Solved

When I close a PDF (saved to my hard drive not cloud), pop-up box asks if I want to save. Sometimes the answer is no. However, recently it is saving anyways and screwing up my document. This happened previously and there was a fix for it online, now I can't find it.Does someone know what it is or can Adobe FIX IT!!!!

Our archival producer asked for one, unified EDL of the archival in our latest cut. In Premeire 24.6.8 (Build 3), I couldn't find a way to export one unified EDL that included all the video & audio layers, so I had to export an FCP XML, bring it into DaVinci Resolve, and let Resolve create the EDL.  Unfortunately, the FCP XML that Premiere exported is 24 FPS, even though our edit sequence is definitely 23.976 FPS, so all the Source TC is wrong.  Is this a bug?

hello guys,Is there any way to give numbers to spread? I've created an InDesign doc using facing pages (two pages make one spread ) and I have to number the spreads, not the pages. I tried creating a master page but it shows 3,5,7... I want spreads to be numbered. The snap below explains my problem

Each time I try to insert a photo into a page, it causes the program to bog down, run slowly, and sometimes stop working.   Even after waiting a long time, you cannot easily move or manipulate the inserted image. I have tried this on multiple files, multiple sessions, and have tried repairing the installation.

A lot of us present decks in Acrobat, paging through PDFs exported from InDesign. It would be great to have more robust presentation tools in Acrobat. For example, I share my Adobe Acrobat screen from our Teams or Zoom meeting (on a Mac). I'd love to be able to add presenter notes to each PDF page, that only I (presenter) can see when shared, plus a preview of the next page of the document. This would be a game-changer!

Hello all, I am trying to add a math formula to a Fillable pdf and I am running into some issues. I have taken a formula from excel and need it to work inside of this pdf with no luck. I've got this portion of the formula to work: G29*((G30-G28)/(G30-G31)) I need this equation taken to the power of 0.54. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

I just updated to Lightroom Classic 8.0 yesterday and today when I imported photos they do not show up in the Library view and only show up in the Develop module if I click on a specific photo. All of my existing photos show up correctly, it's only the new imports that do not show up. I looked in finder and the pictures are in the correct folder and the metadata does show correctly in the Library module, but all I see are gray boxes, no photos. Any ideas?

When I open a video file in Adobe Premiere Pro and play it in the Source Monitor, the timecode doesn’t match what I see in PotPlayer (or any regular media player). For example, at 1:06:09 in Premiere’s Source panel, a certain frame or scene is visible — but if I go to the same timestamp (1:06:09) in PotPlayer, the video shows an earlier part of the scene (a few seconds behind). So Premiere’s source monitor seems slightly ahead of the actual video playback compared to other players. Why is there a mismatch between Premiere’s source timecode and the real playback time in PotPlayer, and how can I make Premiere show the same timing as the original file?

After selecting redactions and pressing the apply button a small grey windows with a blue spinning circle appears indefininately.   If I click on the window it makes the standard windows error noise. I have found pressing escape goes back to allowing redactions to be selected but they have not applied.   I have restarted, reinstalled and repaired the application and the issue persists.   I have replicated this fault across two different machines, with different users.   I last used this feature successfully around 2 months ago.

Hi All! The surf board shape is my track matte for my text. As you can see, portions of the red surfboard are still visible but I don't want them to be. Is there a way I can hide the portion of the track matte that aren't being covered by the text? Thank you so much!

I move the mouse over the text and it changes by itself!

If I start a project using Adobe Premiere Pro on my Windows 11 desktop, and I back it up on OneDrive and delete the original project on the desktop, can I work with the Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 again if I drag it to the desktop, or another section on the local drive in Windows 11? Thank you for your help.Chris

I have a number of PDF forms created in Adobe Acrobat that have a required drop down list.Originally I had been adding a blank option to the top of the lists (by hitting the space bar in the Item Name and leaving the Export Value empty), so that the form displays blank when opened. However, we had a series of forms submitted (using Adobe Reader and a "Submit a Form" button - the built-in one that comes with Acrobat not a custom javascript button) that some of the required dropdown lists have been left blank.I then realized that because the "blank" option in the dropdown is not technically "null" or empty but a space that the Submit a Form button is not catching it as being empty and allows the form to be submitted.1) Adobe: Why is there not a true "add a blank" option to the dropdown list properties that passes a "null" value so the Submit a Form button form works properly???2) Since there isn't such an option, how do I keep the forms from being submitted when the dropdowns are left bla

Hello,My document in Illustrator, is original in RGB color mode, because the purpose of the project is not for printing. But when I exported it to PDF, I found that the colors were a bit "washed out", colors were not as sharp as the color shown on the Illustrator document. When I tried to export it in JPG, it shows the exactly same colors as the original document.  My project will due on Sunday, and I was supposed to submit the PDF file. So I hope I can find the solution as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Version: 18.9.20044.I'm trying to edit an existing PDF file, but I'm not able to write numbers at the beginning of any field.Adobe Acrobat Reader flips it to the end of the sentence.Ex:If I'm writing an address like this: 9999 Test Street, CA. it put the numbers to the end of the text as below:Test Street, CA 9999.Any ideas on how to fix this?

This may just be my workflow that's wrong, but currently in After Effects I can't seem to find a way to create a null (or layer) that automatically parents to selected layers. Currently i'm finding that i have to create a null object, then manually select all desired layers and then attach them to the null. What I'm trying to do is: Select layers in timeline > Create a null that is a parent to all selected layers. Hopefully this makes sense as this would save a tonne of time and hassle. Preferably without buying 3rd party plugins Thanks

hello, how do I  achieve, text layers updating automatically their name when changing text in the comp view ?it only does on new layers but never on duplicated ones !is that intended to be or is there a hidden preference or short cutthanks in advaneyours näSh

I have a question regarding available sizes/templates for the IG grid format. Generally I use standard Adobe apps for content creation but I decided I need to get a bit familiar with Adobe Express as well and potentially start using it for some of my work. To learn, I wanted to create a few Instagram posts since it is my main social media platform. But right at the bat I have a question regarding the available Instagram sizes.  IG changed the grid format for the profile earlier this year from square to portrait but for a while you couldn't actually make posts with the proper aspect ratio of 3:4 (and consequently most people used the 4:5 ratio knowing that it would cut off some space on the left and right). However, IG quitely made changes recently and now allows to make posts also in 3:4 aspect ratio so the full post could be seen in the grid properly. Consequently I've changed the format for all my posts to 3:4 as well.  Does Adobe Express plan on ad
