P: Introducing the Project Indigo camera app

This post applies to the Project Indigo iOS camera app.    Adobe Labs is excited to share an early look at Project Indigo, an iPhone camera app we've started to develop, to get feedback from the photography community. The app offers full manual controls, a more natural ("SLR-like") look, and high image quality in both JPEG and raw formats. It also introduces some new photographic experiences not available in other camera apps. For more information on the underlying technology, please refer to this Project Indigo blog post.   Before you start with Project Indigo  We recommend using Project Indigo on iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max or newer devices.(Also supported are 12 Pro/Pro Max, 13 Pro/Pro Max, and all 14-series devices.) P: How do I write a feature request?Open for Voting

Adobe is excited to receive requests for additional features you need to enhance your workflow. What can you do to increase the chances of being heard? Don't use the words "Feature Request" in your post's title. Search for and add to existing feature requests rather than creating duplicates. There is no advantage to creating a second request for any existing feature request. One request per thread! When creating an Idea or Feature Request thread, please keep requests for features to ONE request per thread. Doing this will allow others to vote on a single, specific feature and not confuse Upvotes amongst a list of feature requests. Our latest release, as part of the Content Authenticity Initiative (https://contentauthenticity.org/), allows you to add content credentials to your work when exporting in Lightroom to ensure provenance and preserve authenticity.   New content credential capabilities are available across the Lightroom ecosystem (Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom for mobile (iOS & Android), Lightroom for web), and Adobe Camera Raw in Early Access. When exporting a JPEG from Lightroom, you can attach your name, social media handle, and a list of edits via a digital signature.   You can find the option to apply Content Credentials while exporting a JPEG in the export panel. It is, by default, turned OFF.

Hello everyone,I have a question. Will Adobe Lightroom be released on Huawei devices? I know there are login issues, but a solution could be developed for this. On Huawei cameras, RAW shooting is available in DNG format, and as far as I know, DNG was developed by Adobe. I am currently using the Huawei Pura 80 Pro, and although its camera is excellent, I feel like I am missing out on Lightroom.The phone supports HDR and DNG, but when I try it in a different way, it says HDR is not supported on this device.I contacted Huawei, and they told me the issue is related to the developer. They said I can create a request list through AppGallery, which I did for Lightroom, but I believe you (the developers) could find a faster solution. Do you have any idea about this?Thank you in advance for your help and response. This is a translation.

I just did an update with my Lightroom Lr (cloud) and now I am having trouble with my exports. I want to set a custom name and have the number sequence after one and other by using "export with previous settings" but its not working I don't know where they are going. I have to do a reset with every image I export. Please help

Lightroom mobile not working

Over the past 3 days, lightroom mobile does not work, period. It won't add photos from my photos app, and any photos that are in there are unable to be edited. All I get is the spinning wheel.It also will not export any photos. Basically it is unusable. I am using the latest Android version, on a pixel 10 pro XL.Look forward to hearing feedback and how the issue can be rectified

Lightroom for IPad, sliders jump when I let go

When I go to move a slider like contrast for example, I typically click and hold somewhere on that slider that doesn’t cover the circle so I can see where it’s moving, but when I let go now the value jumps usually by around 5. So I click and drag with my finger starting on the line (not the circle), I drag my finger to let’s say +6 contrast, and when I let go it jumps to +11. Doesn’t happen when I click and hold right on the circle but is just a little annoying that how it used to be.

P: Assign People tags to pictures that were missedOpen for Voting

Once the indexing has been completed and Lightroom CC has found all the potential faces, it would be nice to have the ability to add People Tags to pictures that were "missed" where no faces were recognized.  The idea of People Tags is to be able to search for people and generate all potential results.  Right now it's messy because you have to resort to keyword tags to identify people that were missed with facial recognition and makes searching and cataloging a tedious task.

Hard Drive Bricked. Need .RAW files from Adobe Cloud

I primarily use LRC and sync all my photos through LR and LR Mobile. I want to “pull” all my photos from the cloud in the original resolution I uploaded them, not smart previews, so I can make proper backups. All my photos still appear (and are editable) on all 3 platforms but they appear to be smart preview quality.Is there any way to get the original DNG from servers or is the Adobe Cloud Sync not actually a real Cloud Sync system? Where it still depends on the files being present on one local source? What shows in LRC

Full-screen detail view in adapted mode

Hello, before the April 2026 update, when I switched to full-screen detail view (using the F key), I would press the C key to open cropping mode. Then, to check the crop, I would press the C key again, and the photo would resize to fit the screen.Now, when I press the C key again, the photo remains zoomed out without being resized to fit the screen. After updating Lightroom to the latest version (with the improved crop tool), an issue appered:When I copy settings from another photo, including the crop, and paste them onto my photo, and then open the Crop tool, the photo crop disappears. Pressing CTRL+Z returns back the crop I had.

I’d like to request proper support for Smart Albums syncing to iPad within Adobe Lightroom.At the moment, Smart Albums (or Smart Collections) created on desktop do not carry across to mobile devices in a usable way.
