Hello, I have 3 of my vector images rejected recently all for the same reason: SIMILAR CONTENT IN OUR COLLECTION. File ID: 1623399449 When I went though almost 4,000 search "yellow pear tomato" results, I found only 4 were actual tomato. The rest were simply "pear," not even tomatoes. Tomato and pear are totally different.  File ID: 1623419572Out of almost 140,629 search results "set of tomato varieties", I found only aroung 30 were colorful tomato varieties like mine.  File ID: 1623362429Out of 159 search "San Marzano tomato" results, I only found around 12 actual San Marzano tomatoes.  I didn't find many similar images to mine after those searches. For this reason, I am not sure if this rejection stands. Could anyone help me please.

I'm new. I get a lot of rejections when I try to upload images generated by a neural network. They are rejected with the postscript "quality problems". Can you tell me pls, what's wrong with them?

Hello, the image I uploaded was rejected with the following reason: Unfortunately, we found that it doesn't meet our needs so we can't accept it into our collection. This is not the first image I've had rejected, but this image is exactly what made me curious.

If you have ever wondered where are my assets being published or which sites are selling my assets as an Adobe partner here is a search term that works in both Google and MS Bing:"____________" photos -site:adobe.com And -site:shutterstock.com And -site:depositphotos.com And -site:dreamstime.com And -site:fotocommunity.de AND -site:alamy.com Replace the _____ with your name as shown on your Adobe Account. Leave the quotation marks.Add a -site:_________ for any further URLs you want to exclude.Look in the search engines "Images" tab for the returned results.Be sure to check both Google and Bing. Using this search term I have already found 50+ listing where my assets have been published and 14 API partners listing my photos.   The entire list of partner can be seen on my portfolios "shop" page.   Let me know if you have any "fine tuning" suggestions.  

Hello, I'm trying to create my Adobe Stock contributor account from Venezuela, but I'm getting the following error when validating my phone number: “An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.” I've tried different browsers, connections, and number formats, but the error persists. My number includes the international access code (+58). Is there a current issue with validation from Venezuela, or is there a workaround you can provide?

I've encountered an issue with the quality of an AI-generated image, and as a newcomer, I'm unsure why it didn't meet the expected standards. Could you assist me in understanding this?

My images are getting rejected saying similar images already submitted. I did image search on my portfolio and i not find anything similar. If similar images are there in my profile, how to find that without any fail. I am uploding one of my image got rejected. Moderators please look into this issue and tell me which of my images is similar to this?

there is a box "illustrative editorial content" when I upload fotos, but it is greyed out and not clickable. 

Why has Adobe discarded these photos due to poor quality???

Only 30% of my uploaded images get approved. Will that lower my account ranking and hurt image exposure?

I,m creating icons in Adobe Illustrator using 20+ artboards in the same document.When I save each artboard as an EPS using Use Artboards, the file previews normally inside Illustrator.However, after uploading to Adobe Stock, the preview shows my icon very small in the top-left corner with a lot of empty space.I suspect it’s related to the way multiple artboards are positioned on the canvas (pasteboard) in the document, but I’m not sure how to fix it so Adobe Stock previews them correctly centered and full-size.What I’ve tried:Aligning artwork to the artboard centerFitting artboard to artwork boundsRemoving stray points and hidden objectsRearranging artboards with smaller spacingQuestion:How can I prepare my Illustrator file (with multiple artboards) so that each exported EPS uploads to Adobe Stock with the icon centered and filling the preview, instead of appearing tiny in a corner?

I have been using my Stock Contributor Account for 7 or 8 years. It was set up with an email attached to a url that I no longer own. When I reached out to request that my Stock account be attached to my new Adobe subscriber account, all I recieved in response was a link to the Adobe Stock Contributor FAQ. Numerous requests went unanswered. Today when I attempted to login to my account... I got an error message, "we do not have an account with that email address".  Great, I thought, maybe they attached it to my Adobe subscriber account, no such luck. I tried my other email address and it was, for some unknown reason, attached to the account of a client I haven't worked with in years. It seems like my account and all the work I have put into it, is gone. Does anyone have a contact at Adobe Stock, a phone number, someone to reach out to to help me recover my account? Grateful for any help with this.

Hi all, How're you doing? I'm facing low resolution issue on all my photos submissions. It was fine till yesterday. Is it a glitch? Anybody else facing this issue? My landscape images are 8736 x 4896 px while portraits are 5376 x 8064 px. I've also read the submissions guuidelines to see if there are any other problems with my files but nothing crossed my eye that would cause this error. And the error is specifically about the low resolution. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It says the resolution is too small, even though it's an 8832x4992 pixel, 300dpi, 16.2MB picture. When I'm uploading the picture, it's saying this msg    [Moderator cured the topics. Please do select only relevant topics.]

Hey! I understand that some of my photos are going to be rejected as part of the learning process, is there anything specific that pops up to any of you as to why mine specifically were? I have more photos but these are my personal favorite that were not accepted.

HiMy account was deactivated in early Feb 2025.As soon as I received the email I sent a request via the 'contact us' link on the page - NOTHING Two months later I resent it - NOTHING A month later I sent again - NOTHINGI contact Adobe via the Facebook page, who told me they can't access the info, but the man I was talking to was kind enough to contact the correct department, and replied saying that they had not received ANY of my requests for further information. Even though I sent via their online form with my account email.After that I resent the message via their online form and I can only assume the fourth didn't end up in Adobe's inbox. I was requesting information to why my account was deactivated. The email is SO vague it's would be hard to pinpoint to allow for an appeal. (I have attached a screenshot of the conversation where he states support didn't receive my messages). Regardless, I decided to send an appeal based on what I belived to be the reason with supporting evidence

I’ve run into a confusing and frustrating issue while uploading some AI-generated images to Adobe Stock, and I’m wondering if anyone else has faced this.I uploaded a few images and definitely checked the "created using generative AI tools" box before submitting. Despite that, all images were rejected for “Missing Generative AI Flag” I thought it might have been a one-time glitch, so I uploaded the exact same images again, triple-checked the checkbox, even refreshed the page multiple times… and got rejected again for the same reason.I'm using Edge Browser as I always have since a few years.Any ideas? Is there a known bug, or something I’m missing in the submission process?Would appreciate any guidance... don’t want to get flagged unfairly for repeat violations.Thanks in advance
