Hello everybody, Just to know, i submitted some pictures from Ukraine which was 100 % rejected, it is not the first time, since 2022 i noticed this, like ukrainian material is ban from time to time... while other platforms (shutterstock competitors) accepted the same pictures like 100% of the content. So is there any russian contributors who have some difficulties handling objectivity or does the 100% rejection ukrainian stuff belongs from adobe policy? To be honest i adore adobe stock but the way the Ukrainian content got rejected on this plateform is just amazing and a bit frightned))) peace and long life to everybody. All the best and let's respect international human rights
Hi experts,The attached images are AI-generated artworks created entirely by me. I did not use any real person’s image or any artwork created by someone else as a reference, and I also didn’t use anyone else’s prompt during the creation process. Additionally, I did not copy or even look at any titles or keywords from other creators’ images on Adobe Stock when adding metadata to my submissions — everything was written by me independently.I’ve uploaded several other images in a similar style to Adobe Stock, and they are currently under review. Each image has a unique title, and none of them are duplicates. However, one of the attached, which includes three vector-style images as part of a collection, was rejected as “Similar content in our collection,” while the other, which contains a single image, was rejected for “Quality issues.”Could you please help me understand why these rejections occurred so I can improve my future submissions accordingly?Thank you for your time and guidance!
I just had an awful discovery — for years, I've been uploading my files wrong. I make isolated black content on white/no background, so I was uploading them in batches of three: svg, eps (with white bg) and png. To cover all the fronts. Recently I started seeing all pngs being rejected for being similar content, that similar content being my own images I just uploaded as svg, probably. So I started reading this forum and the guidelines and realized I was probably doing it all wrong, and now I have vectors with white background and pngs without bg sold separately. And for new batches I don't even have PNGs and can't 'offer' transparent background ones, since EPS has a white bg... Yes it's all completely my fault and I messed up, but that got me thinking: should I delete all the 'wrong' files and reupload them as proper background-less vectors from scratch? Will it work? And will it hurt my account in general, deleting dozens or maybe hundreds of images? And just so

Hello Adobe Stock Team,I’m a professional contributor from Bangladesh. Currently, “Bangladesh” is not available in the country list when creating an Adobe Stock Contributor account. Many creators from Bangladesh want to join and contribute high-quality photos, illustrations, and videos, but we are unable to register because of this limitation.Kindly consider adding Bangladesh to the supported countries list for Adobe Stock Contributors. This would help a large number of talented creators participate and grow with Adobe Stock.Thank you very much!
i am using my own color in all content so this is make any issue
So far I have been stocking images in Adobe Stock with vector format, and everything is fine, and now I want to try something new by uploading AI photos, but I encountered obstacles such as poor quality, I generated photos with Firefly and then I upscaled them with Topaz which is already integrated in Photoshop 2026, and I did a little more editing in Lightroom for color and lighting, I think the results are better, but when I uploaded them to Adobe Stock, they were rejected for quality issues, please help me how to produce photos with AI and how to edit them so that they can be accepted by Adobe Stock. Thank you
Every week, Adobe Stock reviews my files, approves them, and rejects them all. However, this week, 15–20 of my files were rejected, and the remaining 50 were not reviewed.
Hello Adobe Stock Support,I recently submitted a 2026 calendar vector set.Out of the full set — 6 months have already been approved, however the remaining months are still under review, and 2 months have been placed in “Not Accepted” status with the reason “Similar Content”.I would like to request a manual re-review for those 2 rejected months because I am 100% sure that these specific designs do not exist on Adobe Stock. Also, if 6 months from the same set have already been approved, then the remaining months of the same series should not be rejected as “Similar Content”.These are part of one complete 2026 calendar package — and every month has its own visual variation. Please re-review those items again.• 1774687473• 1774687484Thank you — I appreciate your help in clarifying this and rechecking my submissions.Regards,Nida Aslam
I want to create consistent image character with different clothing style and sell it as a bundle. How do i do that?
Hi everyone, I wanted some information on Firefly 5, is it possible to use the photos generated with this new update to upload them to Adobe Stock? Thx to all
I'm new to the adobe community. 4 days ago I submitted around 20-30 photos, 3 have been rejected, but I can't find the location of the other 20. I checked in new, in review, reminder, and releases, they're nowhere to be found. Only 3 files are in rejected. Any insight is appreciated.
We have subscribed to Adobe Firefly AI to collect our content and we upload it to Adobe Stock and there are already 100s of stocks, but our account is being minimized or ignored so it takes a very long time to sell in our market.

Hi i am new to this platform, i want to ask, can we uplaod and submit our assets on friday, saturday and sunday.
My submitted images have still not been approved after 8 months, which is clearly beyond the normal timeframe. They are also occupying the review queue, preventing me from submitting updated work. This situation became serious 2 months ago. How can I resolve this excessively long review period? I submitted two questions, both of which were quickly closed, indicating they were resolved, but in reality, they haven't.
What's going on? I have two images "In Review" for over 8 months. I looked and others seem to be having this issue as well. Has Adobe just given up?
Hello everyone, Does anyone know what could be the problems with these pictures? It says they got declined because of hte quality problem but I don't understand what exactly is wrong there.Thank you!
Hello everyone,I received a payout from Adobe Stock on October 24, 2025 for $12.07, and it shows as “Payment completed” in my Contributor account. The payout was sent to my PayPal address [personal info removed by moderator]However, the money has not appeared in my PayPal account. I recently discovered that my PayPal email needed to be reconfirmed, and I have now verified it successfully. My PayPal email address is correct. Could someone from Adobe Stock Support please check if the payment was returned to Adobe or help me get it resent?I have already confirmed that the PayPal account is active and verified. Thank you very much for your help! Best regards,Denis [Screenshot containing personal info removed by moderator.]
Hi, I need your opinion and experience.I'm a stock contributor for around 3 years and I've been doing pretty well from 2024 Q4 to 2025 Q2, but after Adobe started increasing rejection rates, my statistics suddenly got down. I was making 1000-1200 USD per month but now I barely make 250-300 USD/month. I wonder what caused this sudden change. Is it because after that rejections, my rejection rate has gone more than 5 percent? Before that I had a 96-97 % acceptance rate. Also, after that period, I started uploading only non-AI photos and vector illustrations and I'm submitting almost daily.I'm starting to lose my hope and it's really hard to keep my motivation to keep going. It's really effecting me emotionally and I feel burnt out. I can really use your opinions and ideas.Thank you
Dear Adobe Stock Team,I hope you're doing well. I’m an approved contributor and would love to upload Photoshop mockup templates (PSD files with smart objects) to Adobe Stock. However, I’ve noticed that my account currently doesn’t show the “Templates” category or the option to mark uploads as templates.I regularly create high-quality mockup designs and would be thrilled to share them with the Adobe Stock community, helping global buyers access professional resources. I kindly request that you enable the template upload feature for my contributor account. My Contributor ID: 212907377Thank you in advance for your support. I look forward to your response.Warm regardsMst Fatema Khatun
Why can't I see my account file? Even after uploading it, it doesn't show up. I've had the same problem before. How can I fix it?
Why can't I send my photos even though everything is fine and they're all green?
Hello Adobe Stock Contributors,I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to seek advice regarding an urgent issue with my contributor account. Recently, my account was temporarily blocked due to unusual download activity.I would like to respectfully share that I had immediately informed Adobe on the same day these downloads occurred, requesting them to kindly check why there was such a high number of downloads on my account. (You may recall, I had drafted that email earlier.) I am also attaching screenshots of the emails I sent to Adobe as well as a screenshot of my account for reference.Adobe replied at that time:“If sellers (contributors) are not purchasing their own content and not engaging with third parties or in agreement with other illegal buying schemes, they will be fine. Your account will be reviewed.”I am an individual contributor and have always followed Adobe Stock’s guidelines. I have never purchased my own content or participated in any third-party download schemes. I
