behaviour creates confusion and friction, especially when editing multi-resolution media or working with scale

See screengrabs, the Acrobat Pro message prompt me to "save a copy". But I can only: - "Save as", which copies the document identically, or - "Save as other" which does not work either because it launches an infinite loop, see this topic: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/editing-a-signed-pdf-the-infinite-loop/td-p/10758213   How can I save a copy of a signed PDF???

When using photoshop after a bit it will get slow and the mose position will desync by up to half of my screen and when scrolling the image will bleed off the screen.

Hi everyone,This is my first post, hope I’m in the right forum.I’m trying to generate painted portraits in Firefly using my own photo as a reference for composition/structure and my own artwork as a style reference. But Firefly seems to completely ignore both — especially the composition — and ends up creating a totally different face, seemingly based on someone else’s photo, with no resemblance to mine. I’ve generated many variations, but nothing even comes close to the original likeness.I’m not aiming for photorealism, but rather an artistic or abstract painting with some degree of likeness. From what I understand, Model 3 might be better for this than Model 4, which feels more photographic. Is that true?I’ve only used Firefly a few times since its release, but each time I’ve generated hundreds of images out of frustration trying different prompts, settings, and improved references just to get a hint of resemblance. I’ve also used the thumbs up/down with detailed feedback. I'm using

I’m using the Adobe Photography plan and trying to purchase Adobe Firefly credits, but every time I attempt to pay, I get this error: We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank. I’m already using the same default payment method (the same credit card) for my Adobe Photography plan, and Adobe charges it without any issues. I don’t understand why I’m unable to use this same card or even a different one to buy Firefly credits. Since the card works fine for other Adobe charges, I don’t believe the issue is with my bank. Can someone help me understand why this is happening?
