Hello,Our organization recently had a problem with our Adobe Identity Management sync, and I restarted provisioning in Azure to fix that.  Our users can access their Adobe products again, so that's great.However, all of our privileged admin users of the console have had their work/school accounts either deactivated or removed from the ability to access the admin console.All of the "contact support" instructions begin with signing into the console, which is the one thing none of us can do, and that chat bot is worse than useless, so I'm posting here.If someone from Adobe Support could please let me know what they need from my organization to reprovision our Admin Console access, I would very much appreciate it.

Hi All, I hope this is going to be a quick fix... dont know why Adobe have to change thing that work really well. But when I'm using the brush tool and need select a diffrent colour, I hold down "option " eyedropper shows up the then select the colour I looking for... But it assigns it to the background pannel which it never did before this update,  It always put the new colour on the forground pannel which made perfect sence.So you have to keep switching the pannels, I hope Im missing a quick fix here 🙂

잘 사용하던 자막그래픽......업데이트 이후.....모션프리셋을 사용하면 자막 변경 불가!프로그램 재부팅 후 자막을 작성하면 폰트을 변경하면이펙트 컨트롤 창에선 변경된 걸로 뜨나 실제 화면에선 전혀 변화가 없음 이거 할 때마다 재부팅을 하라는 건지;;;;; 결국 폰트를 변경하려면 쓰려면 모션프리셋이나 다른 그래픽 사용 전앞에 만든 다른 자막을 복사해서 사용해야만 적용이 되니..... 작업 시간이 배로 늘음;;;;;

Hello. I am trying to dyamically return the color value of a text layer based on the color value of the layer underneath its position (which is a video). This is my expression. It is applied to the Source Text of the text layer. All I get is [0,0,0,0] no matter where the text layer is location within the composition. sampleImage(transform.position, radius = [8, 8], postEffect = true, t = time) It is this a bug or ... user error? Evan

I am seeing several posts on this with no solution. Videos imported into Rush are automatically over-exposed and washed out. There is no way to restore the original video when editing. I work on a Mac and it may just be a Mac issue, but this is a problem that causes myself and others to not use this app at all.   ADOBE SUPPORT - PLEASE address this issue or give a status update! I am seeing posts from 2019 about this being an issue with no fix. This is a huge problem.   **A few said that putting a graphic overlay across the whole video and moving it out of frame fixed it. Did not work for me.

I'm having a problem where when I open Premiere, a popup appears saying "Unspported Video Driver" referring to "Intel(R) Arc(TM) Graphics." The puzzling thing is that I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060. I've updated to the latest studio driver in an effort to fix this and it hasn't stopped the popup. Is there any way I can "point" Premiere to my GPU so it recognizes it?

my photoshop freezes whenever I try to open Camera Raw Filter. The camera raw loading bar pops up and never progresses or goes away, and it won’t let me click out of it, I have to force quit every time.Photoshop and CR are both up to date and I’m using MacBook with MacOS Monterey. I’ve tried unchecking the GP box and it didn’t help.anyone know what to do?

I just upgraded to Pshop 26.7.0 and Geretate Image/Fill is greyed out. Right in the middle of a project. What gives here ?

When I select an image inside a box, when I pinch on my trackpad to zoom in or out of the page, it scales the image up or down instead. I have to delsect the image to scale then select the image again. How do I turn this off?   Using Macbook Air M3 with the latest version of inDesign.   <Title renamed by MOD>

Hi there I am just delving into how to work between .AI and saving/exporting to SVG I have run into a strange issue, though. Everything looks great in my .AI file. But then I save as an SVG and all my gradients stop blending correctly.  See images for before and after. (the after is how the file looks if I open the SVG back up in Illustrator, Preview the file, or if I place the graphic into an InDesign document... actually looks even worse placed in InDesign but I won't hurt your eyes). Additional context: I licensed a stock image and modified it. So I do wonder if it's  What am I missing? Anyone run into a similar issue?  Cheers Jennifer

Good Afternoon,  I am new to Adobe, and have acrobat pro dc right now. I have text field that is in my filliable form, and i want the text to be underlined when someone types in it. Right now, i have been placing lines physcially under the text field box, but i would love to know a way to have the text just automatically be underlined. The only solution i have found was from 2010 in this forum and its suggestions are no longer a part of DC that i can see. Can someone help me out. I attached a picture below of what i mean.Here is my test text field box and when someone clickes in there to type i want it to be underlined. I hope i have explained this well enough so you understand what i mean. Thank you in advance.

PromptCan you create a pixar 3d full body image of the character NiaAge: 30Appearance: A beautiful brown-skinned African American woman with warm, expressive eyes. I know that we can auto-populate information from one text field to another by keeping the same form name. However, I require a text field to populate in another text field if a checkbox is selected. For example, I have two checkboxes:__ CURRENT and __ NEWAmount $________________.Current Amount $ _____________ (auto-populate from amount field if current is checked)New Amount $ _______________ (auto-populate from amount field if new is checked) If current is selected, there is an amount field that is to be populated in another text field. If new is selected, that same amount field will be populated in another text field. Is this possible?

Hello, I’m having issues with the stroke thickness of vector lines in an InDesign document. When I create a PDF using the "Print" function, the lines match the appearance in Illustrator/InDesign. However, when I export the PDF using the "Export" button, the lines become much thicker. I’m not seeing any correlation between what I see in InDesign and the exported PDF paths. The color mode of the PDF created using the "Print" method is composite CMYK. In Illustrator, I usually select "Do not manage color in this document," but the problem is that when I look at the vectors in the InDesign file, they appear as I want them to. But in the exported PDF, they don't. Do you have any suggestions? If you need more information, I can provide it.     <Title renamed by MOD>
