I subscribe monthly to Lightroom Mobile for my iPhone and iPad. Now I want to subscribe monthly to a full Lightroom plan (which includes Classic) for my new MacBook Pro. How do I avoid paying twice for the mobile element which is included in the latter? And how to avoid loosing my pictures from the Cloud if I cancel the former?
I want to get my refund regarding on unauthorized payment in my gcash exchange. My gcash was link to other device for payment thats why when i check my device theres no subscription on this. So i call gcash and they email me the merchant order id and details of transaction and they say it was adobe acrobat. Could you please track the merchant order id? This was happen on january 30,2026 i hope you could track someone who purchase the subscription. I can provide the proofs regarding on transaction
Hey,I want to change my Photography (PS+LR+LRC 20GB) plan to the Lightroom (LR + LRC + 1TB) plan. Personally I am very happy with the change Adobe did to it's plans to now include LRC to the Lightroom plan.So I've just purchased the LR deal on Amazon Day, since this is what I want / need.The thing is, my Photography plan is still running until oct. I've been buying it via Amazon deals for years now, no issues. So I guess it always added the year to my plans.If I redeem the new LR plan voucher NOW, I guess I would start two plans, which would technically mean I loose a few months on my photography plan. Which I want to avoid.Can I just wait with redeeming the Lightroom plan code until october?Do I have to actively switch my photography plan to a lightroom plan to then add the code / redeem the voucher? Hi,I live in a country where Adobe doesn’t officially sell Creative Cloud subscriptions (Bosnia and Herzegovina), so I’d like to check what’s allowed.Is it acceptable to create an Adobe account under my own email, but have a friend or relative in a supported country (e.g. Austria or the UK) purchase the subscription using their credit card and billing address—while I’m the only person using the account, on a single machine, under my own login?Specifically, would Adobe consider this a problem due to the mismatch between billing country and login location, or is this setup generally tolerated if there’s no account sharing or misuse?Thanks in advance for the clarification.
Dear Adobe, I was charged by Adobe a monthly fee which I did not authorise since I do not have an active membership. I finally decided to stop my visa card - in a last attempt to stop the payments. I do request reimbursement of the last years subscription. Kind regards

Last year I decided to try substance painter for free as a student. I provided necessary data, and everything went ok until today…I received mail that i need to provide payment method. I can't cancel the plan nor delete the account. I thought that after 1 year the acces to 3D Substance would just stop. So what are my options here? I dont want to pay annual fee... I still have a valid student id, can i renew the free acces?
I am using two Adobe plans: one Photography Plan and one Creative Cloud Pro plan.I use my plans on two different devices: a laptop and an iMac. I do not use them at the same time. When I start using one device, I always log out from the other.However, Adobe keeps sending security warnings and forces password resets for both plan users.Even though the usage is not simultaneous, we continue to receive these warnings.How can we prevent this issue?
I use my Adobe suite on my Mac studio and on my MacBook Air. There are times whenever I have both in my home office, and I may be running InDesign on my MacBook Air and Illustrator on my Mac studio. Apparently, Adobe thinks I am abusing the system or that I have multiple users even though it’s me, my same login, and it’s only the two computers that I’m allowed to utilize. I’ve worked this way for Years, but it seems like something has changed the last several months and I’m no longer able to do this??? Are they saying that I literally can’t be using one program on my laptop and have another Adobe program open on my studio?

i was offered a free trial, but had no intention of using it after the free trial ended. the last day i was shocked to see it renewed without a reminder or warning, though it said before that they would. i ended up never using it, even during the free trial. i want my money back!!
Hi, the question kinda says it - I checked the availability two weeks ago and Creative cloud was supported for individuals in B&H, I wanted to see the pricing details today and I got the message saying it's not supported anymore.I tried to follow the link to the resellers page but it was broken - is it going to be updated?? Is it alright if I go to another country's adobe page and buy the license, even though I'm not based there? I'm not sure.
I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator free trial before the trial period ended, and I even received a cancellation confirmation email (screenshot attached). However, despite this cancellation, my account was charged on 4 September. Vor ca. 4 Wochen ging bei mir beim Starten von InDesign zum ersten Mal ein Fenster auf, dass mich darauf hinwies, dass mein Account von mehr als einer Person benutzt wird. Ich habe ein Ein-Personen-Abo, darf es aber auf zwei PCs gleichzeitig nutzen. In dem Fenster stand, dass ich mein Passwort ändern soll, andernfalls würde es von Adobe geändert.Der Chat mit einem Mitarbeiter ergab, dass ich tatsächlich ein Abo für zwei PCs gleichzeitig habe (schön, wenn man es auch noch bestätigt bekommt) und dass ich das Passwort ändern sollte, sowie einen ggf. 3. PC aus der Liste der erlaubten Geräte entfernen soll. Es gab keinen 3. PC, ich sollte dennoch alle Geräte aus der Liste entfernen. Das habe ich auch getan und das Passwort geändert – doch nun taucht die Meldung wieder auf.Früher konnte man in einem Fenster, wenn dort 3 PCs angezeigt wurden (meine Chefin nutzte manchmal noch die Programme, macht sie aber nicht mehr), einfach ein Gerät deaktivieren. I have a Creative Cloud subscription and the price suddenly changed in September without any notice or anything. I didn't really think anything of it and continued to pay. But I recently dropped out of school so I can't work as a student anymore and I can't afford a subscription. Neither can I afford the cancelation fee. The little money I had on my card has been withheld today and I really need it back but I can't find how to ask for a refund. Please help. I'm unemployed and I really need that money back

I changed my Adobe Acrobat Pro plan to Incopy, and my AI assistant for Acrobat to Lightroom. I was supposed to get refund for the 4 plans since I cancelled them. So far, I only received the refund for the Incopy, AI Assistant, and Lightroom. I keep telling them that they haven’t refunded my Adobe Acrobat Pro which is amounting to 314 pesos, but they insist that they did. And when i tell the to enumerate the plans that they refunded, they keep telling me they refunded AI Assistant for Acrobat for PHP 94.42 (84.30 + 10.12 tax) For InCopy its PHP 314.72 (281.00 + 33.72 tax) and for Lightroom plan with 1TB its PHP 377.44 (337.00 + 40.44 tax. But I am asking for the ADOBE ACROBAT PRO which is also PHP 314.72. Can someone help me with this?

I keep getting charged for a subscription that I have to cancel through the app store. When I go to my app store subscriptions, all of my adobe subscriptions are canceled. But when I go to delete my account, it is saying I have to do it through the app store and cancel my subscription. My subscription has been canceled already and I am still getting charged! I don't know what to do and I just want to stop getting charged and cancel my account.

Every day when I open Adobe I get a prompt telling me to change my password due to multiple users using my account. I check the devices on my account and there are only two. My home desktop and my work desktop. I use both daily and have never had this issue. I changed my password the first time I got the pop-up, but it persists daily. Usually I can bypass the pop-up by by hitting "learn more" and have been doing this for the last week. Today Adobe forced another password change. I chatted with a live agent and the agent told me I should sign out of a computer every time I'm not using it or upgrade to a team subscription. That seems ridiculous to me considering Adobe allows two computers per user.Is this a new Adobe policy or do I need to change something on my end?
