Hi,  I have around 150 sales and uploaded several types of content and to this day I still don’t get rejection issues a lot of the times. I have submitted a cyberpunk themed vector set, first one was approved and It’s my new best selling item, created a second one which is same format with new icons etc. and it’s getting rejected because of quality issues, I read the possible culprits but It’s so broad that It doesn’t help, I also have the same issue with vector post templates, I got the first one approved, It’s my best selling item, created 3 more and couldn't approve any of them even after multiple rounds. I’ve been using this site for years but approvement is so inconsistent and so broad that I can’t pinpoint the issues.These are the approved files, I made the others in very similar fashion and can’t seem to get them approved, It’s really frustrating because right when I find a niche I can’t make more of it, and also on the second vector set I worked several days on it and can’t upl

Ребята, нужна помощь по Adobe Stock. Загружаю AI/Clay (clay-style) иллюстрации. По картинкам всё максимально “чисто”: чёткие линии/контуры, ровные фоны, без текста и без надписей, без логотипов.При этом ситуация такая: из 48 работ приняли 3, отклонили 45. В целом статистика уже около 1900 отклонено и 1500 принято.Я уже пробовал улучшать качество: увеличивал размер (апскейл), делал улучшение качества/резкость/шумоподавление — но всё равно не проходит.Вопрос: что чаще всего не нравится Adobe именно в clay/AI работах? Может ли апскейл/улучшалки наоборот добавлять артефакты (ореолы, шум, “пластик”, полосы на градиентах) и из-за этого режут? Насколько часто причина — “слишком похоже / similar content” даже если картинки разные? Какие точные QC-проверки вы делаете перед загрузкой, чтобы стабильно проходило? Что лучше помогает: перегенерация исходника или постобработка?

Hello contributors, I have recently changed my account name 'first and second name',The old name was a nickname I used, I previously filled the W-8BEN tax form with the nickname and it was accepted.That WAS the case with all previous withdrawals I did. After changing the account name, should I refill the form with the new name?*The old tax form is still valid for 2027, also when I changed the name there was a payout request which were already in review, and it was accepted despite the difference between old name in the tax form and the new name.

Hello,I had approximately 330 approved videos in my Adobe Stock contributor account. Recently, my total dropped to around 30 without any notification.I found one of my previously approved videos still indexed on Pinterest, but its Adobe Stock link now returns a 404 error, which indicates the asset was removed after approval.I request a clear explanation for the mass removal of my approved assets and confirmation whether they were deleted, hidden, or deactivated due to a policy review (especially AI-generated content).Please provide asset IDs or the reason category for the removals.Thank you. 

 When attempting to migrate Fotolia account; I get “selected account is already in use.”I understand I may need to use contact us in order to resolve this, however when following these links;https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/contactI get redirected back to the sync Fotolia with Adobe page shown in the screenshot above - resulting in a broken loop.I’m getting sold content email notifications, and tax emails and I’ve been notified by my tax authority that they are aware of foreign income and I’ve to declare it. Not having access to these accounts is a liability.But I’d be very grateful to have this resolved as it looks like lots of people are having the same issue. Thank you.

Hi all! I'm new to the Adobe Stock community and am working to build my collection. I have submitted two batches for consideration. In the first batch, all but 2 were approved. The 2 not approved was due to "Similar Content...". The second batch of 22, only 1 was selected and 2 are still in review. All 19 not selected were for "Quality Issues".  I can understand the similar content rejection, but I cannot accept the quality issue rejection. My image quality cannot be the issue. First, every image was between the required size, more than 5 and less than 45MB. You can see in every photo the focus band (on the subject) if the aperture was low, so I'm positive my subject was in focus. According to the histogram and my eyes, the images are properly exposed. Zero of my images are heavily edited (containing no filters or oversaturation), and I have the RAW files to prove that.  And I use a Nikon D850 and D4 so my use of higher ISO would not be an issue with noise, especially si

I used Payoneer with adobe stock some time ago. Recently I’ve noticed that it was disconnected. Now every time I try to connect in by clicking “reconnect payoneer account” in payout information. It transfer to a page where I need to create a new account. There’s now way to login into existing. I’ve tried to log out and clean cache and cookies. Log in into payoneer account first then hit  “reconnect payoneer account”.Change payout to paypal and then back to payoneer. Payoneer and Adobe emails are the same.Any ideas how to solve this issue?

I know that you probably can’t help me directly here in the forum, but maybe someone has had a similar problem and can give me some helpful advice (so I don’t get even more discouraged).I uploaded over 12,000 images, and since I wanted to build a reliable side income, I always tried my best to follow the guidelines. That’s why I was all the more shocked when I was told that I had supposedly violated them.Nevertheless, I’m still hoping to get an answer—especially about what I might have done wrong and what steps I can take now.Apart from the fact that I mainly uploaded AI-generated images, I also submitted around 2,000 photos and videos that I created myself.So here’s my question: Can and should I resubmit my photographed images using a new account? Hello everyone, I would like to ask for clarification regarding a contributor account review related to duplicate submissions.  Some of my files were initially rejected for being identified as AI-generated. I contacted Adobe Stock Support to explain that several of those files were not AI-generated, and after review, some were later approved.  During this process, I unintentionally re-uploaded some of the same files while they were still under review. I forgot to remove the duplicate submissions before sending them, which may have appeared as excessive or spam submissions.  This was not intentional, and I fully understand now that this was a mistake in managing my workflow.  I would appreciate any guidance on best practices to avoid duplicate submissions in the future, and whether there is a standard appeal process contributors should follow in situations like this.  Thank you very much for your time and help.and they said Your account has been blocked for submitting content that viola

Hello,I have a question regarding files rejected for similar content.As a new contributor, we did not fully understand at first how Adobe Stock evaluates similarity, and as a result many of our submissions were rejected for similar content (in practice, almost all of them).We are also contributors on other stock platforms.Is there any issue or restriction with publishing on other platforms files that were rejected on Adobe Stock due to similar content?To clarify: these files are our own original work and were only rejected because of Adobe’s similarity criteria, not for quality, rights, or policy reasons.Thank you very much for your help and clarification.

I have a case for this: 00473461. I was notified as I usually am that a picture had sold. As usual there was a link so I could go to my account. When I tried, I saw a message saying I could not enter the account because I have multiple accounts. I don’t. I have gotten in for many years. How do I get paid now??
