I do not want to create a new Payoneer account.Could you please help me connect my existing Payoneer account to Adobe Stock Contributor?

Hi everyone,I am a long-standing Adobe Stock contributor. Unfortunately, I have permanently lost access to the Google account associated with my contributor profile and am completely locked out of my account.Following the official guidelines, I sent a detailed email to contributor-support@adobe.com exactly 14 days ago (on August 14th) requesting an email transfer. However, I have not received a response yet, nor did I receive an automated ticket confirmation.I understand the support team is busy, but I am very anxious about my portfolio and earnings. I have all necessary verification details ready to privately provide to Adobe staff (including my National ID, registered billing address, and details of my linked Payoneer payout account).Could any of the Community Experts or Adobe Staff members please assist me, check if my email was received, or help escalate this request?Thank you so much for your time and kind support❗
On November 18, 2025, I withdrew The Payment From Adobe Stock. But I have not received the payment so far. Why has not come to my skill account?

When I use keywords, I'm very careful to avoid spam. But if I accidentally include irrelevant keywords in some images, These are old photos, submitted for approval a long time ago. is my account at risk of being closed?Right now, I'm checking every image and correcting the keywords.
New Adobe Stock Contributor – Submit Option Suddenly DisappearedHi everyone,I’m a new Adobe Stock contributor and I’m currently facing a submission issue. So far, I have submitted 53 vectors: ✅ 28 approved ⏳ 13 under review ❌ 12 rejected (mostly due to Similar Content) Today, I noticed that the Submit option is suddenly no longer available when I try to submit new vectors.Could this be because I’ve reached the weekly submission limit for new contributors? Or could having 13 files currently under review be causing the submission option to disappear?I’d really appreciate it if experienced contributors could clarify: What is the submission limit for new contributors? How often does the limit reset? Does the number of files under review affect the ability to submit? Does the submission limit increase over time based on account performance? Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello Adobe Stock Community,I have a question about the “Created using generative AI tools” checkbox when submitting videos to Adobe Stock.I create my stock videos completely by myself using JavaScript, HTML Canvas, mathematical formulas, and programming/animation techniques.I do not use any generative AI tools such as ChatGPT image generation, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, or other AI image/video generators. For example, I may use mathematical calculations and JavaScript code to create procedural animations, shapes, patterns, graphs, simulations, and other motion graphics. In this situation:Do I need to check the “Created using generative AI tools” checkbox when submitting these videos to Adobe Stock?Or can I submit them as non-generative-AI content without checking the AI checkbox?I would appreciate an official clarification because I want to make sure my submissions follow Adobe Stock's current contributor guidelines.Thank you.
Hey recently I got msgs from my friends and different communities that adobe stock is suspending accounts and they are not giving the exact reason that why they are doing this just they do is send the same email that written down only that account blocked due to terms and violations and other thing is that many accounts have been suspended at a same time could any clarify this that what happening because my 3 friends that completely depend on Adobe stock are now like in meter a away to becoming broke they spent 6 - 7 years doing this and now adobe stock is suspending accounts with out any reason and also when we use there contact us it also doesn’t work like they are completely dead at customer support! is anybody here have a clear reason for that?
Has anyone else noticed a recent increase in Adobe Stock account suspensions? I’ve come across several contributors saying their accounts were disabled without receiving a clear explanation of the exact violation. Many of them also appear to have received very similar notification emails. This is becoming concerning for contributors who have spent years building their portfolios and following Adobe’s guidelines. Could someone from Adobe please explain whether there has been a recent enforcement change, system issue, or specific policy that is causing these suspensions?Clear information about the reason behind these actions would really help contributors understand the situation and know how to properly appeal or resolve it.
Hi Adobe Support Team,My Adobe Stock contributor account was suddenly deactivated today without any prior warning or specific reason. I strictly follow all Adobe Stock guidelines and only submit high-quality, original assets. This morning, I only updated my profile photo, and shortly after, my dashboard became inaccessible. I believe my account has been restricted due to an automated system error or technical glitch. I kindly request a manual review of my account and ask you to please restore my access. Thank you.
Hello Community Staff and Moderators,I am requesting assistance with an appeal review that has been pending for over 6 weeks without an update. Contributor Member ID: 212953158 Previous Case Reference: 00471487 Appeal Submission Date: July 17, 2026 (submitted via the Transparency Center Appeal Form) My account was blocked after an issue arose while trying to link my Payoneer payout details. I filed the formal appeal on July 17 as directed by support, but I have not received a case confirmation number, a status update, or an appeal outcome email.Could a moderator or Adobe staff member please check if there is an internal status update on my account or help forward this to the Contributor Support / Compliance queue?Thank you for your time and assistance.
Hi everyone,I wanted to ask the Adobe Stock contributor community for some advice because I’m honestly quite worried about what happened to my account.Today I received an email saying that my contributor account has been blocked for a “Terms violation.” The email only gives general reasons and doesn’t mention which specific asset or activity caused the block.I’ve been contributing to Adobe Stock for quite a while and have uploaded almost 7,000 assets. I’ve always tried my best to follow the submission guidelines, and I have never intentionally violated Adobe’s policies. What makes this especially difficult for me is that Adobe Stock has been my main source of income, so losing access to my account has a huge impact on me.I’ve already contacted Adobe and submitted an appeal. Now I’m waiting to hear back, but I wanted to ask other contributors here:Has anyone experienced a similar account block/Terms violation notice and successfully had their account reinstated? Is there anything else I s
I’m exploring AI-generated images for Adobe Stock and want to focus on creating commercially useful visuals rather than generic AI artwork. I’m particularly interested in understanding what types of images are most useful to brands, creators, businesses, and marketing teams, and what subjects or visual concepts have consistent demand. I’d also like to understand best practices for creating high-quality, original, commercially viable AI content that follows Adobe Stock’s requirements.
Hi all..I'm a beginner in adobe stock. I tried submitting a few AI generated videos and all the videos are getting rejected reasoning IP violation. I used Gemini Omni flash for video generation and herewith attached of the videos which were rejected. Can someone tell me what is the issue here? Thanks in advance.
My account was suspended in May, it took 6 weeks for the appeal to be looked at and it was then reinstated.Adobe made it clear that fraudulent downloads was the issue ($24 worth) which I had no involvement in, knowledge of or ability to prevent. So I lost 6 weeks of income because of someone else’s actions. My account has a perfect record over the last 6 years. My account has been live again for 3 weeks, I’ve been watching the downloads like a hawk and have seen nothing unusual. I received exactly the same ‘account blocked for suspicious activities’ this morning. Has anyone else had this happen?I’ve filed a support ticket and appeal form again but don’t know if I’ve got it in me to keep going round like this. It feels very helpless to have no control over why your account is blocked, especially when they made it clear I’d done nothing wrong. Mods, thanks for everything you do but I’m looking for other contributors who have had the same thing happen. I’ve filed a ticket and appeal throug
Dear Adobe Contributor Relations,I recently received a notice that my Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated due to a violation of Adobe Stock submission guidelines or Contributor Terms.I respectfully request a review of my account and would appreciate any additional information regarding the specific reason for the deactivation. Most of my submissions were vector illustrations/icons that I created using my own workflow. If any of my submissions unintentionally violated Adobe Stock policies, I sincerely apologize. It was never my intention to violate any guidelines or submit content that did not meet Adobe's requirements.I value the Adobe Stock platform and would be grateful for an opportunity to correct any mistakes and comply fully with all contributor guidelines in the future.I kindly ask you to reconsider my account and review my case once more.Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.Sincerely,(Personal information removed. Edited by Moder
Hello everyone,I am a new Adobe Stock contributor, and this is my first upload. My assets were approved about two days ago and appear in my Contributor portfolio. However, when I click on any approved asset, I get a "Page not found" (404) error. The assets are approved, but they are still not publicly visible or searchable on Adobe Stock. Asset IDs:2124761694 2124779307
I have an Adobe Stock monthly subscription that includes 10 paid downloads per month (Standard licenses).I recently designed and typeset a book for a client. The book is not for commercial sale. I downloaded around 20 images from Adobe Stock for use in the book. Some of the images are from the Free Collection, but most of them are paid Standard assets. Now the client would like to obtain the rights to use the same collection of images in the future, for example on their website, social media, and other communications/marketing materials. In other words, they would like to pay me for the time and cost involved in finding and licensing these images, and then continue using the images themselves.I understand that Adobe's terms allow a Stock asset to be licensed on behalf of a client, but I am not completely sure how this works in practice when the images have already been licensed through my own subscription.Has anyone had a similar situation? What would be the correct way to handle this? Hi everyone,I'm an Adobe Stock Contributor mainly working with video content, and I'm hoping to get some advice from other contributors who may have experienced something similar. In July, something unusual happened on my account: approximately 85 of my video assets were custom-downloaded in a single day by one customer. This was far higher than my normal download activity.Shortly afterward, I requested a withdrawal. Then, on July 16, 2026, my Contributor account was suddenly blocked for a Suspicious activity.I submitted an appeal through Adobe's official contact form on July 17, 2026. Since I did not receive a response, I sent a follow-up message on August 4, 2026, to ask for an update and provide additional information.I received an automated confirmation that my follow-up message was received, with the following case number:Case ID: ADB-46478743-G7P8However, I still have not received any detailed explanation or final decision, and my Contributor account remains deactivated.I'm wonder
