Can anyone help me...I have a full Adobe Creative cloud monthly membership. I paid for access to all the apps. With Adobe Stock In the app downloads it says I have access when I click to open in a browser though on the website although i'm logged in it tells me that I don't have access under my plan, wants me to upgrade or start a free trial. It is meant to be included in what I am already paying for. Anyone know how to fix this?

I recently licensed an asset from Adobe Stock that I no longer wish to use. I would like to request a return for this asset and have the license credit restored to my account. Asset ID #172241528Licensed on 1/2/2025 Is that possible?

Hey folks, how are you all doing today?I did a bit of research on how to track views of a specific image on my website.  I learned a bit about Google Analytics and tweaking it for my specific site.  But I am still wondering what the pros on .ai use?Thank you. Also why is it so darn hard to move an image item I am considering to a Library I created in Adobe Stock.  I click on the item to open its window.  I see the option: "Save to Library".  But it doesn't put the possible image into the library I want to save it in.  It puts it in a default library of downloads.  What is going on with this website?Again: Thanks

I am a freelance book designer and I am doing a self-published non-fiction book for an author, and a stock photo company (not Adobe in this case but this would apply to any stock images?) has some ideal historic images, but they are saying to get an “individual licence”, the author must have done everything on his book by himself, not used anyone else at all to help him. It’s crazy. The book will be self-published, as he is paying for the whole book to be done, but he can’t do design work himself – as most authors can’t – and he wants to buy the images under an individual licence, and I will insert them in the master file, designed by me. I won’t be “using” the images in any way except that. The company is trying to charge us a “teams rate” because I am designing the book and will therefore be "using" the images as well. but I'm not doing anything with them except inserting them into his book. Can you advise please? It all hinges on what the term "user" really means?This might also bri

So working in a publishing company - if the designer chooses an Adobe Stock image, which he then changes and adapts into   the cover of the book, the publicity team then want access to the original image which they will then adapt to create social media memes for the book. Do we need a team licence for this or can the designer purchase the image on an individual license, then share it to the publicity team?Many thanks!

Hallo zusammen, nach Update auf Creativ Cloud wird mein Stockfoto Guthaben nicht mehr angezeigt. Die Meldung lautet "Kein Abo vorhanden ". Weiss jemand eine Lösung ?

Our company has had an Adobe Creative Cloud Teams for a while now. We've been able to purchase single images $2.99 with no problem. Only recently, it has made us purchase subscriptions instead of single images for $2.99. I'm on the teams account, not the individual. I've tried reloging in. I had some time sensitive projects to work on, so I went ahead and purchased a subscription and I recieved a "Welcome to Adobe Stock" email, like we don't already pay for our teams account. We pay extra for the teams capabilities and when we tried to understand this with a customer service call, they were not helpful and rude.  Please, does anyone know what's going on? Has there been a policy change?  Here is the pop-up screen it's showing now. It used to be the "$2.99 confirmation" pop-up. 

I dowloaded two "vector" images from Adobe Stock, using the right filters, they are not marked as AI generated, but when I see them I can note that they have made with an image tracing tool. The images are #855894220 and #550043535. The contributor (designer) provided false information and Adobe didn't review the image quality. I want my credits returned because the images are not useful for me.

Hi I am building a peer led community that holds social events and local campaigns to raise awareness of our cause, I have created a logo using an image from Adobe Stock and using adobe express to design it. The license I used on adobe stock is a standard one, when i look at the licensing page its states: This Adobe Stock licensing information is intended for individuals, Creative Cloud for teams members and VIP members only. ETLA users, please see the enterprise page. I am struggling to understand whether the standard licence is right for an organisation such as the one i am building, the image will be used for a logo on social media and for flyers. Do I need an enhanced or extended licence? or will the standard one be enough?  Many Thanks

Purchased this file 1026822240 as a PNG file but when put it in my artwork it shows part of the snomen are missing their faces and part of the actual body.  Can't see this in the preview but when you put it against a color background it is very obvious.  Wasted one of my plan credits for this.

Hi,   Currently working on the implementation to import the adobe stock images to aem dam. For that we would like to include the condition to filter the specific content_type and date range for the licensed assets. I am looking for the help, is there any way to directly filter the content_type and date range from the curl command or using the query? Hello I used 33 credits to license a template that only downloaded as a JPEG. Can i get a refund? I used (1) credit for a standard license bu thte calendar template came in a JPEG i then used (32) credit for extend license and the same thing happened it was only a JPEG. 

Recently discovered that some audio files I had done a search for and added unlicensed previews in a library do not play (preview), nor will they download in Mac Chrome. In Safari, clicking on an audio file will open another window and can be previewed.I checked settings in Chrome, and cleared the cache. Settings allow audio, and other sites, like YouTube will play sound just fine. This doesn't account for the beachballing of the file when download is clicked.These were selected as possibles for a project a year ago, and with a couple exceptions, are not licensed files.And downloading a file in Chrome gives me a dialog box to choose a format, but does not display any choices.This is just bizarre behavior. Clicking on "download" in the Safari library just downloads a preview file like you would expect.Sure seems like a great big bug in Chrome. Thoughts?

I just purchased the following adobe stock file #806188195Its a collection of line icons marked with "Editable stroke" in the title but the icons are all outlined SO IT IS NOT editable strokes which is what I searched for and want to purchase. This file is of no use to me and I want a refund. How do I make that happen?

I just want to ask regarding downloading with Adobe Stock there's an error pop up regarding loading with libraries..why this is happen..i can't download graphics from adobe stock.. please see attachement for the error

Hi, I accidentially licensed #116997942 instead of downloading only a preview. Can I return the license and get my credits back.

Would like to report image #967366282it is saved as ai (illustrator) file, but upon opening it, it is actually a jpeg image embedded in illustrator, so it's not a true vector file. This is not the first time I downloaded an ai file but actually just a jpeg in a vector program.

I got this image (130913059) and when I open the vector file there is nothing. I can see the image in the thumbnail, but nothing on the cavas. I would like my credit refunded back to me please.
