Stock Contributors

Hello. I lost access to my Adobe account and they created a new account for me. The specialists promised that my Adobe Stock contributor account would also catch up and be the same as before, but this did not happen, my illustrations and the money I earned were not there. What should I do, how can I get my author account back?

This complaint is meant to address the lack of racial inclusivity of Adobe Stock. When trying to find beautiful black women, the search results contain a majority of white women. Black women are marketable, and we can be stunningly beautiful, yet when searching the term beautiful black women, the search engine recommends average black women and a majority of white women. When searching for related images, the results still recommend white women. Search the team beautiful women, and the results are of stunningly beautiful white women. The user does not even need to specify the search by searching for beautiful white women. Simply beautiful women. It would be nice if the term beautiful women contained an equal number of all races in the result.

Hello everyone,I've been uploading ai images before without any problems and they were all accepted. Moreover, I believe that the details and quality of the previously accepted pictures are less. Even though I spent more time and added more detail to the last images I uploaded, they are rejected due to quality problems. I am attaching an example of previously accepted (ss_1) and non-accepted (ss_2) examples.Thank you in advance for your opinions and help.

I recently got a notification from Adobe Stock about a supposed intellectual property violation for an image I submitted. The thing is, the image was just of a toy car, nothing fancy or trademarked.I'm really confused about why they flagged it. I mean, it's just a generic toy car, not some branded item or anything. I'm not sure how to handle this situation or what steps I should take to get it sorted out.I'm worried about my standing as a contributor on Adobe Stock, and I don't want this issue to affect my account or future submissions. Have you ever dealt with something like this before, or do you have any advice on how I should approach it?

I want to upload images that has my organization logo so that press can pick up our latest images, but I am unable to upload them? Can anybody clarify the process for it? Does property release form also need to be submitted with the image?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Good afternoon. I usually upload vector files in an archive along with a JPG file. I wanted to switch to loading a vector with a PNG file with a transparent background, but I can’t figure out how to do it.1. If you put a vector and an PNG into the archive, the site displays a format error.2. If I upload an image and a vector separately, I get two separate files.Please tell me how to correctly upload vector files along with transparent PNG. Thank you!

after a month now i think my account have some issue and my designs dont sell at all , does it possible if adobe ban my account ? ( i can upload and see my designs )

Looking for some help. What can I change to make the image more acceptable? The explanation for rejection isn't clear. Non-compliant image, undeclared AI, use of another artist's name and non-compliant with overall guidelines. Not sure what any of those mean. It's not an AI image

I am trying to figure out why some image frames are blank for images IN REVIEW. If I click one of the blank image frames, the image description, keywords, etc. shows on the far right. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my computer or with adobe. Maybe it is a cache issue, but I'm afraid of doing anything without some expertise help in fear of me messing things up. SEE ATTACHED IMAGE..   Thank You

Hello, the day before yesterday and yesterday I uploaded images for verification. Everything went well, but now I can"t see them, instead of them there are white squares with a small picture symbol in the upper left corner. The previous images are clearly visible. What does this mean? Do I need to download them again? Thanks

Hello,i would need your help as i've just created my conributor adobe stock account,i've already uploaded 51 images that are awaiting to be validated.I  would like to add new images for validation, i uploaded 39 images, but still i can't "send" them, specific action button still in "grey" (see picture) , what's wrong? is there a maximum number of image that could be send for validation?thanks for your help

images are not fully uploaded and i am uploading from sftp from filezilla and i am uploading around 1000 images but it only uploads 100-200 images. Images stuck on 3377 wether i upload on filezilla through sftp or through official contributer website.

Several of my files were rejected on the grounds that I did not specify that the work was generated by an AI program.I have not used AI in any of my work, I rely solely on Photoshop. I am quite strict in my approach, to the extent that I do not even use AI options in Photoshop. For instance, I do not use the "generative fill" option; I exclusively use "content-aware fill" during my work or I use other tools to finish my images. I see now on 100% that there are some mistakes that I have made while making this image, but its clearly not an artwork generated by an AI program.This single image takes maybe a whole day of work, and its always frustrating to see multiple images rejected, especialy when the reason is not justified.I am writing this because I simply wouldn't like my account to be suspended for reasons that are unclear to me.

I recently had 16 images rejected for being "non-compliant images".  Possible reasons include: -Non compliant use of another artist’s name. - Undeclared Generative AI Content. - Content not compliant with overall guidelines  None of those apply as far as I know.  They are photos. They are my photos. I didn't use another artist's name. I used no AI-generated content. What overall guidelines do they not comply with? Hi everyone,  So, this morning I got a notification on my Adobe Stock contributor account: "Congratulations! Click here to choose and redeem your Creative Cloud app.[Read This First]". When I click on the link a new window opens up with the redeem code, but when I click on "redeem" I get the error "This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID. "Now I know that my country is not supported by Adobe (Bosnia & Herzegovina), but is there any way to successfully use this code? I have tried contacting the support but they were not helpful. Thanks

Hello All, This is my first time posting here so I appoligies if I have done something incorretly. But I am willing to learn. I am testing the waters if you will with Adobe stock and just wanted to get some insight as to some of the possible reasons the image below would be denied. According to Adobe its due to Quality Issues but doesnt really get into the nitty gritty. The focal point is on the end of the Gold post so It could be due to the out of focus sections behind or on the wood post itself? Not 100% sure why it doesnt meet quality standards. Any information and or tips to move forward are greatly appreciated.    

Hi Team, I have tried h264 mp4 video format, uploading videos via sFTP server (Filezilla), uploading is successful but when checked in 'Uploaded files' section it is empty. Tried many times, even days passed nothing appeared.Kindly look into this issue. Thanks and Regards,Rizwan
