Unexplainded Crash report

While using Premier a crash dialoge shows up, asks me to report a crash, and then scans the system and tell me I should try to clear settings and update. But the program hasn't crashed, and it is completly up to date.

After I clear the dialoge box I go back to work, and it pops up again. It seems to happen when I step away from the machine. I've tried uninstalling the app, and CC cloud neither has solved it.

The only plugnin I'm runnig is premiere composer, I've tried removing that and it doens't seem to have an effect.
