Stock Contributors

J'ai déjà écrit dans ce forum des contributeurs pour parler de mes problèmes de révision de certaines de mes photos et je reviens une fois de plus sur le sujet car j'ai contacté à plusieurs reprises Adobe mais je reçois systématiquement des réponses automatiques en m'indiquant qu'en ce moment et, compte tenu du nombre d'envois, les durées de révision peuvent être rallongées. Or, me concernant, j'ai des photos qui sont en attente depuis 8 mois actuellement mais cela fait près de 2 ans maintenant car je les ai envoyées en novembre 2023 puis supprimées et renvoyées à 3 reprises. Le problème est qu'à ces photos et au fil de mes envois, certaines nouvelles se sont rajoutées et j'en suis maintenant à 120 photos qui stagnent et certainement pour longtemps. Pourtant, j'ai envoyées environ 500 photos très récemment qui ont été traitées pour 90% d'entre elles en 24 ou 48 heures !!!!Peut être qu'un humain chez Adobe lira ce post et pourra enfin régler mon problème.

I’m new to selling photos and want to gain my first experience. After many hurdles, I finally registered a firm and created a contributor account with Adobe Stock (as a trial). With my first upload I immediately saw the warning: no recognizable people and no private property…But every photo taken from the street can contain such elements… Is Adobe stricter than the usual panorama freedom rule in Europe (guaranteed by law) , or are they simply referring to those same regulations? Actually, every country may have its own rules. Should I take this Adobe warning literally, or can I upload everything that local laws allow?What about landscape photos with villages in valleys? Those are also private property… I really want to understand the restrictions to do not break them... Thanks!

Hallo zusammen, ich möchte editorial content einreichen. Beispiel: eine riesiger Häuserblock in China, der den Mega-Baustil dort recht gut wiedergibt. Vermutlich ist das Bild nicht durch die Panoramafreiheit gedeckt, weil es nicht von öffentlichem Grund aus gemacht wurde. Daher ist mir klar, dass ich es nicht als reguläres Stockbild einreichen kann. Nun sehe ich hierfür mit den entsprechenden Einschränkungen noch eine Bereitstellung als editorial. So weit, so gut. Jetzt kommt es: bei der Einreichung fragt ein Text der beiden Checkboxen, ob alle notwendigen Rechte zur Einreichung vorliegen. Ist durch das Anwählen der Editorial-Box diese Klausel nun zu interpretieren als "alle notwendige Reche im Editorial-Rahmen"? Alles andere würde m.E. keinen Sinn machen. Das Anhaken der "Rechte-Ok-Box" und der Editorial-Box würden sich ja andernfalls ausschließen ... oder? Denn wenn ich für alle enthaltenen Elemente Freigaben hätte, würde ich ja die Editorial-Klausel nicht benötigen. Oder muss hier g

I created this design by myself in Photoshop, but it was rejected due to a missing generative AI flag. What can I do for this to solve this problem? 

So, recently, for the last 200 or so images (transparent png, jpg, illustrations), i started to get a lot of Similar content in our collection.Any insight on what is triggering this, i'm starting to think this is some kind of automatic process. And the content that i sumbit is not a collection or one type. Could they be giving the wrong rejection reson?

I didn’t receive any bonus. During the 12-month period I had about 600 files and 20 downloads. I’m always unlucky.Does everyone get a bonus or is it like me?

Like in topic I got rejcetions of this photos, because their are too similar to what they have: and a few days later they acceptet this: so they don't have any rules for accepting that and it all depends on the mood of a reviewer? xd   [moderator removed abuse]

I made sure there are no recognizable faces, logos, branded items, or any other items outlined in Adobe's terms for intellectual property. Any remaining legible text is totally generic without any identifiable information. They were still refused. I really like these photos - they're taken in popular a public park and scrubbed for anonymity, so would love to hear if anyone knows why these were refused for IP violation.

 Two submissions rejected, 48 pending, all flagged as AI despite being Canva designs. Isgen.ai confirms 100% human-made. Adobe’s form won’t let me attach proof, and I’m getting auto-replies.Need urgent human review for IDs 1705500058 & 1706030603.Anyone face the same issue?

How can sellers avoid pitfalls that lead to being dropped from top seller rankings or having assets removed? Out of my 200 uploaded assets, only around 10 were AI-generated, and for those I correctly marked the “Generative AI” checkbox. The remaining majority of my assets were fully original works created by me using Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, and PixelLab.
