Hello community.  I have just purchased a premium subscription on adobe stock but I still cannot download/license an asset . it keeps on telling me this asset cannot be licensed. anyone can help me with this please ?

 I have accidentally licensed an image I don't need. How do I undo this and get the credit back?It is file # 290158639 (Two people working together with laptop and phone) 

Dear Adobe Stock Team. Hello, I am the author of your Adobe Stock application. More than 800 images have already been moderated. But there was only one sale. I wanted to show my work to friends to get comments to improve my images, but the link from my profile shows nothing. It seems that prospective buyers just don't see my profile either. Dear Adobe Team, In my capacity at my company, I purchased a stock video (https://stock.adobe.com/de/video/pink-code-lines-animation-over-dark-background-with-blue-light-effects/938718406?prev_url=detail&asset_id=938718406&token_type=bearer&expires_in=86399) with our credits. I downloaded it from multiple browsers and am running a very capable machine. However, the .mov file is broken. Could you please fix it or refund the credits? Thanks a lot in advance!

I recently downloaded a higher-resolution version of image ID 88822875, and upon closer inspection, I noticed that the image was generated by artificial intelligence. Specifically, the man in the image appears to be missing a nose.Could you please advise on how I can proceed with a complaint or request a resolution regarding this issue? I was not aware of this anomaly until after downloading the higher-resolution version, and I am concerned about the quality and accuracy of the image.Thank you for your assistance.

This image is AI, but isn't marked as such.  It also claims that it is vector, and it is not.  (It's an image of a skull with flowers.) When I open up the vector file, it's just a jpeg inserted into a vector file, and the file name shows that it was created with Leonardo Diffusion XL.

I have tried downloading several audio file previews over several days and each time I get an error message that reads "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly."  I am on Windows 11 and am using Microsoft Edge for Business Version 131.0.2903.63 (Official build) (64-bit).

This pop-up appears with every Adobe Stock image I select. It blocks part of the image so I can't see it and there appears to be no way to close it. I've listed this as a Bug because it can't be turned off — either permanently (preferred) or per image.     Jane Community Expert

Asset: 344201798 and the corresponding assets on the same profile all lable themselves as vector files. But when you download them they are just flatten JPEGS. I did try a couple of times to be sure I was selecting AI/EPS, and each time I got nothing.Any assistance on how to report those assets that are labeled incorrect? I do run across it quite a bit.Thank you!

Hello, I downloaded a RGB image template that should be in color, but I can't get it to "appear" as a color image. I already confirmed it is in RGB color mode and the RGB Channels (Ctrl + 2) are visible.  Can anything be done to obtain the color image? Thanks! AdobeStock_1075046892.PSDT

Trotz das ich bereits dreimal am Support geschrieben habe, kommt das gleiche Problem - welches wohl auf irgendein Systemfehler hindeutet, aber seitens Supports einfach nicht geklärt wird. Klar. Ich könnte schweigen. Und glücklich davon profitieren. Bis dann in einem Jahr Adobe den Fehler doch noch selber bemerkt und bei mir berechtigterweise anklopfen würde. *seufz*. Und trotz dass ich dem Support per Mail und per Chat geschrieben habe und versucht habe, das Problem zu schildern, kommt das gleiche Ergebnis:Ich habe kein Abo bei Adobe Stock und könne daher keine Credits erhalten oder verwenden. Doof nur, dass ich Credits erhalte und verwenden kann!  Aber irgendwie wird das nicht richtig wahrgenommen.Ich weiss echt nicht, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll. I am trying to cancel my free trial of Adobe Stock but I keep getting an error message. My free trial lasts through November 22, 2024, so there should be no reason why I cannot cancel it today.

Adobe stock is included in my current plan but when I try to download a template to use it asks me to do a free trial and sign up for another plan when I should already be able to use it. Can anyone assist me in this issue? 

Hi, recently, my entire team has been having this issue downloading assets from Adobe Stock. We are unable to download assets from the Adobe stock; we have never had this error before, it has just been a couple of days since we got this error. The available stock quota is "Unlimited Images". Please help us out here, thank you.

When searching in Adobe Stock with the "Exclude Generative AI" filter ticked and displaying results of all types, I was served a mockup/template file with "Generative AI" in the name. Template files do not seem to have the same "Generated with AI" tag, but as a user I expect that if I am filtering AI content, it will not oops-teehee-loophole into showing me AI sludge, especially given that templates are not able to be submitted by regular contributors and therefore should meet a higher standard. If tagging of templates with "Generated by AI" as with other asset types is for some reason not possible, then the search should default to not displaying template content at all when the filter is applied to an "all types" search.

I have an adobe stock subscription and I tried to download a video. It's advertised as over 13 minutes and 29 seconds. When I download it it only gives me the 5 second preview shown on the site. When I open it in premiere's library window and download it from there (shows as already licensed) it still only gives me a 5 second version. So frustrated and have no idea how to access the full length of the clip I purchased. Here is the clip referenced.
