hello. Cancel my subscription and remove my payment method. When I opened the link manage plan - no button cancel plan. 

I need to download high-resolution images. I've always done it using the image title number in the Preview section. Today, I'm getting a generic error.Does anyone know how to fix this?

Adobestock is throwing an error upon search of the number of it's own images. See screenshot below. All my colleauges and I are having this issue today, via an Enterprise subscription.

I keep getting the error message when trying to download audio preview files.(For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly.) I have tried clearing the browser cache and history. I tried turning off pop-up blockers.  I tried switching to different browsers, Arc (chromium), Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Other preview stock elements can be downloaded. Nothing is working.

I and my team have been using Adobe Stock for about two years now. I've been holding off on sharing these specific thoughts, because I was hoping that something might change, but it hasn't. So, here it goes:  Can someone please explain to me how or why (unless I'm missing something) there is no way to expand the titles of the audio tracks? There is something very annoying about allowing us to see the track name (and mood descriptions) - but not the whole thing. It just seems so bizarre to me.The ability to navigate Stock in general remains horrible. There are no navigation tools native to the platform, and relying on the browser ⬅️ ➡️ buttons is completely unpredictable. I switched over from Storyblocks, but I am strongly considering a move back for my team.

I am a user. Why can't I subscribe to Adobe's package? It keeps showing a failure message.

Impossible de l'annuler car sur mon compte il est indiqué sous la partie 'gestion du paiement et des factures" que l'accès à la gestion de ma formule est temporairement inaccessible sans autre explication. Impossible du coup d'annuler ma formule.Je suis passée par l'assistant virtuel qui m'a permis d'accéder à un formulaire me demandant les raisons de mon annulation. Problème, au moment de confirmer ma demande d'annulation, on m'indique (étrangement) un nouveau problème technique qui ne permet pas de faire aboutir ma demande d'annulation.Vu le nombre de posts sur le sujet, je commence à paniquer. Adobe serait-il une énorme arnaque ?  Est-ce que quelqu'un a pu trouver une solution ? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

We need the license proof for the image AdobeStock_170164258. We downloaded it in 2020. At some point, we canceled our account (think it was in 2023) and couldn't access the old account when we re-subscribed (Adobe had some tecnical issues). Therefore, we are missing the history from that time. How I can get the licence? We are asked by the RIGHTS-DEFEND to send it..... Thank you very much & best regards

Hello! Is there a way to double-check that the "local Artists" filter selection shows photos submitted by local only (from my country) photographers? Our company has to use local photographers (only) for some publications so we need to make sure. Thank you for your help!

Nachdem der Support mir anscheinend nicht weiterhelfen kann. Ich habe ein Stock-Abo mit 80 aktiven Credits. Wenn ich mich derzeit einlogge – nachdem ich im Team zwei Seats entfernt habe – wird mein Abo als «nicht aktiv» angezeigt und ich habe 0 Credits.  Der reine Wahnsinn. Laut Support muss ich mich im Team anmelden, was ich tue. Das Konto wird dann aber als «persönlich» angezeigt. Der Support-Mitarbeiter wollte es behoben haben & ich solle etwas warten, das ist jetzt vier Tage her, da gehe ich davon aus, dass der Fix für mein Ticket nicht funktioniert hat. Weiß jemand, was ich tun kann?

A copyright holder of one of the images I licensed is reaching out for confirmation of license or they're going to charge us a fee for use. I can't see a record of it in license history, because the asset has been removed, and it was downloaded before my current earliest record listed. How do I go about obtaining proof?

Christopher, hello. I have a copyright company requesting proof of a license for an image I downloaded in 2019. I sent them a screenshot bigger than this, but they are being unreasonable. How can I get this info?

Getting error: "We're sorry, but a system error occurreed. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service."I have not received any emails, I have tried again, can cannot find a customer service contact anywhere.Anyone have this issue?

I dont like the pop up when you go to download an image. I wish it came up as a serepate pop up because then i have to x out and try to find where i left off on the page. Christina 🙂 adobe max

Hi there, I purchased a license for a Premium Photo by accident which was more than 1 plan credit. I was just in automatic mode for licensing an image, and just clicked through the purchasing without realising it was a significant amount more credits. I noticed right when I clicked "purchase"  but before i could even cancel, it completed the purchase. Can I get the credits refunded to me at all? I have not used the image.  

Hi!Long time adobe user. Today I downloaded about 12 images to create some email assets. After downloading I zoomed in on one of the photos that was created by AI and realized how terrible it was. It's unusable for me, but that's not the problem as I have unlimited downloads plan. I wanted to bring it to Adobe's attention since someone else may purchase it. The problem is with the person's face in the image..the eyes look demonic and the chin looks like it was cut and pasted from a magazine. Hi, I am a new contributor, I contribute "vector semaless pattern" - manual. I work fulltime, close to 100 approved files now. Just want to know what is the  earning and growth poential in this category, let's say with 120-150 files??? Didn't see any download so far. Buenas tardes, Veo que en algunas fotos que miro en adobe stock hay elementos que me parecen hechos con 3D. No sé si hay programas o complementos 3D en photoshop pero lo miraré, porque me interesa.De todas formas, en los últimos años he aprendido y trabajado con algunos programas 3D y realiades virtuales, etc. del tipo Blender, Reality Capture, etc.Después de hacer una imagen o escena  terminada en ellos consigo hacer una foto convencional (jpg, png...) que se hace totalmente en el ordenador y desde el ordenador con mis indicaciones pero dentro de estos programas.¿puedo subir estas fotos resultantes para la venta en la plataforma adobe stock?Gracias y un saludo
