I would love and really appreciate some feedback on why this wasn’t accepted :). I’m new to photography and could really use some tips for uploading
Buongiorno, come fare quando viene chiesta una liberatoria se ci sono persone NON visibili in volto o molto molto lontane e NON riconoscibili? Grazie
Reasons it was rejected: Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.
Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account has been locked as "Inactive" for a long time. I would like to start uploading photos again.I tried to contact support using the internal contact form, but I keep getting a red error message: "Je nám líto, ale při odesílání vašeho případu došlo k chybě." The Virtual Assistant bot on the help page also refuses to connect me to a live agent because I do not have a paid subscription.Could an Adobe Staff member please look into this and manually forward my request to the Stock support team? Thank you very much for your help.
Hi, I have a question regarding my photos. They are being rejected due to quality issues; other stock sites have accepted them, but here I’m having trouble with almost every other image. I don’t have much experience with stock photography, so I’d appreciate your feedback on what to improve and what to look out for. Thanks for the reply.
I have been using Adobe Stock for vector graphics for many years, but over the last months I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of many vector assets.More and more often I download files that appear perfectly fine in the preview, only to discover after opening them in Illustrator that they are poorly constructed. Typical issues include unnecessary anchor points, messy paths, overlapping objects, poorly drawn curves, and vectors that require extensive cleanup before they can actually be used. What is even more frustrating is that some of these files look very much like AI-generated vectors, yet they are not labeled as AI-generated content. As a customer, I expect to know whether an asset has been created by a human or generated with AI, especially when the resulting vector file does not meet the quality standards that Adobe Stock was known for.Downloading an asset only to find out afterwards that it is unusable is a waste of time and credits. The preview image often does n
Hey everyone, Would be grateful if anyone could provide some detailed critique on my pics. Just bought a Canon R50 and started taking pics.I’m a beginner’s beginner so I don’t expect Adobe to accept a lot of my submissions but what does not help is a generic reason like quality issues. Among my 78 submissions, 2 have been accepted. So, if there’s anything I could work on ,please do chime in.Attaching one. Please and Thanks.Edit : As suggested by Danielle, inserting an image rather than attaching multiple.THanks for letting me know of the file size limitation.
This is a selection of photos rejected. all are minimal edits of naturally occurring phenomena, and I believe it is due to AI not understanding what Cloud Iridescence and Circumhorizontal arcs are, not a quality problem. (note these are downsampled, alternate vsns of the same .NEF edits of 3/24 submitted) [Moved to Stock Contributors by a moderator]
Hi everyone! I have a question about the number of photos that get reviewed or approved each day.Is the daily review or approval limit related to a user's approval rate? I'd like to upload 10–20 AI-generated images or photos I've taken myself every day, but it seems that only 2–4 of my submissions are reviewed daily. I've also noticed that once I have around 30 submissions waiting for review, I'm temporarily prevented from uploading any new work. Is this how the platform normally works, or is there something I should know about the review process? Thanks in advance for any insights!
I downloaded File #: 2017944258 as an .svg, only to open Illustrator and be met with a flattened, pixelated file. I did not receive a scalable file as expected. How do I get a credit refund, as well as report the image for improper file types? Thanks.
Hi everyone,I have already submitted my W-8BEN form. I would like to know:Do I need to pay income tax in India on my Adobe Stock earnings? Should I report the gross earnings shown by Adobe, or only the amount actually received in my bank account after any deductions? If anyone from India has already filed taxes on Adobe Stock income, I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience.

Hi everyone,I have an issue with my contributor profile. It's not visible to the public at all. When I try to view it from the dashboard it says there is no results.Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hello, I recently submitted several photos taken with a Sony RX100 VII, and most of them were rejected for “quality issues.” The images were transferred directly from the camera to my phone using the Sony app at their original resolution, around 20 MP. Some were uploaded without editing, while a few were only slightly cropped. I understand that the “quality issues” rejection can include focus problems, motion blur, noise, compression artifacts, exposure issues, or insufficient detail. However, I am having difficulty identifying the specific problem in these images. Could you please take a look and tell me what the most likely technical issue is? Is it mainly softness, missed focus, camera shake, noise, or something else? I would especially appreciate feedback on which images are technically unsuitable for stock and which ones might be improved through better editing or resubmission.Thank you.
Hello,I submitted an appeal regarding my suspended Stock account on June 17, 2026 (Case ID: 00518859).I sent a follow-up email to contributor support on July 21 and also reached out via X (@AdobeCare), but unfortunately, I've only received automated bot responses and no status updates for over 40 days.I completely understand that the Compliance team has a high volume of requests, but I would really appreciate it if a staff member here could help escalate my case or check if it's still active in the queue.Thank you for your time and assistance!
Hello, dear experts. If possible, please explain what quality issues this photos has. Can someone help me?
My image was rejected for quality issues, but nothing specific. Of course, I like my image and I don’t see the issue can you illuminate?
Hello,I already have an Adobe Stock Contributor account. My younger brother is 19 years old and wants to create his own Adobe Stock Contributor account. He will use his own email, his own identity, his own payment details, and upload only his own original content. We live in the same house and will use the same laptop and the same Wi-Fi connection.Could you please confirm if this is allowed under Adobe Stock Contributor policies? Will using the same laptop and the same Wi-Fi cause any issues for either of our contributor accounts? Will Adobe consider us to be the same person just because we use the same laptop and internet connection?Thank you.
Hello,My Contributor Account was deactivated on June 12, 2026, around the time I requested a payout. I submitted my official appeal on the same day via the provided form.My case number is 00520832.It has been over 6 weeks, and I have received zero updates or explanations from the Contributor Relations team. My earned payout funds are currently frozen, and my portfolio of over 1,700 assets remains hidden.Could a moderator or Adobe representative please assist in escalating case 00520832 to the appropriate team for review and resolution?Thank you, Olena
Hello,I am experiencing the same problem over and over again with my Adobe Stock payouts. My payout has now been returned for the third time. Each time the payment is rejected and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance. I have already updated my Payoneer account details, but the problem still persists.Could someone please explain:Why are my payouts constantly being declined? How can I find out the exact reason for the rejection? Is there anything I need to change in my Adobe Stock or Payoneer account to successfully receive my payout?Since Adobe Stock no longer provides direct email support for contributors, I would really appreciate any help or guidance from Adobe staff or community experts.Thank you!
I have had a few that has been accepted, all with a similar moody style editing. I was wondwering why these got rejected. They have been accepted to another stock website though.
Hi everyone,My PNG illustration was recently rejected for "Quality Issues" (Soft focus / Noise). It is a transparent PNG hand-drawn illustration with black and white shading/gradient details inside. I have checked the edges, and they are completely sharp and clean at 100% zoom with no stray pixels.Could you please help inspect this image and share your feedback on why it might have been flagged?Thankyou!
Hi everyone,This might sound like a basic question, but I’d love to get some clarity from experienced contributors and buyers here. When designing vectors intended for print media (like posters, flyers), traditional prepress rules dictate that we should work in the CMYK color space. However, if you look through Adobe Stock, there are thousands of vectors designed in vibrant RGB—featuring bright neon tones, rich electric blues, and smooth gradient glows that are impossible to achieve in standard CMYK.Adobe approves these files, and clearly, they sell very well (otherwise contributors wouldn't keep producing them!).What are your thoughts on this?To Contributors: Do you design your print assets natively in RGB to make thumbnails pop on screens, or do you stick strictly to CMYK-safe gamuts? How do you handle complex elements like opacity masks or gradient meshes when converting modes? To Buyers/Print Designers: Is downloading an RGB vector file for a print job a hassle, or do modern digital
Hello Adobe Community,I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation or can offer any guidance. My Adobe Stock contributor account was suspended on May 28, and I reported the issue immediately. It has now been over two months, and I haven't received any update regarding the investigation or the status of my account. I completely understand that these reviews can take time, and I respect Adobe's review process. However, the lack of communication has left me uncertain about what to expect.I've been an Adobe Stock contributor for the past 5–6 years and have always tried to follow the Contributor Terms and guidelines. To the best of my knowledge, I haven't engaged in any activity that would violate Adobe's policies, which is why I'm struggling to understand what may have triggered the suspension.Adobe Stock has been one of my primary sources of monthly income. As a creator and influencer based in India, I regularly create and license stock content, so this has had a s
