Hi, I use a company account and when I try to filter a video search by a specific word using the License History feature, it shows no results. It is working fine for images but not for videos. I used to do this filter search in the past but for some reason is not working anymore. 

I signed up for the free Stock trial with 10 images, but I am unable download any images from the trial. Currently the option to  "Download free with trial" does not appear however the account states it is signed up for the free trial.

Good morning community! We are having an issue with Adobe Stock. Our contract owner has assigned a license to one of our employees for Adobe Stock (10 Assets). We have logged in/out and even tried both profiles but the account does not show that they have access to Adobe Stock. It keeps informing them to try out the trial. Is there anything we are missing here? 

Hello,I have a subscription to Adobe Stock and I'm logged in to my account. I'm trying to download a photo I need, but it still says "purchase license". This happens more often — I’m logged in correctly, yet I still have to pay extra for a photo or vector. It's frustrating, because now I can't continue working.Here is proof that I have an active membership. It's in Dutch, but I honestly don't feel like translating it anymore:Please tell me how to fix this issue.ThanksFrans  

why can't I use my adobe stock free trial to download 10 standard license images as stated in the plan? Made sure all images are standard license within my search but I am still being asked to pay a lices when trying to download.

Hello, I am not succeeding to cancel my plan, I keep receiving error messages for 5 days. I've sent an email to adobe support ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers])  - and haven't receive any responce. It seems a very strange situation, I didn't expect this from such a big company. Does someone know what to do in this case? Do they have another email? Thanx in advance!

Redirection is not working. When I click on an asset number from the Japanese contributor page to view the asset page, the global (English) page is displayed. Previously it redirected to a Japanese page, but now it remains in English. AdobeStock does not automatically redirect to the Japanese page. (I verified this by creating a new user profile)  

please help, I cannot open half of the . Ai files I downloaded nor the one I purchased.  CMon Adobe, issues that completely make a service like this only half reliable shouldn't be.  This issue does not make me want to pay for a subscription for this service and makes me so glad I only signed up for a trial..  Thank you. 

I purchased asset #1486129933 but the version that downloaded was the 1 second version instead of the full 30 second version.Pleaase advise.Thanks in advance,Casper

I attempted to download this set of tropical drinks from Stock.adobe.com, but the file only contained broken links to unavailable .eps files. Please inform the creator to update their stock or remove this item. Thank you. 

Hi,I've always managed to access videos in the past as part of my plan but all of a sudden it's trying to charge me for an enhanced license. In the past i was charged 6 credits from my account but now it wants to charge me £47.00 for each video. I've searched and every single video is classed as enhanced. Is this normal or has something changed on my account because i've not had a notification to say anything is changing?I was speaking to someone via chat yesterday but was told someonoe will get back to me within 48 hours. I have a deadline though and really need to get this sorted.Thanks

I downloaded Stock Video # 540970899 for an upcoming production with a tight deadline.  The information page stated it was a 40 second video.  It freezes at 10 seconds and stops at 13 seconds. Now what?

Hi, my library suddenly shows as empty. All of my previously downloaded files are gone, as if I've never downloaded anything. Adobe shows me options to upgrade, but I already have a paid account. What happened to my files?

I downloaded an Adobe Stock imagin (790825920). It is only allowed to download as a JPEG. When I'm using it in my files, it becomes pixelated quite easily. Are there other ways around this issue? I also tried to edit in Firefly, which also produced the same image quality. I needed this image as posted in addition to with a transparent background.   [Moderator deleted original stock asset. Hi there,I just downloaded AdobeStock_884115492 - specifically the AI/EPS version - but the actual file is just an image embedded into Illustrator. Please can I be credited for this file? It should probably be removed from Adobe Stock as it's clearly not a working vector...Thanks

I recently bought vector art https://stock.adobe.com/images/shining-star-editable-text-effect-template/560631064?prev_url=detail&isa0=1&state=%7B%22ac%22%3A%22stock.adobe.com%22%7Dwhich is file 560631064.The description says the text will be editable, but when I view the file, the text has been outlined and is not editable. 

Hi I downloaded this AI generated image 1057935258 but unfortunately it has so many glitches in it that I cannot fix it. I would like to request a credit for this asset so I can find a usable one.  thank you

Please fix this annoying bug of all the AI content being hidden by default.On my buyer account I'm looking for content for Valentine's day for clients currently, and after every damn search the filter goes back to exclude generative AI. It's been happening all day, this is just ridiculous.I also never ever chose to exclude generative AI in my searches, I don't know why it got selected for me? It doesn't make any sense.

HELP! For whatever reason, I can't download any of my licensed assets to any of my devises. Thought maybe it was my PC, but it's also happening on my ipad and my phone. I can click "download" and "re-download," but nothing happens. I've tried troubleshooting... Logged out and back in, shutdown and restarted devices, checked to make sure I have enough device storage, tried it on multiple browsers, cleared caches, etc. etc... I can't do my job right now!

I downloaded this template and followed the tutorial but it's not playing out at all like the preview shows. Anyone else experience this and how do I fix it? I'm not experienced enough to manually do this. I'm using the latest version of PP on a PC. I've attached vids of the tutorial and what mine looks like when I export. Any help would be appreciated.
