On 26 November 2025, the German company COPYTRACK emailed me alleging that by publishing an image on my website I have infringed the copyright of a French company, CONCEPT-PRODUCTION, whose image licensing rights COPYTRACK claims to monitor and protect. COPYTRACK demands that I either (Option 1) purchase, for €389.59 a "subsequent image license [which] includes past and future use for one year after purchase" or (Option 2) compensate the alleged license holder for unauthorised past usage by paying €350 In January 2017, I downloaded the image from Adobe Stock for free, as I was entitled to do because a free trial offer allowed me to download a few images for no cost. The image in question, 'Kerzenlicht', Adobe Stock #10474424, is still present on the Adobe Stock website.  The image info. identifies the contributor as "Bernd S." and clearly indicates that use of the image is covered by Adobe Stock's standard license terms, which allow me to "Post the asset on a website or

posted image is rejected ,want to know reason 

We received a copyright claim from COPYTRACK GmbH , alleging unauthorized use of an image that we lawfully purchased from Fotolia in 2012 prior to its merger with Adobe Stock. We understand that all valid Fotolia licenses remain fully valid and enforceable under Adobe Stock. Because of the merger, we no longer have access to the old Fotolia platform or records to retrieve the invoice and license details. We contacted StockSupportTeam@adobe.com without success. How do we receive a copy of the purchase invoice?

I mistakenly signed up for the Adobe Stock plan – 25 credits a month and was charged $52.49. However, I have no need for this plan and immediately canceled. I received an email confirming that the cancellation was successful, but there is no information about a refund. Please refund me.

I’m posting here because I have not received my refund, and Adobe support has stopped responding to my requests for the ARN tracking number. I have reached out multiple times over Twitter and email, but there has been complete silence from the support team. Just plain ghosting. It has now been over a month. My bank has specifically asked me for the ARN to trace the refund, but Adobe has not shared it. What is going on? Why is the tracking number not being provided? This delay and lack of transparency is extremely concerning.My refund amount is INR 18,093.87, and I want my money back.Purchase Order: HB03867600003CINAdobe has shared the credit invoice, which only confirms that a refund was initiated. I had updated the premiere pro to latest version of 25.6.2. When I try to import .Morgt files into the library it is showing as file type not accepted.Version : 25.6.2OS version : 26100.6899 - 24H2 - Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.253.0 Downloaded the file in adobe stock and tried to import it directly from downloads folder to the library but not accepting. Tried the same in the adobe after effects application as well not working. May I know how to clear this issue and also when will this bug be sorted out ?

Hello Adobe Community and fellow contributors, my name is AdassaMy Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated in 2025, and the reason I received was “suspicious sales activity”.I want to clearly state that I am 100% not involved in any fraudulent or illegal actions, and I am confident that I did not violate any Adobe rules or Contributor guidelines. The content I was uploading included AI-generated images (Artificial Intelligence artwork), and I made sure that all assets fully complied with Adobe Stock standards, had proper prompts, were unique, and did not contain any violations, copyright issues, or policy breaches. The block happened only because of sales/download activity, which I have absolutely zero connection to or control over.I have never manipulated downloads, created fake sales, boosted views, or used any dishonest method.Therefore, I am certain that this issue is not related to my actions, and I have no involvement in anything suspicious.The account suspensio

using Stock clipart, backgrounds, images in the FREE category, can i use the  to create products to sell?

Hey everyone,today I found a weird behavior and hopefully someone has an explanation. Use case: I am working with Adobe Stock Collections, accessing them in Photoshop and dragging them into the program to create quick drafts. After the stock items are decided, I license them and the preview placeholders are automatically replaced with the original resolution image. This worked fine until last week. Today, I dragged an (not yet licenced) Adobe Stock item from the collection into Photoshop and was already wondering why it is so small, since this is unusual from previous behavior. Next I noticed, there are no watermarks (also unusual from previous behavior). The resolution is of course bad, because it's just a placeholder, but much worse than what I am used to. So I went to Adobe Stock website, downloaded the preview file for the same asset and it has watermarks and a better resolution (like what I am used to from working with collections before).Can anyone tell me why ther

Hi,Adobe Stock is returning GenAI results in earches even though i've checked "Exclude Generative AI" in the filters. This one popped up today:https://stock.adobe.com/uk/templates/broken-or-cracked-glass-poster-design-template-n-ai-generative/1080468058I mean come on, the title of the asset even SAYS "AI generative"! This is not the first time AI results have appeared in filtered earch results, either.Adobe, this is simply unnaceptable. Many professionals like myself take careful steps to avoid using GenAI in our work for many valid copyright, editorial, ethical, and technical reasons. This is jsut sloppy. For the how much CC and Stock cost i'd expect your search filters to work better than this. Please rectify this error if at all possible.

I'm just inquiring. Does Adobe Stock accept refunds an do they refund returns?

So... I did a search for one simple word "landfill". Here are the results on page one of Shutterstock search results vs Adobe Stock. Shutterstock returned consistently relevant results, whereas Adobe Stock returned a bunch of random stuff – starting on the first page of results! This has been an annoyance for years and, as illustrated by this particular search word, it's not a matter of narrowing things down with filters.  I guess my suggestion is for Adobe to: a) review keywords regularly and/or apply more scrutiny to submissions, and; b) perhaps create something like a hierarchy for keywords, where the content submitter can put primary keywords for the obvious content of the image, then secondary keywords for any tangiential matches. Or something. I don't know. That's Adobe Stock's job to figure out. Not sure how it works now, but it's clearly not very good and competitors are doing a significantly better job. I'm trying to understand something. We recently switched to Creative Cloud Pro for enterprise.When I'm on stock.adobe.com all standard assets are available and see the download button for an asset. I see the Unlimited Images at the top of the screen. I also see we have extended licenses for all of those. Thank you. That's cool! When I go to a preiumum asset or "some video" (not sure why some are "download" and some are "buy license".   Those mostly have a "Buy License" button on those images.The weird thing, If I switch to personal profile, then Premium assets and most videos are available with a download button but standard assets are now on the "buy with free trial". I do see the license is differnet here that they only have the standard and ehanced license available, which is fine for me.I guess my biggest question is... Are we allowed to switch to our personal profile, download premium assets and videos and use them for our company?  Does that still fall into ex
