Hi everyone,I run a small pest control business based in Bankstown,  Bankstown Pest Control Pro  and I send a lot of quotes and invoices to homeowners every week. Right now I'm using basic Microsoft Word exports, and honestly they look a bit dated. I'd like to move to proper fillable PDF templates so customers can review their quote and even fill in their details before sending it back signed.I've got Acrobat Pro (the subscription version), but I'm not a designer and I'm getting lost in the options.A few specific questions:What's the cleanest way to convert a Word or Canva-designed quote into a fillable PDF without the fields shifting around? Can I keep my logo and brand colours, or does the "Prepare Form" tool force me into a plain layout? Is there a way to have the customer e-sign the quote and have a copy come back to me automatically? Should I be using the new "document generation" features or is classic workflow still better for this? For context, this is the style of service I'm t

Hi, am I the only one, that have troubles with cloud documents in apps past few days? If I want to open anything from my cloud (either home screen - your files or open - open cloud documents and then the cloud documents panel) If I want to scroll my files loading is extremely slow, scrolling is extremely laggy and only 5-6 rows will load at a time, hovering freeze the whole panel, opening anything is almost impossible, cant search through search bar (1 minute per one letter will appear and even if I hit enter nothing will happen. Even cancel or local documents button (bottom ones) are frozen, only macs close button (small red circle) on the panel works at this point. I tried so many things, latest version, version before, uninstalling, restarting, stopping content synchronizer, deleting old airobin files, clearing cache - nothing. Photoshop is same. Only thing that works is Illustrator 2025 anything 29.0+ then it works like a champ, no lag extremely quick, search is instant. Also its n

I have a regular Adobe Creative Cloud plan. The oldest Photoshop version currently available through Creative Cloud is the 2025 version.I have a 2019 MacBook Pro and an older iMac, both still very powerful and perfectly suitable for professional work. For quite some time now, however, it has been nearly impossible to work on large projects because the versions released over the past two years are full of bugs and suffer from serious lag across almost every tool.I have just contacted Adobe Customer Support, and they confirmed that, according to Adobe's policy, the oldest version they can provide is Photoshop 2025. Unfortunately, this does not solve the problem at all.I rely on Adobe for my work as a professional illustrator, but I simply cannot work properly if the tools do not function as they should. Considering how much I pay for my subscription, I expect to be able to access a version of the software I am paying for that is actually usable on my machines.I would also genuinely like

When ever I open Bridge on my Mac a system pop up is shown with;“Adobe Bridge 2026.app” would like to access data from other apps. ( see screenshot )I can’t find out what data or other apps data it want to access and how to turn it off so I don’t have to see it on every start up.Any suggestion or info appreciated.

I need to back up my cloud files to local drives. It appears that Adobe makes you download one at a time. This will take days and expose the process to errors. I thought I could move them into a folder then dowload the folder -NOPE! Anytime more than one file is selected, the download option is removed. It's 2025. This has been requested as far back as 2015. How is this not possible? Considering the history of cloud files vanishing, this seems like a good option. This is a very risky system. Can it be done? Thank for any help.

Hello, I am experiencing significant problems with Adobe Acrobat on my iPad.Device: iPad Pro 11-inch (4th generation)iPadOS: 26.6Acrobat version: 26.07.51 (build 20260818.120342)Subscription: Acrobat PremiumSince around August 28, 2026, some PDF files that previously opened normally have started failing to open directly from Acrobat → Files on iPad.The files are stored locally under Files → On My iPad. Some PDFs open normally, while others do not. The problematic PDFs open immediately in Apple’s Files app. They also open successfully if I use Open With → Acrobat. The problem is intermittent: sometimes the same PDF opens only after many attempts. This does not appear to be simply a file-size issue. PDFs of approximately 1 MB and 30 MB open normally, and a 57 MB test PDF also opened normally. One problematic PDF is approximately 242 MB.In addition, Acrobat has been extremely slow for quite some time when opening, copying, and moving files. These PDFs contain important comments and annotatio

This is a screenshot of the circle I'm referring to. It was changing over time, sort of pulsating. The screenshot is of a portion of the screen showing my browser window. This blue circle stayed in front of any screen I switched to, until I switched to Photoshop. Then it disappears. That leads me to believe it's Adobe software doing it. I'm using a 16" M4 Macbook Pro. Searching the internet for explanations I see other Adobe products are implicated in this same issue. What is the animated icon meant to represent? How can I prevent it in the future? I really don't know what I did to have triggered it. Hovering over it and clicking it did nothing. So it's a useless feature. Worse than that, it's an annoyance, since it encumberts other applications.

Hello! Recently we have had a user encounter an error when using Adobe Acrobat Pro that states the following: Cannot find or create the font ‘Helvetica’. Some characters may not display or print correctly. I have manually ensured that this user has all Helvetica-related fonts installed on their device, and verified that other users are not having this issue when opening this document, so i’m unsure what else to do.  I have also repaired and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I uploaded an unedited image to Adobe Express free web-based image resizer while remaining signed out. I changed my mind and closed the tab  but is it retained and whether any server-side copy can be deleted? As I do not wish to share the content.

My long-running Adobe Acrobat will not open on my Mac desktop.  Just a Mac error message stating the application cannot be opened.Re-starting the computer did not resolve the issue.Mac software is up-to date: 26.7.1Is this caused by the recent Adobe update?  App info states it was modified yesterday on 10/7/2026 and is showing version 26.002.22008.Anyone else having issues with Acrobat on their Mac?

Having a hell of a time figuring out which installer to use for a 64 bit adobe reader deployment via intune win32 app. I located a good process at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVAADl2J65Y for the 32 bit version, but I cant find an offline 64 bit installer that will let me extract the MSI from it.  Why is this so absurdly challenging?!

Llevo semanas intentando cancelar mi plan sin embargo no me deja

Ever since the last updated, drop shadows aren't displaying properly when exporting PNGs from Indesign. There are a couple of threads, but no solutions, It's becoming annoying, as the workaround is to close the app completely and reopen the file. Totally messes the workflow.

since the update to v13 (today) i cannot open files to Photoshop (v24) when i use CameraRaw through bridge. Not by 'OPEN' 'OPEN AS OBJECT'' or 'OPEN AS COPY' clicking on eiter of these nothing happens. The only way to open a image in Photoshop through bridge is FILE->OPEN WITH->ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 2023 (DEFAULT)  So not by dubbel clicking on a file or throught the 'OPEN IN CAMERARAW" icon. It wil open in CRaw but i cannot continue to Photoshop Apple M1 Montery v12.6

In Ai the ribbon is intertwined and when I do print preview it is fine. When I make it into a PDF, it does not acknowledge the layers and the ribbon is just sitting on top of the wrist.Ai:Acrobat:

Hello,Hopefully I can explain this so it makes sense. I inadvertently deleted stored photos from my computer, however, I have the memory card that still has the photos. Can I direct LRC to those photos? Do I need to import them again and when I do will I lose all my edits? Thanks for the help.

One of the main reason I and many others stick with Adobe, is that with Portfolio it offers a built-in portfolio website builder. Since I have created my website four years ago, no updates have been made to the system and it’s starting to feel out of date. Adobe really needs to keep this feature up to date if it wants to keep users from ditching Adobe for a cheaper alternative and different portfolio website provider. Edit: I have no idea why this post has been moved to the Lightroom board, but the fact that there is no dedicated Portfolio board underlines my point.
