I am going to download an Adobe Stock presentation template, edit it with my client's content, and sell it directly to my client only. It will not be viewed more than 500,000 times. Which license do I need to purchase? I tried to cancel yesterday which was at the end of the first month for the risk free cancellation within the first month but could not find any option to cancel.Could any staff here please help me cancel the plan on my account please.Thanks,Sonny

Every time I try opening Adobe Stock from my laptop or phone it is in German due to my location and I can not find the option to change the language. All other Adobe programs and pages are and open in English.Let me know how I could change that please !Thank you!

Hello,I have an account with my school, having signed up for my year through my institution, my college.Looking to work with a specific image, I am attempting to cash in on one of my free images through Adobe Stock, but the wheel continues to spin and spin alongside "Please wait...".What am I to do?Do Enterprise Accounts have access to the 10 free images? Hi there,Anyone else getting this prompt? I've been downloading all day and then this. Can't download anything at all and client is waiting for unwatermarked version of video.I am trying to license through Premiere Pro and also tried right from Stock website. Called my credit card and they say nothing is stopped or limit not hit, so it is Adobe that is stopping the purchase. Tried calling adobe and no one answered for 28 mins...so hung up and figured I'd try forum.Need to get video edited and sent to client asap, any help will be appreciated.Thanks!Pete

Zur Info ich war früher bei fotolia und bin heute migriert. Also erstens wird mir dauernd 10 Gratisbilder mit 30 tägigen Test angeboten, wenn ich draufklicke will man mir ein Jahresabo für 19,99 € anbieten, gut da ich nun Bilder ausgewählt habe willige ich ein - selbst wenn es schade ist um die 10 Gratisbilder. Zahlungsart Paypal und nun muss ich 23 € und par zerquetschte zahlen (nicht, dass in Deutschland und der gesamten EU mit Bruttopreisen ausgewiesen sein müssten) okay man willigt wieder ein bei Paypal ein und kommt zurück zu AdobeStock, da ist wieder nix, kein Abo keine Möglichkeiten was runterzuladen einfach NICHTS! Nach den dritten versuch bin ich sehr sauer, sowas ist weit weg von Seriosität! Hello all, I have just cancelled my subscription from adobe stock for it took my money without confirming anything about moving into the full membership. When I cancelled my plan I was notified of an email but noticed it was not immediate. My play ends November 6th 2018, would i be refunded then or was I lied to. Please let me know. Can I use the standard license if I'm using the photo as a reference for a photorealistic drawing? I'm planning on selling prints of my drawings, and they will look exactly like the photo. Do I need the extended license for that? I'm a hyperrealist so the image will look just as the photo does, but I will only be using the photo as a reference image, not on a product to sell.

Souci : j'ai sélectionné plusieurs fichiers, ils sont mis comme "achetés", mis dans le panier, présents dans ma "library", mais... comment puis-je les avoir sur mon ordinateur sans le "adobe stock" au milieu ? C'est comme si elles n'étaient pas réellement achetées ! J'aimerais comprendre comment on fait et je n'ai pas trouvé de point "en savoir plus" sur ça. Did you know that you can no longer shop Adobe stock without first buying a subscription? I know because while i was looking at possible purchases, i was kicked out of stock and not allowed to log back in. it didn't recognize my credentials. All i got were 'page not found' pages. I contacted Adobe thinking maybe there was an issue with my account that i was unaware of. After going around and around, i got an answer. You must subscribe before you can search. You can't search and download previews anymore. You can't find out if your idea will actually work with your design, can't advance the idea to a client or anything else. You must pay first. I transferred my fotolia account to adobe stock, the credits are displayed, but my galerie did not move, also my purchased files. What can I do?

My account from Fotolia was transferred to Adobe today.  I had 43 credits under Fotolia but Adobe is only showing 9.  How to I get the missing credits restored to Adobe?

I am frustrated and furious. I was HAPPY with Fotalia. I just was forced to sign up for Adobe Stock, reluctantly, because Adobe is a HUGE machine and lo and behold, exactly what I knew would happen has happened. Are you guys seriously trying to tell me now that I am FORCED to buy Adobe Illustrator to use the images I purchase from Adobe Stock? Because that's not "you'll never notice a difference except everything is better" that you all promised. This is not remotely fair to promise people FULL FUNCTIONALITY and then wait until AFTER you have charged their card to find out that they have to buy a software that costs hundreds of dollars to be able to us what I just bought.
