I recently noticed a massive surge of AI generated stock photos added to Adobe Stock. The main issue is that many of them are showing up even when they are supposed to be filtered out. The quality of them are horrible and its frankly absurd that Adobe hasn't noticed or done anything about it? If a creator is uploading untagged AI art, they should be immediatly banned. There are multiple accounts tied to peopleimages.com such as D Donson/peopleimages.com which are uploading utagged gargabe and muddying what was once a decent library of assets.  I'm greatly considering ending my acccount since I cant imagine this issue will get much better until a high level system is put in place for better ai detection or Adobe's QA steps it up drastically.

Hi there, my company entitles me to access unlimited Adobe Stock under an Exteneded Licensing agreement.I have downloaded multiple images that I would like our Creative Agency (external) to use to create a  document they are helping us produce. Is this allowed? It will only be used by my company in the end.To summarise:They are asking if they can use the imagery as a third party vendor. They also wish to alter the images so this might be more complicated?If you have any documentation that would be useful too.Thanks 🙂 Thanks for your help!

I submitted some 3D-rendered icons for stock. Some of them were rejected due to quality issues, but others were accepted. I rendered all the icons with the same quality, so I don't understand why some were rejected and some were accepted. Does anyone have any insights on this? The only accepted icon is the 3D Scooter Icon!

I licensed 210483322 as an Ai file but it's an embedded image into Illustrator and not editable. How can this be solved? Do I get my credit back? Can the author reupload an actual Ai file?

When I log in it shows that I have 500/500 credits. I click stock to go to the page, once there all that I see are options to sign up for a free trial. It does not show my credits anywhere on the page.

Buenos días, el día de ayer estaba descargando videos de stock que necesitaba para un proyecto, el problema surge cuando por accidente licencié un video identificado como ¨Neon red wrong icon with looping animation¨, que pertenece a un usuario llamado Rodrigo, el video en cuestión se licenció en su versión alta definición 1920 x 1080 px y como yo había puesto mis datos bancarios en mi cuenta previemente, para tener acceso a los 7 días de prueba gratis de Creative Cloud, se me realizó la compra de 23 dolares que valía la licencia y no pude cancelarla. Necesito ese dinero por temas familiares y me gustaría cancelar la licencia y recibir un reembolso, ya que han pasado menos de 24 horas desde la compra accidental. No pienso usar el video y borraré todo rastro de el de ser necesario en caso de que se me exija para realizar una devolución de dinero, no sé si sería posible contactar con Rodrigo o con un agente de adobe para ver como tramitar el reembolso, gracias. 

Hallo,leider habe ich heute ein Bild versehentlich für fast 500€ liziensiert, welches wir nicht benötigen. Ich habe im Forum Beispiele gefunden, wo das Geld bzw. der Credit zurückerstattet wurde. Wie erwähnt, brauchen wir dieses Bild nicht und werden es nirgendwo verwenden. Also gibt es faktisch keine Verwendung.  Ich bitte freundlich um Hilfe und wäre über ein Entgegenkommen sehr dankbar!

I purchased a license for DREAMY DANCE TRANCE (TRANCEPORT) - YummyTunes and it comes up--->Dying Light | Ambient Technology Background Musicby ikoliks I contacted the creator ikoliks but haven't heard nothing back, If yummytunes did not create this track or remixed it why is Adobe selling licenses for stolen tracks? As per policy these purchases need to be legitimatized upon rendering. js If not answered I can pull my contract 

Does anyone besides me find it cheap and smarmy of Adobe to include AI generated images in their stock photos. It's a complete ripoff. Not to mention the art is rubbish. 

Greetings, I have two questions I need help with. One is, concerning the "Galleries" tab on my account dashboard. I have created about 6-7 Galleries with the intentions of perspective buyers having the ability too search my images by categories instead of having too scroll thru all images at once. Sort of making it more user friendly. Will other users/buyers be able too see them? Once I clicked on the publish too my profile link, it stated that it would be added within the hour and it was actually only a few seconds. I then went too view my public profile page and only one was visible. Of which leads me too my other question, is it meant too be only one available for display? Or is the galleries feature only created for the inclusion of the "Adobe Portfolio" feature? Also, can one create galleries for buyers too have the availability to search by image types like for example landscape or wildlife? Many thanks for any help! Alors que je pensais télécharger un de mes 10 crédits gratuits dans la version d'essai d'Adobe stock, j'ai cliqué sur la photo #612644787 et j'ai immédiatement été remerciée pour mon "achat" d'un montant de 203,99 € (sans étape de confirmation/validation, ce qui me parait un manque de sécurité aberrant pour ce site).Je n'ai aucune utilité pour ce fichier, et la somme débitée de mon compte est énorme pour un clic par erreur.Impossible de joindre directement le service client, je communique via le chat avec une intelligence artificielle qui ne m'apporte aucune réponse concernant mon problème.Comment demander un remboursement sur mon compte bancaire ?Je suis cliente Adobe depuis des années et soudain très déçue par l'opacité du service client.

Hi. I have been producing AL images for about 3 months. I carefully examine all the images and add titles. However, sales are almost non-existent, there is only one discount per day. What should I do? Is there a possibility that my account is spam? If I delete my old, unsold, low-quality images, will it have an effect?

When I created the Adobe Stock profile, it went under my 'personal' Adobe account rather than under our corporate account.  How can I get this switched to our corporate account without losing the 'credits' we have stockpiled?

This happens to me all the time and it is infuriating. I search for a keyword - find an image that is really good so I click the similar button and get a bunch of options. After search through those I decide that the orginal image is the one I want...except that I can not return to that image. I've tried CLEAR - clicked X - BACK - nothing works then I have to remember what keyword I searched and start from scratch and try to recall where I saw the image in the first place.Sample:Search for keyword Banana....then lets say i scroll through 50 pages before i find a nice image.Now - if I click the X in find similar or the Clear button on the similar image I am taken back to the original BANANNA search----PAGE 1. Would be nice to jump from the similar image to itself just by clicking on it!PS. using open new window a billion times works but has it's own issue and is poor UX in my mind.Am I missing something?   

I am open to being incorrect here but Contributer BigJoy seems to be submitting AI generated images with no "AI generated" tag. Example 1 / Example 2 / Example 3 / Example 4 / Example 5 / Example 6 They all have that melty AI detail, especially examples 5 & 6 Really frustrating that there is no direct way to report this. Wastes everybodies time 

  

I have some animations made in a pixel art style that were not accepted due to technical reasons. In my opinion, they are technically sound, but they were marked as pixelated, which is precisely the style that is currently in demand.I would like to know if this was filtered by a bot or if a human reviewed it and deemed it incorrect.
