So when I click on sidebars it works, the rectangle tool for instance, but when I try and create nothing happens unless I use the Apple Pencil. Is there a way to click into things like that with a mouse? I’m trying to type in text boxes and things like that but am struggling with selecting where in the text box I want to type and actually being able to type in the box with a Bluetooth keyboard because latterly nothing happens when I click with the mouse. using the mouse would be much preferable rather than trying to use the scribble feature on the Apple Pencil. If there is a way to make this work it would be much appreciated! Thank You!

I cancel a free trial and notice i have been charged an annual fee, how can i get a refund

I have a short video edited in Premier.  I want to separate it into individual clips while retaining my edits. I have read past posts and not finding the answer.  I read that Divinci has the export function, so am thinking that Premier must have the capability?

When I open the illustrator app everything is blank. When I try and open a new document basically samething, the new document window opens but I can not see anything or choose anything.       {Renamed by MOD}

I currently have the 1TB photography plan and thought I’d spotted a good deal on Amazon - an decided to top up my subscription for another year. However, as soon as I redeemed the code on my account, I realised I’d bought the Lightoom only plan. I immediately cancelled the Lightroom, but it’s still there and won’t expire until 2027.The Lightroom plan is useless to me as I already have the other subscription. Is there anything I can do to transfer the credits for the Lightroom plan over to my existing one?

When I try to create a text box in my A-Parent page, and I insert a Current Page Number, I get a red check box and an error that says there is overset text.

Several users have reported that the Adobe Acrobat application closes automatically within 4–5 seconds of launching. We've found that manually clearing Adobe-related cached credentials from the Windows Credential Manager resolves the issue temporarily. However, this problem keeps recurring. Has anyone encountered this behavior before or found a permanent fix for it? Any insights or recommended solutions would be greatly appreciated

I have a current subscription to Acrobat and I'd been using it without any issues for years. Today, the app installed on my computer is not allowing me to edit a document and instead forcing me to upgrade to a Pro subscription with other apps. Editing a pdf is definitely included in my subscription, so why am I forced to upgrade? I can't select to opt out or anything either and it's hindering my work. Can someone tell me how I can stop this?

Trying to learn Photoshop, and wanted to turn an old black-white comic into something colorfull. Adding skintones, clothes colous and so on. The white spaces in the characters from the comic also have a lot of black grain inside of them, and some are grayed out so some characters are more grayscale while others are as white as the background.Whats the most efficient way to do this? Just mark everything that needs colouring in with the Lasso and Alt+Backspace? Or is there a better way i am unaware of?

For well over a year I've had this issue and I thought at first it was a bug that would be corrected in the next update. A ridiculous amount of updates later (seriously, why so often?) and its still happening. I use keyboard shortcuts for tool selection, most commonly the clone stamp, the brush, and the spot healing or remove tool. when I hit the keyboard shortcut to change from remove tool to clone stamp (for example) it switches to the clone stamp tool for less than a second then back to the remove tool. Sometomes I have to hit the shortcut three or four times to get the selection to stick. Its so consistently bad that I've started hitting the shortcut four times by default to make sure. It's a huge time and attention drain. Anybody got any fixes?

I have a tiff file that is saving out at 74mb. When I view the images size properties in photoshop it says the file size is 6mb. It's an 8bit file, Saved with LZW. RGB. It's only 18x8cm. I have copied the image a paste into a new document and I get a tif that is only 4.3mb. There is lots of meta data that is included in the large file. I am not sure how to remove this. The tiff file is saved down from a master psd file. This is a recent issue. it did not save down such large files before. I have added a screen grab of the information. Any help would be appreciated.

Muchas gracias.

I created a piece for sale using watercolor brushes in Procreate, and I’d like to know why it wasn't accepted.

My InDesign document got many hyperlinks, which are generated through automation when it is exported accessibilty pdf the link tag is selecting previous link. For the whole document it is happening like this, why it is happening & how to fix this.  The  Link-OBJR under one link tag is selecting another link as shown in the images below

I would like to be able to select two objects (usually a text frame and a shape) and align by BOTH vertical and horizontal centers with one click and/or keyboard shortcut. I letter comics which involves centering text over a speech balloon/text box repeatedly. Having to align twice each time a change is made to either one is really inefficient. This user seemed to be looking for the same exact solution as me, and posted a solution, but InDesign doesn’t recognize the script when I save the text as a JSX file. It is from several years ago so I don’t know if my attempt to use the script is incorrect, or if it’s outdated somehow. If someone knows a script that can do this, or can help me troubleshoot using the one above, that would be amazing!

You promote the living hell out of all of your features but you have zero button for my generation history. Why on earth would you do such a thing? It’s 2026.

I used to be able to find them here: https://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions/downloads.html  And I checked here: https://www.adobe.com/ca/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html which appears to maybe be a newer version of the first site but even though it listss "download Digital Edition 3.0 here" the link just takes me to a Adobe Digital Edition Learn and Support page: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/digital-editions.html  I used to regularly use the older versions (3.0 and 2.0.1) to troubleshoot errors customers (I work at a library) had so I'm curious if this is still a possibility.  Thanks for any insights!

Adobe switched payment from dollars at ~$63 to naira but started charging me N117,067.50 which is ~$90. I’m seeing the listed price for the plan i’m on at N58,587.50. I really don’t understand the pricing at all. This is absolutely ridiculous. The currency was switched without my permission, the prices don’t match I can’t cancel, the option to change plans are all more expensive. I have to pay the early cancelation fee but I won’t get access for the rest of the year. Why are your plans/experiences designed to trap people? This is really horrible business practice. I will never recommend adobe to anyone ever again in my life.

Don’t even dare suggest “Uninstall everything”  run a “Cleaner too” and reinstalled everything and “hope”.  That’s NOT going to happen.  There are numerous issues over 5 years old with paying users have the same problem.I have Admin rights, so that’s NOT the problem. If CC is unable to get fonts then it should at the VERY LEAST timeout after 2 minutes or so and provide a USEFUL message saying why it can’t load any fonts … basic software engineering 101 (yes I have 47 years of software development experience and now retired so I do know). If you need elevated privileges to install Fonts on Windows 11 then you request them, the user will get a prompt to allow, and then we allow … but just a endless spinning wheel IS NOT accept for software that costs this much every month.Adobe, FIX CC or lose more customers to Blackmagic Design, Affinity Photo 2, etc. etc. This is simply NOT acceptable.

I would like to dispute a charge to my card regarding an Adobe Acrobat Pro charge, however, Adobe won't respond to my emails and there is no help number to call. Somehow I mistakenly registered for a free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro even though my company gives this to us on a corporate account (listed as “J H Foster”). Then, when I tried to my orders and invoices tab to cancel the free trial, the subscription was NO where to be found. Then on 11/4, I was billed $19.99 from my card.  I would like to dispute this charge and get some help from an associate that can help sort out this technical issue, but no one is available to help! 😕😕

Hello After Effects SDK Support,We are developing an internal native AEGP plug-in for After Effects 2026, using After Effects Plug-in SDK 26.5 on Windows x64.The plug-in would retrieve the host window handle through AEGP_UtilitySuite6::AEGP_GetMainHWND. An external component would use this handle solely for read-only association with the running After Effects process. No UI manipulation or write automation is involved.Could you clarify these API contract details? Supported calling context Is calling AEGP_GetMainHWND from a registered AEGP IdleHook officially supported? If not, which AEGP callback or lifecycle point is recommended? Thread requirement Must this function run on the After Effects main/UI thread? If so, which supported AEGP callbacks guarantee that thread context? Initial availability At what lifecycle point is the main window guaranteed to exist? Is this call supported during the plug-in initialization entry point defined by AEGP_PluginInitFuncPrototype, or only afterw

I would like to know how to disable or hide the "AI Assisted" and "Pro Editor" mode switch button (shown in the attached screenshot) from the workspace/header.I prefer a clean workspace without these AI feature toggles. Is there a preference setting to turn off this UI element?
