Account, Payment, & Plan

My company name no longer appears on my Invoices. As a business it is essential that the invoice is in the business name for VAT purposes. However, there is nowhere to add in my business name or address anywhere on the "edit billing" page? (see attached) I can add in my VAT number, but not the business name (which used to be an option?) so all invoices appear only in my personal name and my accountant is asking why. Any idea how I can rectify this?

In order to have the Adobe Creative Cloud, my company needs to have the billing address send with the corporate information. This, in order to make the payment legal. Since I was paying the bill with my name and corporative email, but using my personal card and information, it is difficult to make this change in the payment information. Hello, I was trying to start a free trial for Photoshop and when I enter my credit card information and click Start free trial button, I am getting this error: A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.(Even though I am very sure that I entered my payment information correctly)I then did some research about this error and when I opened my account page, I didn't find the page where I have to enter my billing or payment information. Can someone helpe me please ? Thanks.

Good afternoon.  Years ago we had a need to add accounts for Adobe Acrobat through websales and telesales - six accounts being charged $29.99 per month and one at $14.99 per month. These acounts were for people that are long-gone and were registered with personal email addresses. I need these charges to stop. How can I remove? Adobe phone support says I must have an email address and my credit card company (AmEx) says that Adobe has to deal with it. Please help. Thank you.

HiI had recently purchased Adobe premiere pro for which I got charged the normal amount. But a few days later I got charged for something called adobe systems soft which I did not buy.I wasn't even aware about this until I checked my bank account. Lr Desktop says “creative cloud subscription expired” and it hasn’t. I'm logged into my creative cloud, ran all necessary updates and my Lightroom desktop says Creative Cloud expired. Under LR help menu sign in is grayed out so I can't sign in from LR or manage account from there. Any other way to link the account again? Used it a few days ago no issue. My auto payment is supposed to hit tomorrow but it's been prepaid monthly since 2015 without issue? Help!

When I open the billing history tab in my Adobe Account I notice that the latest operations are negative numbers. Is this because I have canceled this accidental subscription and the negative numbers represend the refund?

Anyone else having trouble canceling a membership? I keep getting an error message when trying to cancel and I can't find any kind of customer service of helpdesk to assist me. I lived in Russia and used ADOBE until 2022. Now I have been living and working in Turkey for more than six months. I have a bank account here. But I can't renew my subscription to ADOBE products because I'm still Russian account. How can I change this?
