I wanted to use a stock layout, but whenever I try to open it it just says "saved". FILE #: 200431001

I am trying to purchase an image and it keeps having a popup message "now that you've logged in please make your selection again" when I add to cart? I've already tried logging out and logging back in with no luck

Why Adobe charged me £1 for 10 free stocks ? I joined 10 free stocks program, canceled it after 1 day but Adobe took £1 for nothing. I dont know what is going on. Can someone please tell my why ?

I want to delete the subscription, but I don't know why, I've changed three different payment methods (credit cards) but all the time the payment is refused... i tried to get some informations on Adobe chat but with No effect. Hello! I've subscribed to adobe stock  free trial, and I intended giving it a try to use the photos as part of some graphic designs that will be used to accompany blog posts. If i cancel my account during the free trial, are the photos I used still covered under the standard license?

While this may seem a petty thing, i just was very angry about a vector image (AdobeStock_112205286) i just licensed and downloaded. The lines in this so called vector image are baked into pixel data and in the vectorised text there is an annoying typo.This is not what I expect from a company like Adobe. Please make some quality checks with the stock material you sell and implement a system to flag lemon content like this.Someone else had a experience like that?

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the best place to post, it's just where Adobe funneled me for support. Kinda funny discussing billing issues on a public forum but here we go.I have 53 license credits for Adobe Stock, however when I try and download something I get the following error.My card on file is valid and I don't have an outstanding balance.Please advise.

Several of the images that I have licensed are now designated as unlicensed in my CC Library, and have the Adobe Stock watermark. I have a current subscription, so I do not understand why some of my licenses seem to have expired. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I just encountered a similar issue. Searched vector image, downloaded (image: 207186542) and come to find out the entire image is not vector. This is a problem because my client has approved and I'm planning on using the image at a large size. Raster part of image is pixelated. When I search vector I expect the ENTIRE image to be vector. Is this not the case?

Hi Everyone,I've just purchased Stock Image 169497006, a vector (.ai) image.  I am using it in a small social media post and the .jpg looks pixelated. I created a smart object in PS and sized it, which has always worked in the past.  I did just update to PS 2019.  Is there something in this upgrade that could have caused this?   Any advice?Thank you!

Hi,I just downloaded File 226845351 to use as a vector image. It downloaded as an AI file but when I open it in either Illustrator or Photoshop it opens with the checkerboard background on it and I can't seem to find the layer to turn it off. Am I missing something or is there an issue?Thanks!

I pay my invoice on the 15th of each month.  Does that mean I can license 10 photos between the 15th and the 15th or by calendar month?  If I don't license 10 in one month can I carry it to the next month?  Thanks!

I have an Enterprise account with Adobe.  When I go to Adobe Stock, it says I can try 10 images for free.  However, when I go to download an image to My Library, the wheel just spins and says "Please wait" indefinitely.  Do I not actually get to try it for free if I have an enterprise account?

My understanding is still a little bit murky after reading the license agreement.The project consists of educational worksheets/games that a customer can purchase and download as a PDF. Each worksheet or game will incorporate several stock images. Certainly the images I will use in each game/worksheet will contribute to the value of the game, but, in reference to 3.1.b.ii.B of the standard image agreement, no single image used represents the primary value of the game.
