Hello all, I have submitted these photos to Adobe Stock, but they have been rejected due to quality reasons. Could you kindly take a look at the attached photos and explain specifically why you think they may not meet Adobe Stock’s requirements.Are there problems with technical quality, focus, lighting, composition, editing, subject choice, commercial value, or anything else?Please be direct and specific, as we would like to understand whether the main issue is the submission process or the quality and suitability of the photos themselves.Thank you for your honest feedback ! 

I took the portrait of Alvin and Chippy sitting on the sofa. I used AI tools to enhance the image. Chippy's blue eyes are real; they were not enhanced. Would this be considered an AI image or a photograph?  

​My Adobe Stock contributor account is registered under my real name, and all the tax information provided belongs to me. Recently, my Skrill account was suspended, and I am also experiencing issues with my Payoneer account.​Because of these issues, I would like to add my brother's Skrill account to my Adobe Stock contributor profile to receive payouts. Will doing this put my account at risk of suspension, or could it cause any other compliance issues with Adobe?

How can I earn money from Adobe Stock Contributor using AI? No using photoshop and illustrator.

Hi everyone,I'm working on an Adobe Stock Mission and one of my files is flagged as needing a "rights of release." The mission brief explicitly states that the Source image can be "a real photo (with a signed model release) or an AI image of a made-up person," so I used a fully AI-generated person — no real individual involved, no real face used as reference.In the Missions tool, when I click "Créer une renonciation/autorisation," I'm given two options: a Model Release (asking for the model's first name, last name, and email) and a Property Release.Since there's no real person to get a signature from, and the brief clearly allows AI-generated people, I'm not sure which release type applies here and how to fill it out correctly for this case. Could someone walk me through the correct process (AI-generated person, submitting through Missions)?Thanks in advance!

Today, September 12, someone purchased 6 images and 2 videos within just a few seconds of each other. The “License Sold” type was listed as “Custom.” Most of the assets were related to biblical, ancient, and religious themes, with the exception of one asset featuring a modern architectural setting. I find this sales spike unusual because, during the two years I have been contributing, I have never had a day with this kind of sales activity from what appears to be the same buyer. I am assuming it may have been the same buyer because all of the sales had the same amounts: $0.79 for the images and $6.71 for the videos. My question is: what would be the most appropriate channel for me to contact Contributor Support to verify whether these sales are legitimate?

Until now, I have been using Midjourney to create AI-generated images for submission to my Adobe Stock Contributor account. Last month, I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription and created vector graphics. When I inquired with ChatGPT about uploading these vectors to Adobe Stock and Freepik, I received confirmation that I could do so. However, I was also advised to verify whether there are any policies in place regarding this matter. Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Community,I am trying to access Adobe Stock Contributor, but my account shows an “Inactive account” message saying that Adobe’s policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.I may have an old or inactive Contributor account associated with me, but I do not know the previous account details, including the Member ID or associated email address.I tried contacting Adobe Support through the contact form and selected “Account” → “Multiple account approval request.” However, when I tried to submit the case, I received this error:“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case.”Could someone please advise me on how I can identify or recover my old/inactive Contributor account and resolve this issue?I want to use only one Adobe Stock Contributor account and follow Adobe’s policies. The bottom line is that Adobe is prioritizing the quality and integrity of its library amid the explosion of AI content and attempts to game the system. In my opinion, Adobe is partially to blame for that explosion, which is not an indictment on them, worrisome would be not fixing a known problem. This has resulted in more aggressive (and sometimes blunt) enforcement, which is why more accounts are being suspended.It’s really simple people, staying honest 99% of the time will not cut it! 100% is a must!Here are some tips everyone should exercise:Submit only high-quality, distinct work. Avoid uploading many near-identical images or vectors. Properly label all generative AI content. Never use artist names, brand names, or real people’s names in titles, keywords, or prompts. Keep metadata clean and accurate. Follow the “up to 3 variations” guideline for similar content. Hi, looking for feedback, since I have not been able to find any natural looking skies from Adobe Stock when I try to do sky replacements in Photoshop, I figured I would upload my own taken with my drone, however these got rejected. I’ve compressed these just a little bit to fit as an attachment. However, they work much better for sky replacements than any of the ones Adobe provides in my opinion, so I’m hoping to make these available to other creators. Thanks! 

I already have an Adobe ID and currently live in Vietnam. My Adobe account country/region is set to Vietnam.When I go to Adobe Stock and click “Sell,” or try to access the Contributor Portal, I get: “New account creation is not available at this time.”I am not trying to create a new Adobe ID. I need to activate a Contributor profile for my existing Adobe ID.I also cannot use the Adobe Stock Contributor support form because it redirects me to the same “New account creation is not available at this time” page.I previously lived in Russia, but I currently reside in Vietnam. Could my Adobe ID still have an old Russia country association internally, even though my account settings now show Vietnam?Could someone please help me activate or access the Contributor profile for my existing Adobe ID?

My Adobe Stock Contributor Account with 38000 high quality AI generated assets is blocked I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for the past three years and have built a portfolio of nearly 38,000 images through consistent, daily work.Two years ago, I left my job, and Adobe Stock became my main source of income.
