Hello, I have an annual plan from 2020 and I want to transform it into a student plan because I have been a student since last year. Can this be done without penalties?

When I signed for the free trial, I accidentally entered 'gmial' instead of 'gmail' in the email address. As a result, I ended up being charged when the trial expired and I cannot access the email associated with the account and have no way of cancelling the subscription. I saw a similar post to this and believe I would need to be connected with the billing team.

Can I combine Photoshop and Illustrator? I only need those two programs, but there was no option to do so. 

Hallo, da leider der Support-Chat gar keine Hilfe war, versuche ich es mal hierüber.   Ich habe aktuell ein Foto-Abo (20GB). Wegen einer großen Reise möchte ich meinen Cloud-Speicher erhöhen für zwei Monate (auf Foto-Abo 1TB). 1. Kann man ein Abo anpassen für nur 2 Monate?   Falls das nicht geht: Mein Foto-Abo 20GB läuft noch bis April. 2. Kann man ein Abo umwandeln, sodass man nicht doppelt zahlt? I am being charged a cancellation fee of US$99. Such a fee was not clearlty mentioned when I signed up for a monthly subscription plan so I need this cancellaton fee to be waived off.

Hello… I want to ask, if I buy a redeem code for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro monthly, I noticed that some websites say that an account can’t redeem a code more than twice. Is that true? or is it not an issue? Because here in Egypt, there are people who sell monthly redeem codes that I can use to activate my account as Creative Cloud Pro. Is there no problem if I activate it every month that way? or is there a limit on how many times I can do it on my personal account?

I have been with adobe almost from the start. It has been a slow bleed as I have back out of more and more of the applications I played with. As a former Ad Executive and someone trained in the use of Photo Shop and Illustrator and someone in love with the tools of Acobat I can no longer justify the expense at 73 years olds of playing with these software tools. I know there is cost in developing and improving software in a diffcult time.  I also know pricing  is a blade that cuts both ways. The question is how much genius to use and make these applications sing is being pushed to the edge and off the table. Good luick Adobe I trule hope your make it through these growing pains.

  Today is August 13 and this is the first time this issue has happened to me, even though it’s not the first time I’ve seen a “pending” amount on my bank statement. The payment is normally charged automatically every month, and I have not changed my Google account. My plan ends 8-20-25.  I cancelled Adobe Pro by mistake.  I do not want AI like I had last year, just continue Pro.  Where do I do that.

Hi all! I currently have an active subscription to Adobe InDesign on an annual plan with monthly payments. I would like to change the payment method so that the remaining subscription period is paid in a single annual payment, without any additional fees. Is it possible to do that? ich möchte Adobe Pro und Adobe Captiva benutzen. Leider kostet adobe Captiva schon 30E im Monat. Für Adobe Captiva muss ich für knapp 70€ im Monat. Ingesamt  muss ich fast 100€ für beiden. Ich finde es zu teuer. Welcher Abo muss ich bezahlen, um beide  Software am günstigten zu behalen.Ich denke ein Buget für 40€ im Monat ist akzeptabel.

Hey all, so I'm thinking about getting creative cloud if I can get the teacher discount. I'm a Head Start teacher through the local county children's commission. This is obviously a federal education program, so I'd THINK that I would be able to get it, but I read the Adobe page explaining different teacher discounts and I'm still not sure. (https://www.adobe.com/offer-terms/student-teacher-eligibility.html) Our branch of HS is handled by a county nonprofit (each branch goes through a different nonprofit depending on the county and locality; Albina Head Start in Multnomah county is run through a different nonprofit organization with a different director, for instance). So I don't have an .edu or .gov email-- it's .org. I can call/chat with Adobe directly about this, of course, but I thought I'd try to get some feedback here first on whether teachers who aren't K-12 have had success with getting the discount. Thoughts??

I have been charged double (twice a month) for more than a year. I would like to get someone from Adobe to resolve this issue but it seems so difficult. I received an email from Adobe with a case number but I can't even seem to find where I can look up.
