Started today with credits, purchased image.Went to buy another image and now suddenly no credits.Where are my credits please Adobe?
We'd like to use images in a monthly journal publication, currently less than 500,000 copies. The publication is sold and also available by subscription online. Do we need to purchase individual extended licences for each item at £47.99?
I'm trying to answer a question on another forum—can one subscribe to Adobe Stock (annual or monthly) and if they don't have a CC subscription (and use it with CS6 apps)? Thanks,~Barb
I don't want to buy out the whole monthly package, just pay for one, single image? Is that possible at all?
I'm trying to find a photo of a city that was taken in the 90s. Is there a way to check when the photo was taken?
I did the same thing and I am not going to even use that image. They should have a re-confirm download button:"Confirm Licence on this Image?"or something like that. That would be very helpful when searching through so many and bringing them into PS to see if it would work.
I had purchased the "Adobe Stock - 10 images a month" plan for $29.99 in October 2016 when I signed up for the Creative Cloud. In September 2017 I stopped the auto-payment on the Adobe Stock order. I had tons of extra credits (or licenses, not sure which you call it) that I didn't need to use right away. I was planning on reordering when the time came to get more credits. My license history says I have licensed 32 images, but today I have no access to the remaining credits/licenses I accumulated. They all seemed to have disappeared. By my math I should have about 100 remaining. Where did they go? Can I get them back or a refund, because at this point I have paid for them.Thank you for your help.
How do I find out if the current templates on Adobe Stock are compatible with my old version of Adobe InDesign (CS 5.5)?
Hello,I downloaded image id 128971834 today and found it to be too small and hence totally useless for me. Please help, its very urgent!
I would also like to find a way to contact a contributor. I see that you all say several times that there is no way to contact them, but I would like to follow this thread in case that changes. Is there any way that Adobe can contact them and tell them that someone wants to reach out and give our contact information?
Dear Adobe team,We plan to licence stock photos and video material to use it as background for our product videos on youtube. In some cases, the stock material will be part of a complex composition and heavily altered, in other cases, we will just retouch and add the product photos in the foreground. To me, it is therefore hard to assess, if the credit to the photographer is mandatory.1. Am I right to assume, that the credit to the author/photographer is optional, if the stock material is altered?2. In general, can we use stock videos in our product videos on youtube within terms of the license ?Could you please provide some details - fitting to our requirements?Regards.
I accidentally clicked the "License & Open" icon when i was just trying to expand the template. Searching the forums indicates that there is no way for me to 'cancel' or 'return' this accidental license myself. How to go about it?Could adobe add a confirmation before the file is licensed? The website makes it to easy to accidentally license stock by accident.
Hello, I recently went into my account and noticed all of my 100 something image credits are GONE. I termed the subscription because I wasn't using all of these credits and was under the impression I could use my credits and re-subscribe when I would be able to utilize again. I spoke with a rep and it was my understanding it was ok. Does anybody know how I can get my credits back? I can't even get somebody on the phone let alone a chat from Adobe. Thank you.
I licensed a picture for a customer work. Now a online-shop partner of my customer wants to use the picutre to promote my customers products. Can i give the customer the picuture for passing it to his partner or do I need another license? Thanks for a short answer...
Please help me!I purchased premium images on behalf of my client . They asked me to give them the artwork for internal use to show what they had purchased . Whilst trying to dowload the items it seems Adobe Stock believed I wanted to purchase the items again and has chargedn me for the full res versions as well as the items I already purchased.I need this money reimbursed to my account and the help and support offers no way of doing this or explaining the issue to anyone. Please contact me as I need thois sortedThanks James
Adobe taking £57.59 from my account every month manually and I never signed up for this, they have taken it in Dec, Jan and Feb. I want this stopped and a refund ASAP!
I have been a customer of Shutter stock and iStock for years ... any feedback on switching over?I am very hesitant ... but looking to streamline my process!
I am not sure if there is a suggestion forum or not. But I would just like to vent a frustration and make a suggestion for improvement. I am trying to buy a stock image from adobe stock so I went through the process of signing up for a plan and I am using the same credit card that I use for my Photoshop and Illustrator plans. But adobe still needs to validate the card and my credit card company shows "Processing" on the card in which I don't know how long that is going to take. So because the validation charge from adobe is stuck in processing I can't purchase the stock asset I need right away. It would be nice if adobe implemented something like a virtual wallet kind of like what paypal does where you can add a card and have it verified then just assign the card to whatever plans you want. That way you don't have to wait for verification for the same card on different plans.
Hello forums,Is it true that if I use the photos from your companies inside my mobile apps, then I don't need to give credits or attributions to the authors of photographers ? That is what one of your co-worker told me via chat.Regards.
I work for a school and shoot most of my own photos, but recently subscribed to Adobe Stock because I could see some areas where stock photos would be useful. I've been a little bit frustrated (and surprised in the year 2018) to find so many pages and pages of white children when I've done searches (with a sprinkling of Asian kids here and there). For example a search of kids+Legos. There were a couple of darker skinned toddlers, but I didn't see any school-aged kids in photos that suited my purposes. Is this something I'm going to encounter over and over again? Should I save my school the subscription money?
I love the product - hate the customer service. If I had an alternative I would end my subscription. And I only had a few simple questions about adding a VAT Number and being able to view my account in English.Could not get a response tghen could not get an answer.Must be the worst in the world - and it seems to have held this title for years and years.I like your initiative.
Hi,I would like to ask you, what type of license is needed in case, that I prepare visuals for shopping center. This is not for resale and merchandise. This concerns:- wall decoration inside of shopping center (for example posters in various sizes)- billboards and citilights out of home thank you
