Hello, for the past few months a lot of the vector assets i have downloaded are unueaseble for my professional work. They are clearly ai generated (or just VERY poor quality), but not flagged as such, so i can’t filter them out. Even in the preview i can’t spot this, but after downloading the paths are messy, everything is merged together, so i can’t edit them like i want. This feels like a huge waste of time. Sometimes it is so bad that i can’t even find a man made illustration for a certain general topic. https://stock.adobe.com/images/vineyard-workers-harvesting-grapes-in-summer/2059988361This vector illustration seems AI-generated, despite of not have been labeled as such, despite of my search filters.The edges of the elements are not clear or defined, shapes are generally messy and unprofessional, the background elements do not exist and removing foreground elements only creates holes in the background.As such, the file is unusable professionally.I ask for removal of this file from Adobe Stock and potential banning of the uploader. When removing elements there is nothing behind them so no one human created this file 

Dear all,apologies if this has been solved before, I haven't seen it. We have accumulated a number of stock credits via the subscription that adds 25 credits a month. We do not need the subscription on that account any more and cancelled it. What will happen to our credits, will they remain usable for purchases until the amount is depleted?Kind regardsBSG

The vector for stock id#1944462845 is horrendous once purchased. Th vector is all blurred together and up-close details are bad even though it should be simple shapes such as circles for the eyes.

I need a refund please

This happens in Safari, but not Google Chrome.Clicking on a stock item from the filter search results used to open the details of the item and preview.  Now it opens an “AI Studio” (whatever the f that is - I have no interest).Does anybody know how to stop this happening in Safari?  Obviously the work around is use Chrome instead, but it’s irritating.

I downloaded an ‘editable stroke’ file. It is not editable. It removes a download from my licence. Download number is: #2104595918 and by contributor ‘Peace’. Anyone got some advice?

Hello,I just bought This item from Adobe Stock. As a thumbnail everything seems fine but these items are just badly image-traced and resold, making them unusable in any way possible because of the horrendous quality of the vector. My question is; how can I report things like this? The specific user's profile seems to be full with subpar traced vectors that he is selling on Adobe Stock. I know I can't get a refund for the digital download but this is just rediculous. Please remove these items and if possible, give me my credit back.

I use Adobe Stock for a website that covers steampunk news. I also run profiles of steampunk artists. Many artists in the steampunk world are up in arms about generative AI. Some have day jobs as designers and illustrators and see this as an existential threat to their livelihoods.That's not hyperbole. I didn't realize I have been subscribing to Adobe Stock for 7 months until I check the billing information on my account today. I have checked other posts on the same topic and over 90% of them face the same issue as I do-- they subscribe to a year plan for adobe stock without knowing about it. Adobe will give you one month for free but fail to inform you that will be charged $30 USD per month for the next year.    Now, neither could I cancel the subscription to Adobe Stock because I 'subscribed' to a year plan nor would I add money to my credit card to have Adobe continuously charges me until I receive my refund for all the money that I pay for Adobe Stock and have my subscription to Adobe Stock canceled.   It is difficult to believe a big corporate like Adobe would use such a cheap method to steal money from their customers. It is really disappointing. It is basically a scam and I need a proper explanation for it!

In the meantime I lost my Allegorithmic Substance Designer and painter licences when they were bought by Adobe as well, so I put it all on ice and waited.Serbia recently entered SEPA, so I suppose that should help with the overall situation.The problem is I cannot access my account and am stuck at login screen - giving me an error anytime I try to log in. This isn’t my primary source of revenue, so it was never especially urgent for me to resolve but on the other hand, I am receiving info in my inbox that some of my assets (that were listed on fotolia) are selling from time to time.What can I do to access my account - or what should I do to transfer my Fotolia Account to Adobe Stock, finally?

I purchased 2 images and selected the SVG file format. The SVG file format has always been scalable images and can be opened in Adobe Illustrator. When i opened these in Adobe Illustrator, they are just rasterized images and have no vector qualities, making them less than useful. Why would they say they are SVG if they are just rasterized images? They both had the option to be JPG or PNG. I chose SVG thinking they would be scalable vector images when opened in Illustrator. Single icon that’s part of a larger icon set that is NOT labeled as Ai-generated in the art bio.I’m wondering why Adobe is accepting this poorly made Ai slop as premium assets, and what are they going to do about a better filtering and quality control system? At the time, I never migrated my Fotolia account to Adobe Stock, and I no longer have access to the original Fotolia login.I now need to provide proof of license for one of those images (an image rights agency has contacted me and requested a dated license record, e.g. invoice or download history).
