Any pdf opened in Adobe scan does not rotates if someone wants to read it wide how is it possible

When working on an edit in the latest version of Premiere Pro I will open the project, start editing, and within a few minutes all playback stops. Hitting play/spacebar does nothing. Scrubbing yields no audio or video playback. When I double click on a clip to open it in the Source monitor nothing shows up. If I close and open the project it’s totally fine again for a couple minutes then it happens again. Also, when I open the project, as I play back an interview with audio the audio cuts out after about 3 seconds. If I pause and hit play again it does the same thing, stopping after 3 seconds. So far I’ve tried:Restarting the app/my computer Clearing cache Updating to the latest version Audio hardware set correctly Audio sample rate matches project, timeline, and playback settings.Anyone else run into this? Thanks!

When I add a link as an auto-sized pop-up, all seems well until I go to generate the output. I get a whole bunch of warnings in the log (see attachment). I notice numerous references to missing files. These have a -th suffix, but there are no such files in my project. Any clues?

Which one is the best Up scale image software? you guyz are using? can you please share the link.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello everyone. When I was testing the script, if, while, or for would cause an infinite loop, and InDesign would freeze.I had to forcefully close InDesign and reopen it.It seems that try{}catch cannot solve this problem either.Thanks.

I want to prevent Adobe from automatically opening PDF files I download from Microsoft Edge.  The suggested solution is to use CTRL+K to open Preferences and then uncheck the box titled  “Always open PDFs downloaded from the web”.  However, the screenshot below shows that this option does not exist for me at all.  Please help.

I would like a refund for my subscription I attempted to cancel the subscription but the cancellation wasn't working and now $144.99 has been taken from my account.

Hello,I edited photos in local folders using Lightroom (not classic). As part of that editing process, I created duplicates of 12 images to have a black and white version and a color version (most other edits are the same).  I did this by right clicking on the image and clicking “Duplicate 1 photo”. (Create Virtual Copy or any other option is not possible)I am now trying to upload these 24 images (the “original” 12 in color and the “duplicated” 12 in B&W) to a folder in Lightroom Cloud - and I am receiving an error - “12 photos were not added for the following reasons - duplicate items within session”The 12 that won’t upload are the B&W versions (e.g. the color versions, the “originals” upload).  I have tried to change the time, change the flag color, etc. Nothing works. Is there anyway to fix this?Should I have done these “duplicate” edits some other way? Thanks in advance.

Hi,I’m running into a recurring issue and would really appreciate your help.Whenever I try to generate an video, I get an error message — and no videois produced — yet credits are still being deducted from my account. This means I’m being charged for failed attempts that never generate any output, which obviously shouldn’t happen.Could you please look into this, restore the credits that were wrongly deducted, and fix the bug so the system stops charging for failed generations?Thank you in advance. 🙏

Hi,    I started using Adobe Fresco, but everytime I open it I get a message saying that I need at least 3gb of space on my iPad to be able to use it. I have more than 10 gb of free space so I don't really understand. I tried deleting a few things, restarting my iPad, re-downloading the app and I managed to make it work a few times, but I mostly just can't use it.    I like using the app when I manage to make it work, so any advice would be welcomed 🙂    Thank you,    Isabelle   14/02/20 Update Many months after I still have this problem. The issue went away for a while and it recently came back. The only way to fix it is to re-install the app and the last time I did that I lost a project I had worked on that I now have to re-do. Looking forward for this to be fixed, I'll be using procreate in the meanwhile   [Renamed by Mod]

Unable to log into my premium Lightroom account on my laptop

Does anyone know of a quality EXR plugin for the Mac (something like EXR-IO which is Windows only)? ProEXR has not been updated for almost a year and OpenEXR is simply awful.

Hello community, 🙂  I am in a big rush and working on a restricted PC, so I cannot update my software right now. I need to open a 26 MB project file created in After Effects 2024 (v24.6.4), but my local version is CC 2021 (v18).Could someone with AE 2024 please open it and save it as a copy for CC 2023, and then from 2023 save it as a copy for CC 2021? I would appreciate it infinitely. Here is the WeTransfer link: https://we.tl/t-YiBzshhsuJsCn0TAThank you so much! 🙏🏻

The issue I'm facing is: Illustator is taking about 1 minute to open a file. No matter if the file is big or short. Using the latest Version 24.9. I didn't face it at previous version.

I currently have a 4-month free trial period for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro 2026, but I am unable to download any applications from creative cloud. Whenever I try to install apps like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat, the installation status gets stuck on 'Waiting' for long time, and the process never actually begins.  I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them resolved the issue: 1. Reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application multiple times.2. Restarted my PC multiple times Has anyone dealt with this before? Any fixes would be awesome. Thanks!

Whenever I try and cancel my subscription, which has subsequently been charging me for months, I go through the motions and am met with a cancel button that I am not able to click. I check every box, go to every page I am prompted to and yet, nothing,

After updating to Indesign 21.6 the ‘go to next page’ and ‘go to previous page’ buttons stopped working when I export my file to an interactive pdf. I have tried everything, even saving my file to .idml.It has always worked fine and I have used it for years, but suddenly it doesn’t function anymore. Which really dissappointed one of my biggest clients.I assume it is a bug, can you please fix this?Mirjam

Adobe keeps on charging me despite canceling all my subscriptions , may you please help me with cancelation on you end?

Across the Adobe apps I use I am constantly harrassed with endless notifications similar to the one below to use services and features. Is there any way to perrmanently gag Adobe apps? As far as the tiny fraction that might be useful, I don't even care about missing them if I could have blissful peace using the apps I'm {over}paying for. I tried shutting off notifications under Account | Notifications in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I don't doubt that might have disabled hundreds  of notifications, but I 'm still bombarded with distractions whenever I open an app. Thanks
